Amazing Giving

Very nice email from Ms Wendy Loh. I really appreciate this sharing. Thank you Wendy.

Tsem Rinpoche

Dear Rinpoche,

Greetings! How are you? I hope that you are feeling great, happy and relaxed. :-))

I have taken the liberty to share with Rinpoche a picture that I saw on FB and I was so touched by it. This is nothing short of total compassion, love and unconditional giving. It puts me to shame, the so-called little charity I do. This lady who shows equal love to all sentient beings must be an emanation of the Great Compassionate Kuan Yin.

With folded palms,
Wendy

Truly touching a mother’s love while breastfeeding her own child on one breast and the other feeding an animal. Could not believe what I saw ….is weird but second thought its touching . Words are not enough to express the unconditional love that exists between a mother and that baby animal. I have heard of babies been fed by cows or sheep when mother could not have enough milk for their babies but not the other way. It can chance someone’s life forever ,when we are generous in giving nor matter small.
Thank you Rinpoche and Wendy for sharing this. A teaching of giving unconditional love, compassion to all sentient beings.

  2. Lin Mun on Jan 20, 2018 at 3:38 pm

How generous and compassion of this lady. No matter how little we have we can still share. Thank you Wendy for sharing this picture and it reminds me to give and love all beings.

  3. Jacinta Goh on Jul 8, 2014 at 9:41 am

At first, this picture disturbed my mind. Upon further inspection, I couldn’t believe what I saw. This is beyond expectation and perception. If she were to be term uncivilised, then we are Barbarian. Full stop!

  4. Carmen Lin @ KMP on Dec 30, 2013 at 8:33 pm

This is beyond words can describe. Thank you Wendy Loh and Rinpoche for sharing this.

  5. tenzin llhamo on Mar 18, 2013 at 7:11 pm

Some may look at the picture as obscene but if one look deeper, it is incredible to see how the woman gave despite feeding an animal. How something that many will comment negatively or react negatively, just because we cant do it, doesnt mean that it is wrong.
Compassion come in many ways and this is one of the many I have seen. May all of us have the compassion like Chenrezig always.

  6. Joy on Feb 26, 2013 at 11:26 pm

The say a picture paints a thousand words… well this just goes to show that a “true” mother’s love in really beyond boundaries!!! They say a mother could go to hell and back for her child. And I do not know if this is true but what I have noticed is that the poorer you are the more humble you are. We normally read, see and hear amazing acts of compassion and kindness from those who are not rich in wealth and materials but rather those that are poverty stricken and those who have nothing. Perhaps it is true, when you have nothing, you got nothing to lose and thus less attachments, judgemental and lesser the ego… which makes a person more sensitive, more kinder and more generous. It is strange isn’t it that those that can give wholeheartedly and sincerely are those who we deem have nothing yet they are so rich in the “human spirit”.

  7. Jessica Yap on Dec 21, 2012 at 1:17 am

Such a powerful picture. A truly wonderful mother. I guess we can only understand a mother’s compassion by becoming one. Mothers are compassion and kind and loving by nature. =)
That is why it is even more important to not eat meat as the meat we are about to consume was once our kind mother. Our mother carried us in her womb, nursed us, took care of us, it wouldn’t make sense to repay her kindness by eating her/her current incarnation..
All the more reason to stick to our vegetarian diet. =)

    Thank you for sharing, Wendy!
    and thank you, Rinpoche!

The biggest love in the world is mother love, she use her life to bet when deliver us to this world. Mothers always can extremely giving not only for the related person only. Thanks Rinpoche for sharing this inspiring photo.

We will always feel that our mother very talent for nagging us, but actually after the time past the nag will be the precious remind and advice for us.

May all mothers in this world good health good fortunes, u all is the best. “Muak” I Love U Mum…

This is a beautiful picture of this Native woman with child.I believe they are from a tribe in the Orinoco jungle in the rainforest of Brazil. They believe in Nature and spirits of nature. Now you have to understand that they hunt. They hunt animals and if there are orphans left behind from the mothers they hunt, then they keep these animals as pets. They respect nature but they are not vegetarian :)))

  11. tenzin llhamo on Mar 10, 2012 at 6:26 pm

    Unconditional love! Truly beautiful!

