Yek Yee joins Kechara Care
Since 1st of February, 2011, Liaison Kok Yek Yee has officially transferred departments: from Kechara Media & Publications (KMP) to Kechara Care (KC)!
As chief Chinese editor for KMP, she utilized her writings skills well for 3 years. Many people have been (and will continue to be) inspired by the many dharma books Yek Yee and her team translated. It was in 2007, when she first published her own book, Protector Setrap!
Over the months, the Chinese group has grown tremendously. More and more Chinese-educated Malaysians started attending Dharma classes and pujas regularly. There were also many who would do walk-ins at Kechara to take a little look-see.
As the number of people interested in Kechara grows, the Kechara Care teams need to grow too.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and holding a vast amount of knowledge, some Kecharians realized that she would be perfect to nurture new Chinese-educated Malaysians. Yek Yee is kind, knowledgeable, eloquent and personable.
Besides joining the KC team, Yek Yee is also a committee member of the Kechara Earth Project (KEP). This division is also pushing hard to benefit society through recycling initiatives.
How great! Yek Yee is going to be part of KC which will help others in their spiritual path, and part of KEP which will help the Earth.

Congrats Yek Yee!! KC is a very nice department to be at, and represents Kechara well. The team is fun, lively, very creative and super caring, so you’d fit in well right there. Kechara Care is headed by Liaison Chuah Su Ming, http://www.kechara.com/?p=2794, who herself embodies all the adjectives I mentioned above. Kechare Care is expanding!! YAY! xo
All the best in your endeavours!
