Clear and details explanation all about the significance of doing. To invoke the blessing of a Buddha we do prayers or puja to those who needed help. It is a kind of compassion expression helping people facing problems in life, clear obstacles, suffering, illness and so forth. Reading these post ,gives us a deeper meaning to pujas . Doing with a right motivation will be more effective. Puja is something very powerful and beneficial in long run. We are very fortunate to learn, practice doing puja from Rinpoche teachings.

Amazing discovery of this sacred White Tara statue by Supriyono at a village in East Java Province Indoniasia. After having dreamt of a bluish-red dragon diving into an old well, he decided to look for it. He located the old well and found a beautiful White Tara statue, coins, and golden stones from the Majapahit Empire . Soon it ended with the antique collector Johan Yan his fellow Indonesians. Johan Yan photographed the White Tara statue from various angles, viewed the photos saw that the statue’s eyes, which were originally closed, had opened and were glancing to the side. Wow amazing. Arrangements were made to bless the White Tara statue by two Buddhist masters Bhutanese oracle Lama Chokyong Yeshi Dorje, and Lama Rangbar Nyimai Ozer, the founder and President of the Bodhivastu Foundation in the United States. Miracles appeared from the midst of the blessing event. After the blessing ended, H.E. Druk Chokyong Tsimar Rinpoche, suddenly prostrated to the image of Tara. A secret mantra was behind the back only seen certain High Lama, kept close for two years, and to be revealed by tertons. These hidden teachings are to be revealed for the benefit of sentient beings when time is right. The 800-year-old statue made from copper and gold and is greenish in colour, decorated with golden ornaments is now well-preserved in the Mahanandi Museum.
JohanYan hopes that the miraculous phenomena of the White Tara statue will encourage his fellow Indonesians to preserve items of cultural heritage. That’s wonderful.
Thank you Rinpoche for this post

The Richat Structure in Mauritania has also been proposed as the site of Atlantis. This structure is considered to be a deeply eroded domal structure. The Richat Structure of Mauritania has captured the attention of astronauts for further research. The Richat Structure resembles an impact crater, formed when a volcanic dome hardened and gradually eroded, exposing the onion-like layers of rock. That’s amazing how it was formed. Researchers do believe that the Richat structure was caused by process of geological uplift followed by erosion from wind and water. More logical indeed . Looking at those pictures tells all, it has concentric bands of resistant quartzite rocks which form the ridges. Erosion region began to settle down and collapse in on itself, creating the roughly circular eye feature. Through the eyes of astronauts on-board when seen from far is eye-popping…….a fascinating circular structure. Interesting read of how theories regarding the possible location of Atlantis .
Thank you Rinpoche and Wei Tan for this amazing sharing

Malas have been used in so many different spiritual traditions for so long because these beads have great spiritual meaning, which makes them an important piece of mindful meditation. Malas has many powerful benefits and helps to create a divine connection between heart and mind. At the same time, it helps the mind stay focused and present in the moment.

It’s good to note that you don’t have to be religious to wear or use a mala. It is important though to understand its use and respect its significance. We need to have faith and just keep on holding the vows and have strong affinity to practice dharma, no matter what.

Thank you for this valuable information sharing, I am very fond of the mala, and I would love to keep using it.

Mother nature has always done good to us. They have provided shelter for the living things and non living, any kind of disturbance to nature will shake its equilibrium.

It is pivotal, to take good care of those who lives at trees as they too have feelings. One need to respect the feelings whomever that is living in trees, since this ensures everyone to live happily without any disturbance.

Very clear precious teachings for us to practice this powerful Lama Tsongkhapa’s practice. Been explained in a clearly and creative way so everyone of us could understand and put into practice. The correct way to visualize plays an important part in our prayers. We are truly fortunate to have this powerful practice so as to transform our mind and lives meaningfully. It is very beneficial for us to do Guru Yoga prayer in daily Sadhana with the correct visualization. It can help us to calm our mind, good memory, less stressful and so forth. We gain clarity, we gain sharpness of the mind.

Well said in Dharma the-battle-is-a-good-sign by Rinpoche. A profound teachings in this post. We have to accept , be true to ourselves , never blame others for our failure. In life whatever it is there is no short cut we have to learn from the hard way. We learn through mistakes to gain knowledge what is right or wrong. Hence our teacher taught us in away so as we could learn something new. Learning, practicing Dharma and putting into action is the best choice. Instead of running away, we should take more responsibilities, do more Dharma, engage in more Dharma, nor matter what happened. At the end of the day, we gain knowledge, merits, nothing to lose where we could benefits others. Our wisdom, clear mind is arising, our mind becoming better and seeing things better in long run. We are fortunate having Rinpoche giving us precious teachings on line. It has since benefitted many people around the world.
Meaningful quotes by Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo , well explained by Rinpoche for us all to have a good thought.

Very precious teachings indeed, reading it again to refresh myself . A teaching of how our mind works and determines our next reincarnation after our death in this current life . Great teachings relating to the mind as been explained for us to understand better. To achieve real happiness , we have to clear obstacles, delusions in our minds. By doing Lama Tsongkhapa’s practice in our prayers help us to transform our minds. Choosing to learn Dharma , practice and putting into actions has benefited many more across the world from Rinpoche’s teachings online. Learning as much Dharma as we could to transform our body, our speech, our mind . Whatever we do to transform our mind we create becomes a source of happiness.
Thank you Rinpoche for this powerful precious teachings.

