Not too long ago, when my Gift Team (aka The Super Team) moved into their new gift room at Kechara Forest Retreat, I gave them a lot of goodies for the team to raise funds. Su Ming is a wonderful person and a great leader, and with her she has 4 amazing young, talented and hardworking students that I like working with very much. They are very good people and I really adore them.
I was recently told that the Gift Team have decided to use my blog as a platform to allow people to invite these holy items!! Items including statues, hand painted thangka, framed pictures and ritual items can be invited by participants on the blog chat with a small donation that does not exceed RM 50! When the team proposed this idea to me, I thought it was wonderful! They told me that the gift team is all about GIVING, and this is one of the ways they can give Dharma in a fun way. They are kind people too. Look at their smiling faces!
I thought that I’d write a blog post about their wonderful activity which will run for 3 days starting from TODAY! Do give your support to these wonderful team of young people and perhaps… you’ll be able to invite a beautiful Dharma item you’ve always wanted. They work hard to bring dharma to many. I treasure them and thank them.

Dear Super Team (Carmen, Sock Wan, William, Karen and Su Ming),
You did a great job with the blog quiz tonight. I was so excited watching the happenings just now. So many people participated and watched. Over 119 viewers from around the world.. Very good. I congratulate all of you for such an outstanding way of promoting dharma using blog chat/flea market and fun!! By doing this and having the flea market at KFR, you promoted dharma, my blog chat and our items. You are able to create awareness of KFR because your permanent flea market section is at KFR. Very good idea indeed. It really will bring more attention to KFR and our hardworking projects. So many ppl have put so much into KFR and our dharma works and we must promote. The more bigger Kechara grows, the more people want to learn dharma, be associated with us and also want to join for sure. Many will come in near future. It’s smart to be friends with Kechara. Dear all, Thanks for supporting the Kechara Forest Retreat’s first ever FLEA MARKET. It has earned over Rm38,000 in the last few days. Today the sales hit the roof. All of you really purchased out so many beautiful items.
The FLEA MARKET will be an ongoing function and permanent fixture in KFR and we will have more and more nice items as time goes on. Promise! Don’t you love shopping??? And for a good cause? Sure you do!! LOL!
Keep alert on social media for new items coming up that will be posted by the great Gifts Team!! Shopping is fun and therapeutic!! LOL. Congrats to Gifts Team for such good and hard work. You guys are inspiring nice people.

Although not everyone won a gift, we definitely learn something in this quiz and also met some wonderful people all around the world. Also not forgetting the kind donors in donating their precious Dharma items in this flea market.
This was such a brilliant and exciting idea made by the super team. Also such a kind act to give such precious dharma items at such valuable prices. I watched the blog chat ringing off the hooks, everyone was so excited and took part instantly to bid for things they wanted. It made me really happy watching everyone participate even people from overseas. Thank you Rinpoche and super team for tirelessly promoting dharma to society.
These beautiful people are the ones who took care of Tsem Rinpoche’s Gift Section which is one of the important section in Kechara. Rinpoche’s generousity is well known, be in to a total stranger or close ones. All are equal to Rinpoche. Recently, Rinpoche has kindly donated all the items in the pictures so that many can be benefited from them, especially those who has limited access in sacred items in wherever they are. Thanks to these people that many get to go onto Rinpoche’s blog chat for the past few days to get a chance to obtain those priceless items! I was there today for the first day of the Blog Quiz and I have to admit how creative The Super Team were to have thought of such a wonderful idea to raise funds for their department.
It was great to see many people from all over the World participating as well as our fellow Dharma brothers and sister teasing each other to have a break first and etc. hehe
Though I did not manage to answer the questions first and be able to buy the item I am really happy already to have managed to participate!