Compassion can transcend many boundaries as shown in this example.

  13. Michelle Tan on Feb 8, 2012 at 1:01 pm

Many mothers today are handicapped in the name of civilization (of course not all lah). They do not breastfeed their children nor dirty their hand to clean their pooed baby. Society has labeled formula milk powder is much more superior to breast milk. Only the well to do family could afford formula milk and maid for their baby. Of course, the advertisement contributes some share in the demand for formula milk too. Thus, the society formed the perception that formula milk and maid are the best option for both mother and baby. That is the reason why some people will find this picture unnatural.

A few years back, when I visited Orang Asli settlement in Kuala Gandah and I heard one of my husband’s colleagues commented that the Orang Asli was so unclean and uncivilized. Then inside my heart I felt we have to depend on the Orang Asli to help us to survive in the jungle when we have no choice but to hide in the jungle. Most city people are handicapped in the jungle and most likely will become the prey of wild animals if they were to live in jungle. The civilized ones need the uncivilized ones, possible???!!!

I have limited time to read Rinpoche’s blog and this picture catches my attention and I couldn’t resist sharing my thought….. It is really ashamed that the human race replaced the formula milk for human’s breast milk in the name of beauty, individual’s convenience and civilization. (My view here does not apply to those who have no choice in scarifying the quality/precious time with their baby.) Thank you for sharing the picture. This picture indicates that the more civilized we are, the further away we are from our good nature.

  14. Hui Keng on Feb 5, 2012 at 8:40 pm

Unconditional love and giving is the quality of Buddha nature.

  15. Lim Han Nee on Feb 3, 2012 at 3:52 pm

This picture cuts through all our perceptions and projections and labeling. Our gross perception makes us label this woman as uncivilized and her show of great borderless compassion as uncivilized conduct. Yet when we cut through our gross perceptions and projectons, we see the reality as a spontaneous act of true love, because it stems from seeing all beings as equally important because they are all mother sentient beings.

  16. Yoke Fui on Feb 2, 2012 at 5:48 pm

Mother’s milk is the essence of life to babies. Seeing how this kind lady can give so spontaneously her milk to the little animal put “civilized” people like me to shame.

  17. Paris on Jan 30, 2012 at 2:11 pm

this is pretty incredible. Most of us wouldn’t even share things between our kids and other kids. I know plenty of people in our so-called civilised society who think animals are beneath us and that humans are superior. In the end, their behaviour is worse than animals, more barbaric, more unrefined. These same people would also probably look down on this woman, for where and how she lives. Actually, if we’re looking at how far we’ve progressed, this woman beats us all out of the water – that she’s able to transcend all the boundaries and labels that the rest of us so-called “civilised” people put on each other. She has a boundless generosity, kindness and compassion – for all our education, exposure and material riches, how many of us can say we have that?

    • Linh on Feb 21, 2012 at 12:02 pm

I agree. Sharing has become such a rarity in today’s society. Even something as simple as letting a car pass or giving a packet of food to a stranger. ‘Civilization’ has gotten in the way of living.

  18. Helena Chin on Jan 29, 2012 at 1:47 pm

This Picture is amazing, it tells us everything, compassion with no boundaries. Really really touched!!!
Thank you for sharing Rinpoche and Wendy.

  19. vc on Jan 28, 2012 at 10:14 pm

this lady is not civilised.she just gives out of compassion.she could harm herself with her generosity as the animal could transmit diseases to her.you can say she is foolish but she acted out of compassion.Nevertheless in her mind.she treats animal same like her child.

  20. Datuk May on Jan 28, 2012 at 5:36 pm

When I saw this picture, I asked myself having been a mother, can I do what this lady is doing? I have no answer, and I felt a little ashamed. Questions like, what is generosity and how to practise generosity keep running around my head.

