Hong Kong Filmart, Wendy Loh & people like her….
Our hardworking group of Li Kim, Sharon, Ms Han and Wendy Loh are at the Hong Kong Filmart (March 19-22). They are going there to promote TSEM PARANORMAL ZONE with Li Kim as our talented celebrity host. I’ve shared some pictures from Sharon Saw and Wendy Loh’s Facebook. Also I am sharing some email and blog chat posts from Wendy Loh from Hong Kong. Li Kim of Kechara and a few will be going to Asian film awards soon also… exciting… Meet more people and expanding…
Very nice messages from Wendy Loh she emailed me and some were posted on blog chat (below)… Although she is so new, she really goes all the way with her job.
Wendy is new but she makes her schedule 100% available for KMP work, which makes it so much easier to invite her along to do anything with us. When we have projects, it’s just nice to know the person is available. In any job, if you want to make it, you have to go all the way and ‘sacrifice’ personal whatevers to make it… that’s the way the world works.
She is not temperamental and no one needs to tiptoe around her moods. Easy and nice to work with. I am told this… and glad to know. Your moods and how you are towards people over time defines how they feel about you… it’s human to think this way I guess…
Although I have spent very little or no time with her and did not ‘nurture’ her in anyway, she has the maturity to see what we are doing and that we will get places and she just does the job. Some people you spend very little time with and they are just ready to go ahead and get things done!
Yes we are not that huge now yet. But we will be… we will. Joining us when we are big looks odd… hehehe… It means you are sitting on the sidelines to see what is happening… what YOU can get from it… and if we make it, you join, if we don’t, your safe… on the positive side some join when we have made it because their minds have changed and feel inspired… everyone is different though and I am not judging… just observing…
Join us now and work hard now and ‘eat porridge’ with us now and enjoy rice later. (Porridge is a metaphor for doing not well and rice is doing well.) Then when we make it we did it together and we know each others’ loyalties. It’s nice to make it together from scratch… from nothing to something. Anything we want to achieve in life we have to go all the way and something else in life has to be given up. We just have to see our own priorities. Priorities must be made based on now and future benefits… not just immediate benefits. Immediate benefits when done and over lead to nothing.
I am very happy Wendy participates in my blog chat and keeps us updated on the events in Hong Kong… All this shows she just easily cooperates with the different methods and ways I/we have created to reach out to more people and each other. I like when people get involved with the chat, we can stay close to each other or at least just update each other and share with the world… If you are in Kechara good to be with Kechara in all ways including chat... when we share we are reaching someone in some way that will benefit for sure… that is good. We are growing and it’s nice to share with each other. If we keep a distance from each other, then people are wary to ask you to join. We should share with the world because Kechara is doing very good works.
Wendy doesn’t drive or own a car, but she makes it to her appointments with no qualms and on time… she is now wanting to move to a closer location to work for Kechara… very dedicated and inspiring. This is the type of attitude and mind I need with the people working together with me… this attitude GETS US PLACES AND HELPS US TO DO MUCH MORE FOR OTHERS and ourselves.
We can treat Kechara like a job or more. If we treat it like a job, then you are seen as a nice employee. If you treat Kechara as more, then you will be included for more. The decision is made by you… It’s not good or bad, it’s just when deciding to ask people to come aboard for different projects their moods, availability, job performance, past, efficiency, cooperativeness, etc all come into play. It’s like that everywhere. It’s not bias, just want a great team to get the job done! This is applicable for anyone anywhere.
I am glad to see Wendy Loh just jumped into the ‘frying pan’ and is really ‘cooking’ with us now. This can be for all people working in Dharma anywhere in the world or any job. This is not meant as a huge WENDY IS SO FABULOUS write up, it’s what I have observed and noticed… I just wanted to share and thank Wendy and all the people like her in Kechara. Wendy is my example for all the people in Kechara who are like her… I thank all the Kecharians for this. You know who you are… I need you, you work with me and we get somewhere… People like you make me want to get to know you more and do more with you. You inspire me and let me know all my hard work, time, tremendous efforts and resources have results…thank you for that… Thank you very much. We will get somewhere together.

Dear Rinpoche,
I just wish to say that Li Kim is not alone in this. She has her team with her, who will do what it takes to make her a star.
Why? Because she is already a star, right from the start. She is a Celebrity with a heart of Gold.
And I love to say, “my boss is a celebrity.” hee hee.
Thank you for the inspiring story, Rinpoche. It is a good way to start the morning as we are heading to the HKG Convention Center to promote Tsem Paranormal Zone.

