Should anyone wish to make an appeal or complaint about the behaviour of someone in the chatroom, please copy paste the relevant chat in an email to us at care@kechara.com and state the date and time of the respective conversation.

The castles and buildings in Honshu look grand and elaborated, a good showing of the glorious past of Nihon dynasties. The Great Buddha of Kamakura, Ofuna Kannonji Temple, Zenko-ji and the majestic castles are the attraction of Honshu to me. Therefore, making the colorful Harajuku a stark contrast. Thank you, Pastor David, for this informative article on Honshu, Japan.

Reincarnation is a law of nature, just like gravity. It does not exist because of Buddha. As we can see in this video, many culture or religion had their own interpretation of reincarnation or in a more simplistic manner, the continuation of the soul after death. This video showcases the different concepts adopted by different religions since the beginning of mankind civilization, while different, but essentially acknowledge that the soul will continue to exist, taking different forms even though our body is dead. Thank you, Rinpoche, for this interesting sharing.

A lot of people think that we will not have sufficient nutrients if we do not eat meat. We will be weak and lack of energy. However this is not true as we can get protein from other non animal based source. The above articles has shared 7 good benefits of not eating meat. I have reduce meat intake tremendously since last year and I do not feel weak and my digestive system improve. Hence, I believe it is our mindset that determine what we want. By not taking meat, we are in fact creating cause for not killing and build our compassion towards other living beings. Hence, we should support vegetarian and share the many benefits of not eating meat to all.

Namkar Barzin is considered as the newest member to join as Dorje Shugden’s entourage of about 70-80 years ago. He has similar function as Kache Marpo to serve as one of the main ministers of Dorje Shugden. especially in helping Dharma practitioners to clear obstacles for smooth spiritual path.

Before arise as a dharma protector, Namkar Barzin was a Mongolian geshe who suffered a traumatic death and later subdued by Kyabje Dome Geshe Rinpoche. Due to Namkar Barzin’s strong guru devotion as followed Kyabje Dome Geshe Rinpoche’s instructions in helping Dorje Shugden and Dharma practitioners, Kyabje Domo Geshe Rinpoche made many images of him, spread his practice to many others and enthroned him as one of the protectors of his many monasteries.

Thank you Rinpoche sharing this interesting story of Namkar Barzin.

Through scientific research it has proven that reincarnation do exist and true enough for us to believe even though we do not remember of what has happened in the past .More religions and other beliefs are beginning and excepting reincarnation .Its more of universal phenomena .After reading these interesting article and watching the video open up my mind to realise and see. Centuries ago they already believed through many incidents and stories reviewed.
Now with scientific circles and modern techniques past life regression have become a legitimate recognized field of research.
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing these interesting article which i do enjoyed .

Wow…..interesting creepy mysteries which i do enjoyed reading for pleasure. SS Ourang Medan was a ghost ship which, according to various undocumented sources sound creepy. Its so haunted that no one wants to know and now its a forgotten story I read these before years back.
The story of Shanti Deva who she remembers who she was in her previous life. Thats interesting. There are many such stories of reincarnation and thrilling mysteries. Where all these were legends or myth we do not know. But for sure it did happened, to believe or not is up to individual which opened our minds.

Indeed, Shikoku is one of country’s least traveled to areas. Little do we know the elusive Shikoku has many things to offer. The chief characteristic of Shikoku is artistic and crafty. I especially like the Azimo dye fabric and crafts. The jewelry in Kochi and the earthy Tobeyaki wares are really enchanting! Hope that I can visit Shikoku one day. It is very beautiful to know that Buddhism is enshrined in modern China. Buddhist values, like any other religious values, are slowly being recognized as society moral standards, which increasingly play an important role in today’s world. Fo Guang Shan reintroduce the ancient values into modern Chinese society in a systematic manner, showcasing discipline and uniformity; for example, the uniform way of chanting and praying is a good showcase of these values. By living the Buddhist values also mean reducing negative actions and engagements, like boozing the night away. This is really a refreshing news! Thank you, Rinpoche, for sharing.

