Question asked by skg
Hello Pastor, A khenpo guru from Tibetan buddhism once told me (literal translation in english would be) something along the lines of my soul/energy is lost. I wondered if that could be the reason why as a child i was docile and not bright (although good in academics) and outgoing like other kids. Needless to say i haven't enjoyed much confidence in myself and not much success in life. Unfortunately he didn't suggest a solution for me. What would you say to this topic of losing one's epicentre (kind of) and not feeling confident and bright and forthcoming and achieving success like my peers?

Dear skg,
The best practice I can suggest for you is the practice is the Guru Yoga of Lama Tsongkhapa. The benefits of this practice are many and would certainly help you in this situation.
You can read more about Lama Tsongkhapa here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/category/tsongkhapa.
You can learn how to do the practice of Lama Tsongkhapa by following His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche’s commentary here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/me/tsongkapas-daily-practice-video-commentary.html
We also have a box set that you can invite to begin your practice, available at any of our Kechara Paradise outlets in Malaysia, or if you live abroad you can order it from here: http://www.vajrasecrets.com/tsongkhapa-boxset-english
This practice will definitely help you if engaged in sincerely and with a good heart. I wish you the best.