This picture is very very empowering for me to rethink how to give and how to love, this picture is a true illustration of universal love and care without boundaries.

this pic depicts the phrase what universally agreeable: Unconditional Love. Love, caring has no boundaries, and this picture speaks for itself. Treating every sentient being the same. Thank You Wendy for sharing this meaningful Picture to Rinpoche and everyone to understand.

  25. Carmen Koo on Jan 28, 2012 at 5:14 am

Like how we are brought into the world, all three beings are bare naked. When we are brought into this world, we have nothing. When we pass on, we bring nothing with us. Might as well share all that you have, whatever you can give, whilst living. A hungry being is ultimately a hungry being, no doubt about that.

I love the equality between the animal, the mum and the child that is perfectly illustrated in this picture. Such kindness and compassion.

Thank you for sharing, Wendy and Rinpoche.

  26. Julia Tan on Jan 28, 2012 at 1:07 am

Very beautiful picture. Mother’s love is great! Look at her… she has nothing! But she shared her milk which probably the only food for her baby to survive to the little cub. Other than love and compassion and giving I also saw the connection of each other in the great mother nature.

  27. vc on Jan 28, 2012 at 12:41 am

    i want. i want.lol.

  28. DR on Jan 28, 2012 at 12:29 am

On first sight it looks a little strange but if you think deeper, what is wrong? Giving life and easing the suffering of the poor animal is not negative. And besides, humans drink milk from cows which are another species!

I think it is just our perceptions that lead us to label the act above as ‘wrong’. Indigenous peoples such as that lady above are much more in tune with nature and with the understanding that we are all dependent on one another to survive.

    • susan on Feb 1, 2012 at 4:44 pm

i like very much what DR said… ” are much more in tune with nature and with the understanding that we are all dependent on one another to survive ”

DR is a great example thru her work via KSK.

      wishing you well always

As HH DALAI LAMA speech recently that woman always show more compassionate and motherly love. He also stressed that if one day the world conquer by woman, it will be a better place. Brings more peace and harmony to others…

Display of unconditional love, kindness and care…an act where this woman has shown can put shame to many.

    lol.quite obsene also.

    • Candi on Feb 28, 2012 at 5:15 am

Only if you see it like that. “Obscene” is an opinion, not a Reality. Reality is Reality. “Obscene” is a thought, an ephemeral thing, and not self. It doesn’t even belong to you, never mind the Reality. If the thought was self, as soon as it’s gone, so would your self be gone.

Opinions are practically irrelevant to Reality: Reality is as it is. “Good” and “Bad” or “Pure” and “Obscene” do not exist in the objects from their own side – that is a mental interpretation, an extraneous thing, an irrelevant addition by which we are fooled.

The senses have no thought, and thoughts are ephemeral.

  34. Victor on Jan 27, 2012 at 6:36 pm

Limitless love… Very touching and good example. Thank you for sharing to Rinpoche and Ms. Wendy 🙂

Virupa 9th century Indian mahasiddha and yogi, also known as Virupaksa and Tutop Wangchuk. Mahasiddha Virupa, the Lord of all yogis, was born in a royal family in east India. He is one of the most revered Indian Buddhist Mahasiddhas and a founding figure of the Sakya tradition. Known for his unconventional life, famous for miraculous feats, such as stopping the sun. He is often depicted in art with a pointed finger, a large belly, and a skull cup. Interesting. He is featured amongst the famous collection of 84 and he is part of Dorje Shugden’s incarnation lineage.
Thank you Rinpoche and Pastor David sharing this great Indian mahasiddha and yogi.

Interesting read of some of the world’s creepiest, haunted, and abandoned tunnels. These tunnels often feature in urban legends due to their, dark history, cramped conditions, and reputation for supernatural activity. Its always that’s spirits being trapped at that location so generally people feel uncomfortable when driving in tunnels. They even claim to hear ghostly trains and voices echoing from within. There’s so many haunted tunnels in the world, it seems.
Thank you Rinpoche for this interesting sharing…….goose bumps true stories of haunted tunnels.

