Being Rinpoche’s personal attendant means that I am able to witness real Dharma in action, both on and off the throne. I consider myself extremely fortunate, and at the same time it is also a great challenge to instil Dharma in my life 24/7.
Over the years I have witnessed many cases of how Rinpoche helped many people in both worldly and supramundane ways, so I decided to have these stories told in comic form for the wider audience. It is my wish that through these stories many will be inspired to achieve the state of compassion and attainments like Tsem Rinpoche, so that many more sentient beings can be helped.

Fast forward, Marici is very healthy and has become a wonderful young lady now. Looking back, I’ve known Cynthia for years now and she’s one of the backbones in Kechara and working in the front desk with diverse responsibilities. Thanks for documenting this as we can now look back and being grateful for having to meet Rinpoche in the first place.
These was one of the many miraculous cases of how Rinpoche has helped.As we learn and practice dharma sincerely, we may received the blessings from guru and to be protected from any harm.
Through the blessings of Rinpoche, Marici was able to overcome her problem and get well again. Thank you very much for the sharing.

Disturbance like this can happen to anyone when the karma with of the person and the unseen being ripen. Thank you, Pastor Seng Piow, for the illustrated miracle story on how Rinpoche guided Cynthia and Marici away from danger through protector’s practice. The unseen exist, whether we like it or not. Some of them are malicious and have the affinity or karma with some of us. Hence they can cause harm and disturbance. By engaging in Protectors’ practice like Dorje Shugden and Setrap that have been practiced by the high lamas of the Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism, we are protected and guarded against harm.
Rinpoche is compassionate and only want the best for us. His teachings are not meant to show off the power of the divines but offer us a way out from our desperate samsara conundrum that binds us from engaging in deeper spiritual practice. Rinpoche always teaches us to focus on mind transformation and Tsongkhapa practice. How fortunate we are to have met Rinpoche in this lifetime. We must not let this rare and precious opportunity go to waste.

Marici and her mother are very fortunate to have the blessings of Tsem Rinpoche. There are many miracles performed by Rinpoche, some not on this blog yet but they exist. Rinpoche always thinks about the welfare of others. He allows people to have faith in the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha.

This is not just a story… it is a true account of what happened to this family when their beloved daughter was born.
I know Cynthia personally, and she have told me this story/experience to me. I’m glad that everything is ok for Cynthia and Marici.

When I was young, I used to hear of such miracle stories and used to be so amazed by them. What was so amazing was the existence of negative and positive energies, spirits, gods etc. These type of stories not only tells us we are not alone, hence if there is evil, there is also good. But reading or hearing such stories is totally different from actually knowing those very people encountering them, and of course knowing who Rinpoche is. And to many of us older students… this is not uncommon, though Rinpoche would never ever say, promote himself, or boasts of sure abilities, we all know, cos we’ve seen it! (So Thank you Seng Piow to create this cartoon to illustrate and share these real stories with others).
Over the past 10 years, I’ve seen Rinpoche help people with spirit possession, black magic charmed, kidnapping cases, lost child cases, death cases, and the list just goes on! Basically all that Rinpoche has done and is still doing is just selflessly, with no agenda, benefiting someone, some times even other formless beings of other realms…. sometimes Rinpoche would chant and blow mantra on a tree on a statue even. This is not a myth, not a hoax, these beings do exists and these stories true.
We are fortunate to cross path with Rinpoche, not because He can do “miracles” but because he gave us the “miracle” Dharma… and from there we’ve learnt so much about doing good and helping others. Because of Rinpoche kindness, we have Kechara and Cynthia Ng has a place to come to, to find Rinpoche and to get help.
Imagine if there was no Rinpoche, no Kechara… I wonder who would Cynthia have seeked… a bomoh? And how would baby Marici be today?
There are many people who love their kids to bits and would have probably faced the same situation without knowing what is wrong and without much help. Cynthia is very fortunate to have Rinpoche to advice because she is dedicated to dharma. However, we should share this information to everyone so that others can also benefit from her miraculous experience. Miracles do happen!
I can imagine how grateful for Cynthia for rinpoche to help when she’s very helpless. Thank you for rinpoche for always being so compassion and care for everyone. May Marici stay healthy and happy always.
It’s so important to get a compassionate Guru when one encounter obstacle such as this. From newspaper and tv news we know they are so many who do not have the merits to meet the right person to solve their problem and end up with even more problems or problems become more complicated. In the process faith in your Guru is so important to overcome your obstacles.
Sometimes, obstacles in life could manifest as something positive – lead you to a better direction – such as start learning Dharma and know the way to change your life for better.
Even when meet with the right person who has the capacity to help us but we don’t have faith, trust, belief in him, we wouldn’t care to follow his instructions and prescriptions. I am glad Cynthia has faith on both herself and Rinpoche. As a result her daughter has recovered from her illness and disturbances.
Rejoice to mummy Cynthia for follow 100% to Guru instructions and believe 100% to protector hence get the 100% result. May ur daughter and whole family always protect by 3 jewels…