Thank you for the interesting sharing. I was quite insightful has I get to know more about shadow people.

I guess one should have a strong will to face challenges given by such people. However we should also have faith in God and follow our spiritual practices diligently, as it helps to protect ourselves.

Thank you Rinpoche and team for working tireless coming up with these fantastic videos, where we could learn, practice from there. All these videos are Dharma teachings, so that people from all around the world can learn and practice. Very beneficial practice simple and quite details. More people get to understand about Dorje Shugden, other Dharma teachings and all misconceptions about Dorje Shugden true nature. A good platform for people to learn Dharma teachings. It has brought tremendous benefit to many people around the world. I am one of them ,listening to all Rinpoche ‘s videos, reading to have more knowledge and learning and practicing from scratch.

Having a good quality correct images of the various Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is hard to find those days. But now Kechara had produced beautiful high-resolution images for us to print out for our home. It’s a blessing have a print out images of Buddha in our home. Looking through these images is amazing, simply beautiful having us get connected to them
Thank you Rinpoche and team for the effort…..with much appreciation.

Mr.Shenpenn Khymsar a diehard activist known for speaking the truth without the shroud of diplomacy . Shenpenn Khymsar has travelled around the globe in search of his fellow Tibetan refugees and has documented their emotional and political struggles. He is a self taught musician, a filmmaker and a creative, modern Tibetan man who spoke so eloquently and openly. His words embodying the pride, courage and integrity as much as the wisdom and compassion . All about the on-going troubles his fellow Tibetan refugees were facing. He even has documented their emotional and political struggles. He is speaking up being a Tibetan and for the Tibetan cause hoping that more Tibetans understand more things and see into more things. That’s wonderful and a good choice he has made. As a responsible Tibetan citizen he just has to tell the truth. Interesting read .
Thank you Rinpoche for this sharing.

The Unknown

The Known and unknown are both feared,
Known is being comfortable and stagnant,
The unknown may be growth and opportunities,
One shall never know if one fears the unknown more than the known.
Who says the unknown would be worse than the known?
But then again, the unknown is sometimes worse than the known. In the end nothing is known unless we endeavour,
So go pursue all the way with the unknown,
because all unknown with familiarity becomes the known.
~Tsem Rinpoche

What the meat industry figured out is that you don't need healthy animals to make a profit.
Sick animals are more profitable... farms calculate how close to death they can keep animals without killing them. That's the business model. How quickly they can be made to grow, how tightly they can be packed, how much or how little can they eat, how sick they can get without dying... We live in a world in which it's conventional to treat an animal like a block of wood. ~ Jonathan Safran Foer

Underprivileged residents of two PPRs in Kuala Lumpur recently received a total of 427kg from our longterm surplus produce sponsor, Lotuss Stores (formerly Tesco Stores). The 65 families are our regular beneficiaries, and are grateful to receive fresh vegetables on a consistent basis right at their doorstep. One of our recipients, Rajeswari, 52, single mother of 2 children, shared that she stopped receiving welfare aid due to unforeseen circumstances. Her words: "Saya cakap untuk Kechara [Soup Kitchen] banyak terima kasih sebab kasi makanan. Dan lebih mau tolong orang lain yang susah seperti saya". Our heartfelt thank-you goes to Lotuss Stores for being a dependable source of food aid and for #helpingthepoor with us. #kecharafoodbank #makingadifference #kitajagakita #charity #foodbank #bantuan #ngomalaysia #givingback #strongertogether - Vivian @ Kechara Soup Kitchen

#kecharafoodbank: In collaboration with Good Shepherd Services (GSS) based in Ipoh, we travelled to Buntong with food rations for 33 families. Some of the food items given include rice, noodles, cooking oil and biscuits; in total, we gave 726kg of food to these beneficiaries from the underprivileged class. We are glad to have been able to contribute, especially to families with children and in poor living conditions. We wish to thank GSS for alerting us about those in need, and we look forward to extending more support in the future together with this not-for-profit organization doing good work. - Vivian @ Kechara Soup Kitchen

In an urgent effort to provide food and necessities to the poverty-stricken in Bentong and rural areas of Pahang, we are launching Food Bank Bentong. With your support, Food Bank Bentong would be able to feed 500 families totaling 2,300 people on a regular basis, giving them a chance to enjoy a basic sense of security we consider a human right. - Vivian @ Kechara Soup Kitchen

The global pandemic hasn't been easy for all of us. Some find it diffucult to find a job to support the family. Despite that, we are still delivering basic food pack to our recipients nationwide. Thank you to our volunteers, donors, and sponsors. Without your support, we would be unable to reach out to many families. Vivian @ Kechara Soup Kitchen

Thanks to the effort of our outstation team, we were able to mobilise food provisions to 600 families living in Kelantan, Penang, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor during the Raya period with each of these families receiving RM200 worth of provisions. Adding onto the current 368 families in Klang Valley, a total of 968 families were benefitted from this.