Wat Muang, nestled in the historic city of Ayutthaya, Thailand, stands as a testament to the cultural heritage and spiritual significance. The concrete statue is painted gold, standing 92–95 meters tall and 63 meters wide. It is the tallest statue in Thailand and among the tallest in the world. Visitors often visit to pay respect and are known to touch the tip of the statue’s finger for blessings. Interesting this statue has a remarkable history behind it. The surrounding Wat Muang temple, there’s a “Hell Garden” featuring graphic and life-size figures . Just looking at those beautiful pictures in the blog, its awesome. A place worth visiting. Would love to visit someday.
Thank you Rinpoche for this sharing.

ELON MUSK TESLA CRYPTO SCAM MY TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE

I’m still shaking my head in shock. I lost a whopping $64,000 to a fake Tesla investment platform that used convincing deepfake Elon Musk videos to lure me in. The promised 15% daily profits were too good to be true, and I ended up barely scraping by to pay my bills. But here’s the good news: I didn’t have to go broke completely. A friend who’d been in a similar situation recommended Jetwebhackers, a team of skilled investigators who specialize in recovering stolen crypto funds. I was hesitant at first, but they impressed me with their professionalism, speed, and no-upfront-fees approach. In just 72 hours, they tracked down the scammers, recovered my full Bitcoin, and gave me my life back. Hi guys, just wanted to share my thoughts on this post. I’ve been following this blog for a little while now, and I have to say this is one of the best pieces you’ve put out. The way you explained everything was so clear that I didn’t have to re-read anything to understand it. That’s the sign of a writer who truly knows their audience. It reminded me of why I enjoy using WinZO APP. The app doesn’t make me work to figure out how things work. Everything is laid out intuitively, so I can just focus on having fun. Your writing is the same way. I didn’t have to work to understand it. I just read and enjoyed. Thanks for that. Looking forward to the next one.

A heartfelt reunion gathering between Damian Aspinall a conservationist and a gorilla named Kwibi. Kwibi was brought up in a conservation park (Howletts Wild Animal Park) in England. Howletts Wild Animal Park is a 90-acre wildlife park and conservation charity. The park is a beautiful ancient parkland that is ideal for great days out in Kent with the entire family. It was opened in 1975, famous for housing over 390 animals. Kwibi gorilla was brought up in the park and was released back to nature to be free into the wild when he was 5 years old in the forest of Gabon, in West Africa. The park is a registered charity that funds overseas projects and animal reintroduction in an effort to help their species to survive from extinction. Damian went back to Gabon after 5 years later to see if Kwibi is alive. Sure enough They were reunited again happily . An emotional encounter between the conservationist and Kwibi gorilla as shown in the video. The pain of parting is nothing to the joy of meeting again.
    Thank you Rinpoche for sharing.

Beautiful paintings of White Tara draw by a talented artist. White Tara is worshipped primarily in Nepal and Tibet as a compassionate figure. Those beautiful paintings create a lasting emotional impact to those who see as it combines harmonious colours. Amazing art piece with dominated warm, and a contrasting mix of vibrant, saturated colours that create a specific mood.an exceptional artistic creation. Merely looking at these beautiful art paintings of White Tara is a blessing.

Stolen Crypto? How to Recover Lost Bitcoin Online: My Experience with Decentralized Codex Security
I never believed the stories of recovered cryptocurrency. Like most, I thought that once Bitcoin was sent to the wrong address or stolen, it was gone forever—a permanent lesson in the risks of digital finance. That belief shattered when I lost 2.8 BTC due to a simple but devastating error: I copied a malicious wallet address from a compromised forum post. The transaction was confirmed in minutes, and my savings were gone.