Li Kim is a good asset to the Organization. She has grown KMP in her own ways and very hard working. She is very dynamic…no matter what obstacles is faced she is always strong… Keep going and. Great work.
Li Kim is an incredibly charming, intelligent, beautiful person (in and out) who has a heart of gold. I do not doubt she’ll make it big in the film world and I can already imagine seeing her on big screen. Not being biased because I love her dearly but she has the charisma and looks good on screen! 🙂
Wendy works very hard and is a super creative person and I wish much success to both Li Kim and Wendy to have all the resources required to go on big screen and tv shows all over the world!!! 🙂
So good to see KIM and Li Kim moving in the direction of making movies especially related to Rinpoche’s bio movie. Rinpoche’s has much to offer about Hope, determination and success, and his story spans 3 countries and how a modern day lama arises to benefit so many. Rinpoche;s blog for example has lifted many people’s spirits about facing the chalenges of this world, and some who contemplated about suicide decided otherwise hence Rinpoche’s movie it will inspire many people. That they are not alone and there is HOPE in the darkest situations. So descriptive,when Rinpoche mentioned that when there is porridge, we all eat porridge and when there is rice, we all eat rice.
Also jump into the frying pan and start cooking. With these two illustrations in mind, where else can Kechara go but UP! UP and soaring in the Skies!
The most simple and illustrative descriptions for us desiring to make Dharma our live and career.
As the mother of STAR BOSS or CELEBRITY BOSS, I thank all in this great Family of Kechara to make it happen.
Next will be your turn, maybe not celebrity in the form like LiKim but one which all of us Kecharians should go for to be a STAR and CELEBRITY KECHARIAN, shine as we move about in our lives, radiating love, care with great compassion.

I remember when I was a kid I wanted to be an actress… I would rent all the chinese drama series and memorize the scripts, since I could not read chinese… I would then make Datuk May and my dad sit through hours after dinner to watch me act. Thinking about it now makes me laugh, I was such a drama queen even then… My grandfather told me he would build me my own production studio and he said I could produce and star in all my own movies! Yes, I was a spoilt rotten little princess!
Then my grandfather passed away when I was 16 and this dream died with him.
Today, I am given this same opportunity and I thought it would be a breeze…what I forgot was I grew up and was less thick skin and even maybe became shy with age. When Rinpoche told me to go become a celebrity, I was scared and did not even think I will get this far to show my face here in HK Filmart and have the guts to strut around like I AM a celebrity!
Well, I am here and have strut around and even insisted people like Glenn Berger (screenwriter of Kung Fu Panda) keep and hold my Tsem Paranormal Zone folder. And he did! He carried it around and was talking to others with the folder in his hands face front with my face. Of course, I was stalking him la and making sure he did not put it down… I must be pretty yet scary too! Paranormal Host I AM!
Whenever I get scared and want to chicken away, I just remember Rinpoche’s words to me to be scared and just do it. I have nothing to lose. So what if I fail temporarily… Indeed so what! I get up and go again…simple. THANK YOU RINPOCHE FOR GIVING ME COURAGE TO FACE MY OWN DEMONS. And giving me this opportunity to make a childhood dream come true now for a much bigger cause!
Last but not least Thank you mom, you have been my strength and inspiration. I LOVE YOU!!!!

Thank you. I am totally speechless and I had to pause a few times while reading this post because I was so overwhelmed.
Rinpoche, the fact that I am accepted as part of KMP / Kechara, in itself is a great blessing. What more should I ask for? I learn so much from my dear friend and colleague, Sharon (Saw), who has been ever so kind and nurturing since the very beginning. And of course Celebrity Host Li Kim is the bestest boss in the world and I have known. 🙂
I believe that we will make it big because we are big.
I am very proud to be a Kecharian & KMPian, of my KMP Family and my Celebrity Boss.

Dear Wendy,
I have literally been spending every moment with you these past few days and I must say that you are a very colorful person. I would like to share here with everyone so that they know.
When we were at the 6th Asian Film Awards on Monday, Wendy knew so much from the famous people to all the films mentioned. I had more fun watching here excited reaction than the awards itself!
You have been great in supporting and promoting me at this Filmart. I think I would have totally chickened out if not for you “pushing” me and encouraging me. THANK YOU!
Rejoice for all the hardworking and dedicated Kecharians. You guys are beautiful people, work day and night for the benefits of others. Your commitments make different to many people’s life. I believe this should be the only reason for our existence in this world! Honestly it is shameful to just write a comment here but not being part of the full-time kecharians yet.

I cannot tell about Caines for now but we are already planning to attend the festivals in Shanghai and Singapore. I learn at this HK Filmart that these two are good to attend as they combine Film & TV in the festival. Very cool!

Wendy is always ready to help and has pulled off a couple of miracles for me without even thinking twice about it. I am glad she is in Kechara.
When I see the picture of Ms Han, Wendy, Li Kim and Sharon I am very thankful to them. They are away for only one purpose that is to do what they need to, in order to draw help towards fulfilling Rinpoche’s vision for KWPC.
Li Kim is already a star and she looks like she means business on her promotional video. Move over Mr Alfred Hitchcock.