Being a mother, I understand that what Cynthia has gone through has not been easy. It is so good to see that Marici has grown into a healthy cute little girl she is now, made possible by Rinpoche’s care and blessings. Thank you Rinpoche for helping Marici overcome her problems.
Cynthia Ng is really lucky to have encountered Rinpoche. I could not have imagine what would have happened to Marici had she not have met Rinpoche as such behavior cannot be explained by doctors or by any secular means. Rinpoche’s advice and care is amazing!
Glad to know that now Marici is ok now. it was pain of heart if we don’t know how to help our love one .It was fortunate to be able to receive Rinpoche’s guidance and Cynthia perform it without any hesitation and doubt . the result is the prove of miracle of Tsem Rinpoche .
Yes this story recall back when i became a mother with full of joy welcome a healthy baby girl. But i din’t expect my baby girl has to go through a serious disturbances and this made me panic and scared. But We are fortunate to meet Rinpoche and Rinpoche has very compassionate gave us clear instructions to follow and completed it.
I know many cases like this happen everywhere in the world but we are very fortunate to meet a Guru when Marici in critical. I can’t imagine what will happen to Marici if we din’t receive Rinpoche’s instructions to clear Marici’s disturbances. Rinpoche helps us all the way with cares.
“What ever Rinpoche has requested, let it be done”- for me the meaning of this sentences more than that, We must have strong Guru devotion.

Marici is fortunate that her mum, Cynthia, was a student of Rinpoche when she was born.Through the blessings of Rinpoche, she was able to overcome her problem and get well again. Cynthia followed Rinpoche’s instructions and she was able to do it repeatedly saying every time that ” Whatever Rinpoche has requested, let it be done”. After a while, the problem miraculously disappeared.
This is yet another instance of the power of Rinpoche’s great compassion. Cynthia is now a full-time staff of KH, and in this way, she is repaying Rinpoche’s kindness to her.
Cases like this happen everywhere in the world every time, some are fortunate to get a spiritual teacher’s help and some not.
Marici is the fortunate one because of her mother being in Dharma, serving others, she created the causes for Marici to get helped.
Tsem Rinpoche is very caring and compassion, he cares for everyone as equal, whenever he knows someone in trouble, he will not just sit there and see, he will do everything to help.
Yes, working in DHarma may not bring you great monetary fortune, but working in Dharma bring you peace of mind, it helps solve many of our problems that not money can solve.

Rinpoche’s compassion touches everyone who has been helped by him. Cynthia is a hard working full-time staff in Kechara House, strong, friendly and cheerful. She follows Rinpoche’s instruction via her strong devotion to him and his teachings.
Cute Marici, Cynthia and her family are fortunate to meet the dharma for they must have created the karma and merit to receive blessings from the Buddhas.
Marici is blessed to have mummy Cynthia who practices Dharma and have Rinpoche as her compassionate lama. With faith and sincerity, Cynthia followed Rinpoche’s instructions and was able to solve the worrying problem of Marici unexplained non-stop crying. A cute baby who has grown up to a cute little girl. May Marici always be blessed by the Three Jewels.
It is very good that Seng Piow documents all the miraculous deeds that Rinpoche has performed. While Rinpoche shows by example how we can improve ourselves even on a mundane level (which no doubt aids in our spiritual learning), transform our minds and live compassionately, Rinpoche would not speak of his spiritual feats, claiming instead that he has no special attainments. This and many other stories show how humble Rinpoche is.
Baby Marici is no longer a baby now and has grown up nicely, and Cynthia now works full time at Kechara. Marici can happily look forward to a life in Dharma.

Another true story from our kechara full time staff Cynthia Ng. She is so fortunate to have received instructions from Rinpoche to dispel the disturbances of her baby Marici and now working full time in KH happily.
Last time when Marici was not feeling well she was not happy, but now she is a happy and active baby. You can see her happy face and “big sister” face whenever you see her! May Marici happy and healthy always!
Yes, I am one of the witness re-Marici case, after Marici born her mother Cynthia faced a lot of problem. Cynthia told me that Marici cried almost every night. She had check with doctor, doctor said nothing. Then Marici cry and cry going on almost a month, until Cynthia asked adviced from Rinpoche. Then at that night Cynthia told me Marici become more calm and can sleep very well. That is incredible!And this is a real story which happened in front of me.

Baby Marici is so cute! She has grown so much since the last time i saw her! KP & KC team went up to Genting for a short outing once and baby Marici was there as well. I enjoyed playing with her and ‘bribing’ her with lollipops. hehe!

This story amazes me. I am amazed by especially by the line given by Rinpoche – “Whatever that Rinpoche has instructed, let it be done”. I feel that there are more to this line, but maybe Rinpoche just made it so simple for Cynthia but behind this line Rinpoche was doing a lot himself to help this situation.
I am glad that Cynthia is doing dharma work full time to repay Rinpoche’s kindness to her.
Marici has now grown to a very cute and happy girl. Rinpoche has very compassionate to give the instructions for clearing the disturbance of Marici. I believe, with this reason, Cynthia is very grateful to Rinpoche and creating the cause for her to works full time in Kechara House. I always see her with a smiling face in KH. Rinpoche and Protector help us a lot in clearing our obstacle and be closed to our Guru and at the same time can advance more in our spiritual journey.