The feeling was one of sheer helplessness. Police reports went nowhere, and general cybersecurity firms simply shrugged. My hope was almost extinguished until I found a detailed case study about Decentralized Codex Security (DCS). With no other options, I contacted them at consult@decentralizedcodexsecurity.com.

The process that followed was a masterclass in professional crypto recovery. Unlike the vague promises I’d encountered elsewhere, DCS provided a transparent, step-by-step plan from the outset. They assigned me a dedicated investigator who patiently explained their forensic blockchain tracing methodology. Their team at https://www.decentralizedcodexsecurity.com works with a level of expertise that feels like something out of a cyber-thriller.

Using advanced on-chain analysis, they tracked my stolen funds through a labyrinth of wallets and across multiple blockchains. They identified patterns and exposed the thief’s attempts to launder the coins through mixing services. The critical moment came when their tracing revealed the funds had landed in an account on a KYC-compliant exchange. DCS immediately prepared a legally rigorous report, complete with irrefutable evidence of the theft’s path, and formally liaised with the exchange’s security team.

The result? The assets were frozen. After complying with the exchange’s verification and legal procedures, 87% of my Bitcoin was successfully returned to my custody within 16 days. The fee for their service, taken from the recovered amount, was worth infinitely more than the 100% loss I was facing.

If you are reading this, feeling the same cold dread I once did, understand this: Recovery is possible. It requires the right experts with the correct tools and legal partnerships. Do not give in to despair. Reach out to Decentralized Codex Security. They are the definitive solution for recovering lost or stolen Bitcoin online.

    Sincerely,

    [CHARLES LEVIN]

I started playing lottery games 3 years ago and I have never won big sums. I went online to seek help on how I can win big in my lottery games and I saw some nice reviews about dr Herry who has help different people huge winners in their lottery games with his prayers. I gave it a try and I contacted DrHERRY, who told me how and what to do before I can become a big lottery winner and I accepted. He made special prayers for me at his temple and gave me the required numbers to play the lottery game and when I played it, I won a massive $235.4 million POWERBALL jackpot. I was so happy and I chose to receive my winnings in a one-time, lump-sum payment of $160,038,447.27 at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee and the balance was given to the store that I bought & played the game from. I would love other people to seek help from him and he can be contacted through whatsapp +12023654871on through email address Drherry189@gmail.com

Elon Musk Scammed Me $250K – Cancer Mom Almost Lost Everything

Stage 4 breast cancer, fighting for my 2 little girls. Saved $250K for treatments & their future. Fake “Elon Musk Tesla team” on X DM’d me: private charity giveaway for cancer moms, 30% monthly returns on Tesla-linked crypto. Fake screenshots, voice clip, everything looked real. I sent it all thinking it was God’s miracle. Gone in hours. Account deleted. Lay in hospital bed at 3am crying so hard I couldn’t breathe—felt like I just took food & hope from my babies while dying. Found JetWebHackers in despair. They traced the wallets, recovered EVERY CENT in weeks. Money back… held my girls sobbing happy tears for once. They gave a dying mom her fight back. If fake Elon/Tesla scammed you too, contact them NOW. Real angels

The Unknown

The Known and unknown are both feared,
Known is being comfortable and stagnant,
The unknown may be growth and opportunities,
One shall never know if one fears the unknown more than the known.
Who says the unknown would be worse than the known?
But then again, the unknown is sometimes worse than the known. In the end nothing is known unless we endeavour,
So go pursue all the way with the unknown,
because all unknown with familiarity becomes the known.
~Tsem Rinpoche

Billions of terrestrial animals die annually. Billions. You can’t even imagine it. And all that because people don’t want to give up meat, even though there are so many alternatives. ~ Gabriel Azimov

What the meat industry figured out is that you don't need healthy animals to make a profit.
Sick animals are more profitable... farms calculate how close to death they can keep animals without killing them. That's the business model. How quickly they can be made to grow, how tightly they can be packed, how much or how little can they eat, how sick they can get without dying... We live in a world in which it's conventional to treat an animal like a block of wood. ~ Jonathan Safran Foer
