Rinpoche personally sets up computer for Nepali boys

Tsem Rinpoche personally setting up a computer for the Nepali boys in His residence, and showing them how to access Youtube to watch their favorite Hindi movies! Rinpoche cares for everyone around Him irregardless of nationality, race, status, background. Rinpoche says these boys have to leave their home country and families to work overseas, so Rinpoche always takes extra good care of them and makes sure that they have good food, comfortable rooms and good entertainment, and Rinpoche sets up computer, TV, DVD player, fish tanks for them among many other things to make their living environment a happy one.

Rinpoche always encourage people to be kind and care for others. Rinpoche doesn’t just talk but Rinpoche walk the talk. Whatever Rinpoche said we can see how Rinpoche does it and it is with care and love. Rinpoche doesn’t do it for the sake of doing it but making sure the people really benefited from it. No matter under what circumstances, even if Rinpoche is sick, Rinpoche always prioritize other people’s wellbeing first. This behavior is consistent and genuine which many people around Rinpoche can witness.

Now knowing that these computers are not cheap, Rinpoche was so nice for buying one for the boys. I am sure that they are enjoying the computer, and i hope they use it well. Thank you for sharing Rinpoche.
Rinpoche’s love and care for all that are around him is just unbelievable. Even if Rinpoche just met the person, Rinpoche would also show love, care, and concern towards that person.
Just taking a simple example for giving Rinpoche’s students food. Rinpoche would make sure that all of us have food no matter what happens. Sometimes Rinpoche will order food that is being delivered to the different offices, ensuring that the students do not work with a empty stomach.

Rinpoche is always very kind to people, no matter who they are and where are they from. Rinpoche does not only talk and not do, but He talks and at the same time he does things. So I do not understand how can someone talk bad about Rinpoche when He is like, 100 times better than us? Rinpoche don’t owe us anything, but for the people Rinpoche has kindly helped before( including some of the criticizers), we owe Rinpoche. So please be grateful and do your parts.
Yes, Rinpoche has always been so generous and kind to every one no matter who or where you are from, consistently. I’ve know Rinpoche for over 10 years now and since day one I see Rinpoche always giving, not just materially but in so many aspects… through Rinpoche’s jokes, sarcasm, funny scenarios, to shopping for students, paying for their phone bills, getting their car fixed, ensuring they have a safe place to live, ensuring their fed, ensuring the are well taken care of when sick, bringing students to massages… Sometimes Rinpoche even give cash and buy all the necessities like food and toiletries for his students, and I have personally experience Rinpoche’s consistent care in all the above mentioned.
Basically Rinpoche constantly is helping and caring for people, animals as much as He can. The more Rinpoche has, the more He gives… one of the 6 paramitas, to me this shows Rinpoche his a real Lama and a living Buddha. Who ever crosses path with Rinpoche, will sure benefit in one way or another and ultimately, Rinpoche gives Dharma in the least unexpected way which allows the students to improve and gain some form of realisation.
I am ever so grateful to Rinpoche, I can do what I do today is all because of Rinpoche x
I bet there is no other foreign friends who are more fortunate than this bunch! Not only they receive such care and wonderful living environment, they get to serve Rinpoche and be so close to Rinpoche. I rejoice in their great merits and may they dedicate their merits to their loved ones who is far away from each other. I also respect their wives and family for giving them the blessings to serve Rinpoche.
Rinpoche’s love and care for all beings never wavers. The three Nepali boys are away from home and Rinpoche makes sure that their needs are taken care of. The three boys are very fortunate to be able to work in Rinpoche’s residence and be closed to Rinpoche.
Rinpoche always thinks of benefiting others and always give unconditionally. I believe these Nepali boys is working very hard too besides watching their favorite Hindi movies on YouTube. Like what Swee Keong mentioned, indeed this is pretty COOOL!!

