பூச்சோங்கில் மனிதக்குரங்கா

உலகம் முழுதும் வாழும் மதிப்பிற்குரிய நண்பர்களே,
பெரும்பாலான மக்கள் மனிதக்குரங்கு அல்லது எட்டியைப் பற்றி நினைக்கும்பொழுது, அதை பொதுவாக பனி சிந்தும் இமாலயா அல்லது அமெரிக்க வனப்பகுதியுடன் தொடர்பு படுத்துவார்கள்.
இருந்தாலும், மனிதக்குரங்கு உலகம் முழுதும் காண முடியும். அண்மையில், நான் வசிக்கும் அழகும் வளமையும் நிறைந்த மலேசிய திருநாட்டில், மனிதக்குரங்கு இருப்பதற்கான தடயங்கள் கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
கோலாலம்பூரிலுள்ள பூச்சோங் வட்டாரத்தைச் சேர்ந்த மக்கள், விளக்கம் அளிக்க முடியாத நான்கு பெரிய பாதங்களின் தடங்களைக் கண்டுபிடித்துள்ளனர். மனித பாதங்களைப் போன்ற உருவத்தில் இருந்த அதனை, அம்மக்கள் “விசித்திரமான நிகழ்வென்று” கூறுகின்றனர். அந்த கால் தடங்கள், நிபுணத்துவம் பெற்றவர்களால் பரிசோதிக்கப்படுமா என்று நான் வினவுகின்றேன். ஏனெனில், மனிதக்குரங்கின் பாதங்கள் வித்தியாசமாகவும் தனித்துவமாகவும் அதே சமயம் மிகவும் பெரிதாகவும் இருக்கும். உண்மையில், நான் முகடு தோல்பகுதிப் பற்றிய பகுதியில் மனிதக்குரங்கு பாதத் தடங்களைப் பற்றி எழுதி இருக்கின்றேன்.

பூச்சோங்கில் மனிதக்குரங்கா?
மனிதக்குரங்கினுடையது என்று நம்பப்படும் 23 அங்குல பாத தடங்களின் கண்டுபிடிப்பு, கம்போங் ஸ்ரீ அமான் டாலாமைச் சேர்ந்த குடிமக்களிடையே பதற்றத்தை ஏற்படுத்தி உள்ளது.
பூச்சோங், 2 ஜூன்:
கம்போங் ஸ்ரீ அலாம் டலாம், பூச்சோங் குடிமக்கள், மனிதக்குரங்கினுடையது என்று நம்பப்படும் 23 அங்குல அளவு கொண்ட பெரிய பாத தடங்களைக் கண்டு பீதி அடைந்துள்ளனர். லோட் 123, லோரோங் 4, கம்போங் ஸ்ரீ அமானில், காலை மணி 9.55-க்கு, பெரிய அளவிலான பாத தடங்களைக் கண்டு, அதனை விநோதமாக கருதிய, கமாருடின் இஸ்மாயில், 68, காவல்துறையிடம் புகார் அளித்துள்ளார்.
பயன்பாட்டாளர் ஒருவர் ‘சாரி’ எனப்படும் ஒன்லைன் பொது மன்றத்தில் பகிர்ந்துள்ள காவல்துறை புகாரின் நகல் ஒன்று.
தனது புகாரில், அவர் அந்த பாதச்சுவடு மனித பாத வடிவில் 23 அங்குல அளவில் இருந்தது என்று குறிப்பிட்டிருந்தார்.
கமாருடின் தான் கண்டுபிடித்த பாதச்சுவடுகள் நான்கு இருந்தாலும் அதில் மூன்று மட்டுமே தெளிவாக தெரிந்தது என்று குறிப்பிட்டிருந்தார்.
“இந்த கண்டுபிடிப்பு மிகவும் விநோதமானது ஏனென்றால், நான் இங்கு 30 வருடங்களாக வசித்து வருகிறேன். ஆனால், இப்படி ஒரு பாதத் தடத்தை நான் பார்த்ததேயில்லை” என்று தி ரக்யாட் போஸ்ட் தொடர்பு கொண்ட போது அவர் கூறினார்..”
இச்சம்பவம் மிகவும் விசித்திரமானதாக இருந்ததால்தான் தான் புகார் அளித்ததாக அவர் கூறினார். வனவிலங்கு மற்றும் தேசிய பூங்கா துறையைச் (பெர்ஹிலித்தான்) சார்ந்த அதிகாரியைத் தவிர்த்து காவல் துறையும் தன்னைச் சந்தித்தாக அவர் மேலும் கூறினார்.
“பெர்ஹிலித்தானைச் சேர்ந்த அதிகாரி என்னைச் சந்திக்க வந்தார்கள். அவர்கள் இதுவரை இம்மாதிரியான விஷயத்தைக் கண்டதில்லை என்றும் இது எம்மாதிரியான பாதச்சுவடு என்று தங்களால் நிர்ணயிக்க முடியவில்லை என்றும் கூறினார்கள்.
இது ஒரு விசித்திரமான அதே சமயம் பதட்டமளிக்கக் கூடிய ஒன்றாக உள்ளது” அப்பாதச்சுவடு பூதம் அல்லது ஜின்னின் உடையது என்ற கருத்தினை மறுத்த வண்ணம் அவர் கூறினார்.
கமாருடின் கம்பத்தின் செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர்களை இன்றிரவு சந்தித்து அந்த பாதம் பற்றிய கருத்தினை கேட்க உள்ளார். இதற்கிடையில், செர்டாங் மாவட்ட தலைமை காவல்துறை அதிகாரி, ரசிமி அஹ்மாட்டைத் தொடர்பு கொண்டபொழுது, அவர் புகார் பெற்றதை உறுதி செய்தார்.

There is an area near Lumbini, Nepal, they have sightings of Yeti for hundreds of years. So they have signages in the area with Yeti artwork to highlight this. Interesting. TR
