(By Tsem Rinpoche) Over the decades, you have had various teachers and various individuals and practitioners who really promote, complement, and establish and, at the same time, kind of ‘market’ their particular practice, yidam, lineage, protector, guru, monastery, and meditations. When someone promotes their meditations, or their lineage, or their practice, or whatever they...
(By Tsem Rinpoche) A Brief Biography of Lama Tsongkhapa The incomparable Manjunatha (an epithet meaning ‘one with Manjushri’) Lama Tsongkhapa Lobsang Drakpa was attributed to be the founder of the Gelug School of Tibetan Buddhism. (译文请往下看) Malaysia has a very brisk and thriving tourist industry and one of the main attractions in the country is Petaling Street. It’s a famous night street-market in the capital city Kuala Lumpur, and an iconic must-see for all tourists. There are hundreds of outdoor stalls under a covered road so that come rain or shine, tourists can come here to look for cheap clothes, electronics, enjoy local Malaysian food, etc. Today on October 24, 2018 a group of my students surprised me with an offering of a Dorje Shugden store. They sent all the pict...

(By Tsem Rinpoche) Dear friends around the world, Before Dorje Shugden was widely practised in Gelugpa tradition, he was enthroned as a protector of the Sakya tradition. (By Tsem Rinpoche) A few weeks ago, I came across a set of guidelines that Venerable Acharya Kyabje Zasep Tulku Rinpoche had written for his students back in 1999. From his guidelines you can see he is straightforward, honest, genuine and real. He is really out to find genuine receptacles of dharma. Being real...
Dear friends, I just thought this is a very beautiful video of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and His Holiness Panchen Rinpoche visiting India together. For traditional Tibetan Buddhists, acceptance of and relationship with unseen beings is essential to living a full and successful human life.Relating to unseen beings, whether divine, or spiritual, is considered important across many cultures and belief systems for various reasons. Different cultures have their own belief .This connection can foster a more meaningful and fulfilling life by acknowledging the unseen dimensions of reality and their potential influence on our lives. Many believe that unseen beings like a spirit guides, whom might offer guidance, protection, and support in navigating life’s challenges. Connecting with the unseen realm can lead to a deeper understanding of oneself. Some find that engaging with the unseen world provides a sense of meaning and purpose in life depending to how they could accept. Many cultures have rich traditions and stories surrounding unseen beings. They play a significant role in Tibetan Buddhist practice, influencing both personal well-being and the wider world. Practitioners actively engage with these beings through various rituals, prayers, offerings, and visualizations. These interactions aim to establish positive relationships, seek guidance. The concept of unseen beings has practical implications in Tibetan medicine.
Thank you Rinpoche and Professor Reginald Ray for sharing this

The highest purification practice is the meditation on emptiness but for all us, that is pretty impossible at this stage. We instead can engage in prostrations, 35 Confessional Buddha sutra, taking and holding vows, refraining from harm and Vajrasattva practice. Purification practices are essential for our spiritual growth. They remove negative karmic imprints and mental defilements, creating space for positive qualities to flourish .Hence its very important to practice purification in our lives which will help to cleanse our mind of negative karma. These practice inturn also remove mental defilements like anger, jealousy, and attachment. There are four powers in order to purify negative actions, firstly the power of refuge, the power of regret, the power of the antidote, and the power of resolution. By removing negative influences, purification practices create a fertile ground to develop positive qualities such as love, compassion, and wisdom. These practices have the power to purify obscuration and negative karma that prevent us from actualizing the path. With the help of these purification techniques, such as prostration, mantra recitation of the 100-syllable mantra and meditation on the deity Vajrasattva involving visualization, we could transform of heavy energies into the lightness. Vajrasattva practice is a powerful purification practice in Tibetan Buddhism.
Thank you Rinpoche for presenting us the practice of Vajrasattva.
Osiris is a prominent figure in Egyptian mythology, known as the god of the afterlife and his worship involved rituals and festivals. Is also known the underworld, resurrection, and fertility . Osiris is famously depicted as a green-skinned, mummified figure, often described holding a crook and flail, and wearing a distinctive crown. Interesting story behind this Osiris as a king who was murdered by his own brother Seth because of extremely jealousy . Due to the popularity of his story filmmaker made it into American science fiction action film.
Thank you Rinpoche for this interesting sharing of Egyptian mythology.
Antique shops specializing in Buddhist art can be a good source, particularly for rare or antique pieces. But be cautious when buying from less reputable sources. Some statues may be illegally obtained such as stolen from temples or it might comes with something else .
Hecelus Tan received an antique Buddha statue given by a relative. He looked at the statue feeling uneasy and having nightmare since then. Quite a few disturbance and he experienced unforeseen incidence as he related those nightmare to his parents. After consulted a Tibetan Buddhist friend as advice to return back to the shop. Then what happened next the Buddha’s head broken and was returned later.
Thank you sharing your first paranormal experience.
Revisit this article of how the Dharma Protector Dorje Shugden took trance of the famous Panglung Oracle that had helped the H H 14th Dalai Lama on his historic escape to India. A guerrilla fighting group was formed escorting Dalai Lama through the escape route as advised by the Oracle safely into exile in India, all the way invoking Dorje Shugden to keep them safe and protected . After ensuring that His Holiness was safely in exile, they returned back to Tibet staving off the Chinese incursions. The truth must be known to all its Dorje Shugden who had saved the Dalai Lama’s life.
Thank you Rinpoche for this interesting sharing.
I do believe the paranormal, everything which includes unseen beings, spirits do exist after-all. Kids with special abilities, often referred as gifted or talented. They do demonstrate exceptional abilities in one or more areas, such as academics, arts, or sports. They may show advanced cognitive skills, creative thinking, or physical prowess for their age. Identifying and nurturing these abilities is crucial for their development and well-being. They somehow expressed themselves through art, music, or other creative pursuits. I do believe they have magical powers and especially the ones that are a little bit different. Interesting watching the video.
Thank you Rinpoche for this sharing.

The term Concert of Names of Manjushri is a tantric text within Tibetan Buddhism, describing the various names and qualities of the bodhisattva Manjushri. Its usually recited and often memorized by practitioners in Buddhist ceremonies The text consists of verses that praise and invoke the qualities of Manjushri, the bodhisattva of wisdom and knowledge. By just chanting the names of Manjushri, bring numerous benefits, primarily focused on enhancing wisdom, memory, and clarity of mind. Some traditions associate the practice with protection from negative influences, such as black magic, sickness, and negative karma.
Thank you Rinpoche for introducing this powerful practice to us at Kechara Forest Retreat , Bentong, Pahang.
The Jonang lineage traces its roots back to the 12th century, the profound teachings of Buddha Shakyamuni. Interesting read of the History of Jonang lineage and how it converted to Gelug and how Kalachakra maintain in Gelug until today. The Jonang lineage is a school of Tibetan Buddhism that emphasizes the Kalachakra Tantra. It originated in Tibet, though suppressed in the 17th century, the Jonang tradition persevered in remote regions of Tibet and is now experiencing a revival. The Jonang lineage offers a unique perspective on Buddhist philosophy and practice, influencing other Tibetan Buddhist traditions.
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing about this profound lineage.