Rinpoche’s love and compassion transcends every where irrespective who they are or where they are from. We are truly fortunate to have Rinpoche shown us the way to treat our foreign staff with respect, love and care for they deserve them too.
仁波切总是无微不至的照顾身边每一位随从、学生和员工们。仁波切以身作则真心对待所有人，仁波切从没分任何的阶级、国际、语言等等。感谢仁波切教导我们“佛法就是要从实践开始才能走向证悟的道路。”
I do recall what Rinpoche said during the Nepal Pilgrimage and it was exactly about treating foreign workers with a lot of compassion and care. And no one would want to leave their home unless it was absolutely necessary. I am glad to know about this teaching.
Rinpoche is always caring for his students and friends, He always make sure everyone is well taking care of. These boys came from far and left the family behind to work in Malaysia, They are all deserve good treatment and can’t take them for granted. Great to see that they were having a great time learning from Rinpoche hehehe…fun 🙂
仁波切一向以来都很照顾在他身边的工作人员，不管他们是谁，付责什么，他都会一视同仁，不只这样，他还会亲力亲为的帮忙他们。仁波切一向以来都是身教多声教，及时的教导我们对任何人任何事都要一视同仁，这样一来才能服众，而且这才是真正的慈悲。
以身作則是最佳的教育工具。我們本身認為最理所當然的傲氣在仁波切面前成了最冷漠的品質。或許說對每個人好是最自然不過的事，不足掛齒，但由於自私心和自我保護的心態作祟，這個社會確實缺乏熱心助人、互相關懷的美德。
既然我們的內心也認同這些美德，那就不要再懷疑了，就去實踐吧！謝謝仁波切身體力行教育我們，提醒我們。

Our Guru, Rinpoche, is truly a Bodhisattva with a very opened mind, caring and sympathetic heart, lighting up and warming the whole universe with his twin rays of wisdom and compassion. It sheds its genial glow on every being struggling in the ocean of birth and death; irrespective of its race, caste, colour, creed, or sex and especially for animals too. As taught always by Rinpoche, Buddhism is not confined to any country or particular nation, it is ‘a Universal Love for all’, yes, for all living beings, who regards the whole World as his/her motherland and everyone in it as his/her brother and sister of harmony, peace and unity. Om mani padme hum.
It is true that H.E Tsem Tulku Rinpoche cares for everyone regardless of race, nationality etc etc. He also shows his care not just in giving you a helping hand but he will also give gifts and advice. Even i have received a lot of gifts from Him. Truth to be told what he gives is always a way for people to have the connection whether it is a Mala, a bear or a book or even a bag Rinpoche always nows the right gift for anyone. Thank You Rinpoche for all the gifts and love you have given me!!!!
Rinpoche as usual takes care of our worldly and most importantly our spiritual needs at the same time.

Not everyone has the opportunity touch the computer. I learn about computer years before my parents bought me one. Most of my peers are on the Internet before I joined them but there are some who came in later than me. Everyone’s situation is different. Learning new things should be fun, fear, and excitement. It is like adventuring. 🙂
Another lesson to be learned from Rinpoche, treat everyone kindly no matter what is their social status and station. I will be more mindful when I deal with all our employees… to treat them with more kindness and compassion … (even though they are a group of problamatic people) and do not expect anything in return.. that is the hard thing to do. We (normal people) always want something in return, if I treat you kindly, I want you to appreciate it… you owe me… work harder… ect
But the main lesson and task is to be kind and giving to others unconditionally…

You made a very good point. I think employers usually have to strike a thin line between performing the duty of a good employer and of work performance. That’s of course necessary in any profit oriented business but that can still be done with a lot of awareness and compassion.
I am not an employer myself but I think the Nepalese are pretty hardworking and trouble-free themselves, from the experience we had with Nepalese workers here in Kechara. Perhaps, they are more responsible because we are a spiritual organization.
Rinpoche shows us his care in many ways all the time. It is for us to embrace these kind gestures and apply it in our life to people around us.
You, people from Malaysia, you have to be proud that Venerable Tsem Tulku Rinpoche chose your country.
