Question asked by Tommy

I saw Tsem Rinpoche's statue of Methar and I was wondering if it is possible for me to acquire it?

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Tommy,

The statue of Methar that you have seen pictures of was carved especially for Rinpoche. We have not produced any statues of Methar for people to invite home. I’m sorry that I cannot be of any more help. Perhaps, if you would really like a statue you can commission someone to carve one or make one for you. You can use the images of Methar in the article as a reference: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/great-lamas-masters/methar-of-tengyeling-monastery.html

Question asked by Tommy

A question about the Dharmpala Methar. Are other high ranking lamas aware of Methar i.e. Trijang Rinpoche, Gangchen Rinpoche, Zasep Rinpoche or the New Kadampa Tradition?

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Tommy,

Thank you for your question. I cannot comment it they know about Methar or not. If they have a connection with Serkong Dorje Chang, who placed Methar under the care of Kache Marpo, then they may be aware. There are many deities with Tibetan Buddhism, some lamas focus and concentrate on certain deities and other lamas focus on other deities. Therefore they may or may not know about Methar. I suggest contacting them if you would like to find out. I hope this helps.

Question asked by Roman

Hi! Could you please help with suggestions regarding pikas perform and how to find guru?

Kind regards,

Roman.

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Roman,

Apologies, but I do not understand the term “pikas” that you used. Are you referring to prayers and ritual services? In regards to finding a guru, you can need to do some research in whatever tradition you feel attracted to. After that, you should research about certain gurus to see if they are qualified or not. You can find information about the qualities of a Guru in the 50 Verses of Guru Devotion: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/buddhas-dharma/complete-commentary-on-50-verses-of-guru-devotion.html.

Sometimes however, you may have an innate liking of a particular Guru, this means that you have affinity with them from previous lifetimes, and you will be drawn to them naturally. I hope this helps.

Question asked by Margo

Are there statues of Yumar Gyaltsen and Shangmo Dorje Putri on the Dorje Shugden alter at Kechara Forest retreat?
I under stand there are statues of Kache Marpo, Namkar Barzin and Methar on that alter.

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Margo,

There are no statues of Yumar Gyaltsen and Shangmo Dorje Putri on the main altar of Wisdom Hall in Kechara Forest Retreat.

Yumar Gyaltsen is however represented on the altar in the form Kache Marpo, because they are simply too forms of the same being. Yumar Gyaltsen is also the site protector of Panglung Ritroe, here in Kechara Forest Retreat. An image of Shangmo Dorje Putri is kept at Tsem Ladrang (Rinpoche’s personal household). I hope this helps.

Question asked by Margo

Does Dorje Shugden's retinue included the following Dharmapalas?

1) Kache Marpo
2) Yumar Gyaltsen
3) Namkar Barzin
4) Methar
5) Shangmo Dorje Putri

Are there any other Dharmapalas that I may have missed?

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Margo,

Kache Marpo is part of Dorje Shugden’s entourage, and is known Dorje Shugden’s minister.

Yumar Gyaltsen is also in Dorje Shugden’s entourage because he is the peaceful form of Kache Marpo.

Namkar Barzin is also a part of Dorje’s Shugden’s entourage.

Both Methar and Shangmo Dorje Putri are under Kache Marpo, so by extension as he is Dorje Shugden’s minister, they are also part of Dorje Shugden’s entourage.

That covers the Dharma Protectors that we have information on. However a Dharma Protector such as Dorje Shugden will have hundreds of thousands of beings under him, who he sends to aid practitioners. It would be impossible to know them all. Just like a King will have ministers, and under the ministers their will be aides, and also the army, etc. This is exactly how it is with Dorje Shugden and all major Dharma Protectors. I hope this helps.

Question asked by Naresh Kumar Rudra

why badluck follows me..please give me advise to change my life good. iam facing somany difficulties since last 5 years..

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Naresh Kumar Rudra,

I am sorry that you have been going through such a difficult time. Lord Gautama Buddha taught that everything that happens to us in life is actually due to karma. This can be karma accumulated from earlier on in this life, but also covers our countless previous lifetimes as well. We need to go through the results of this karma, whether good or bad, in some form or another. Therefore the reason why we face difficulties is due to negative karma.