I think we have to accept the fact that social media is part of everyone’s life now whether you like it or not. It is the advancement of technology and something that we can’t stop it from growing. Everything has its good and bad but I think it is how we utilise it. If we use facebook with good motivation, to share info which will help and benefit others then it is a good and powerful tool. Whether it is good or bad is based on our intention and perception. Use it wisely for the benefit of everyone and not for selfish agenda.

This is indeed a very nice Buddha statue. Feel so calm, looking at him. It is our privilege to be able to see this holy Buddha statue of Mahabodhi Temple which resembles the real look of Buddha. Hope I would be able to join a pilgrimage trip to Bodhgaya where Buddha got enlightened. Thank you Rinpoche for sharing this picture.

Unexplaned and mysterious events do happened .But to believe or not depand on individual how they see it.Some said its photoshop, what is interesting to realise there is unseen beings which we can’nt see with oue naked eyes.I always enjoyed reading and watching any mysterious unsolved, unexplaned articles.Astronaut carving on a cathedral built 1100 years ago was favourite among the mentioned 10 global mysterious events.
The baby ‘alien’ found alive was another interesting article.
The gigantic serpent wending in a tropical river, this article i have read before years ago. So far not proven by any source.
    Thank you Rinpoche for sharing.

Wow…stunning and beautiful Mount Jiuhua Anhui Province which is not far from and other famous mountain… Mt. Huangshan. The Name Jiuhua Shan name literally means “nine glorious mountains”. It is a sacred Buddhist mountain, it is also home to famous temples that had been revered since ancient times.Amazing, Mount Jiuhua consists of 99 peaks and 18 scenic spots just in its area and there are 90 temples on Jiuhua Shan, With its incredible landscape, architectural structures and pleasant climate has attracted many tourist.
The Huacheng Temple is the main temple and is an ancient, oldest, holiest temple with a longest history. With a history of over 1,000 years, it was a national cultural heritage. It would be great to go on pilgrimage.
    Thank you Rinpoche for sharing.

The Unknown

The Known and unknown are both feared,
Known is being comfortable and stagnant,
The unknown may be growth and opportunities,
One shall never know if one fears the unknown more than the known.
Who says the unknown would be worse than the known?
But then again, the unknown is sometimes worse than the known. In the end nothing is known unless we endeavour,
So go pursue all the way with the unknown,
because all unknown with familiarity becomes the known.

This picture is of KB lovingly holding Mumu while he tries to stand up. I was in the room with them and someone else took this picture. It is a very sad and poignant picture because just a short while after this picture was taken, Mumu passed away with all of us present. This was the last picture of my little Mumu alive. We immediately did puja for Mumu and he is sorely missed by many as he touched our lives deeply. Tsem Rinpoche

When the ban first came into place, the monks protested against the ban in Gaden Monastery. Samdong Rinpoche was there and saw the protests which later he and Tibetan leadership took fierce and quick actions to cut all protests and expel all monks who protested. There is no democracy. Dorje Shugden has been practiced by individual and khamtsen group monks in Sera, Drepung and Gaden for four hundred years and suddenly it is not allowed. No religious freedom. What the Tibetan leadership wants, they will impose their will. If you disobey, protest or not agree, you will be banished or silenced.

Every person who has Maha-annutartantra empowerments (Eg. Heruka, Guhyasamaja, Yamantaka, Vajra Yogimi, Chittamani-Tara, Kalacakra, Hevajra, Gyalwa Gyatso Chenresig, etc) should keep a copy of this on their shrine or prayer book. These are all the ritual items tantric practitioner must keep by commitment. If it is in picture form, it is alright also.

This is a simple chart showing the three main psychic channels used in tantric meditations to control the winds, raise tummo (fire energy), gain higher consciousness and insight and also for gaining siddhis. These channels are used in meditations for controlling the mind, when the mind ejects from the body (phowa) and one\'s death. These three channels are very important. Tsem Rinpoche