That being said there are ways to overcome the effects of this negative karma and that is the practice of Dharma – transformation of the mind. We can also engage in the practice of certain deities that help us to purify the negative karma and remove our obstacles. I would like to suggest that you engage in the practice of Dorje Shugden. There is an extensive article about his practice here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/?p=199447

The practice of Dorje Shugden is extremely effective in removing our obstacles and creating very good conditions for us. You can also use this Tibetan Astrology calculator here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/?p=112685. When you have your Mewa number, you can read more about it and as part of that, it will suggest which deity mantra you should recite to help you based on your date of birth. I hope this helps.

Question asked by Dechen Tshering

Will mewa 5 and mewa 9 make a good faithful couple in future? If yes how would their financial and emotional life would be? What are the challenges they would face and what are the good things that would happen to them?

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Dechen Tshering,

Thank you for your question. All forms of astrology that work from the time of birth are not set in stone. They are based on the most likely outcomes given the prevalent energies at the time of birth, which is in turn based on a person’s karma. According to Buddhism, karma is not fixed, it can be changed through our own effort and Dharma practice. You can read more about this here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/buddhas-dharma/discovering-yourself-a-teaching-on-karma-mindstream.html

This is also true for relationships. No matter who we have a relationship with if we put effort into it, coupled with various deity practices, we can make it a positive one, even if from the point of astrology it seems that we are not compatible. His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche has given a fantastic teaching on relationships here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/students-friends/ingredients-for-a-successful-relationship.html

Please keep this in mind as you read the below, which is just a general guideline according to the Mewa system of astrology:

Relationship for Mewa 5: This person is a very passionate, but can dominate in relationship, this can cause problems. This person must make effort to make sure that they don’t do this.

Relationship for Mewa 9: When it comes to relationships, this person is very fiery, therefore they tend to be jealous easily. They should make effort not to be so jealous and be okay with their partner.

Financial for Mewa 5: This person has the tendency to take risks, which can lead to financial loss, but these losses can be recovered quickly with effort. This person can also be prone to gambling, so this should be guarded against. This person is usually highly intelligent, so should aim for the high positions at work. They have the ability to reach those positions and do well in them.

Financial for Mewa 9: This person’s financial situation tends to be up and down. In the earlier part of their life, they are prone to financial difficulties, but they become better in later life. If they don’t have a rich family to support them, they can make their own money, but it will take hard work. The person should engage in wealth generating practices and pujas to help them overcome this karma. This person would do best in an artistic job, such as painting, writing, or anything associated with the arts.

These are the things that you should be aware of in this Mewa 5 and Mewa 9 relationship. But the Mewa 5 can engage in religious actions, such as sponsoring or doing pujas to, making thangkas or statues of, and engaging in practices related to Buddha Shakyamuni. Mewa 9 should do this in relation to the Boddhisattva Manjushri. These are practices which will specifically help you overcome any negative karma or karma that limits you in this life. It will help make all areas of your life better, including in relationships.

Mewa 5 should also engage in the practice of any Dharma Protector. Mewa 9 should act in a very virtuous manner, such as being a genuine caring person caring for others and animals, abstaining from the 10 non-virtures and living a pure life, then you will have a spiritual helper, which is a mountain spirit, which will help you in difficult situations.

Question asked by Santi Swarup Mohanty

I am facing a lot of emotional problems in my friendship…I dnt know why my best friend is not loyal to me. Why he is not giving me priority in his life. How to create that love in my friends heart for me…so that our relationship will last forever.

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Santi Swarup Mohanty,

Thank you for your questions. I’m sorry to hear that you are going through this difficult time in friendship. His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche has given an excellent teaching on Ingredients for a Successful Relationship, which you can watch here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/students-friends/ingredients-for-a-successful-relationship.html Although it is meant for those in a romantic relationship, many of the points Rinpoche mentioned can also be used in all our relationships with others, including with friends. It is a good teaching to learn how to build stronger and better relationships with others.

Coupled with this, I would suggest that you engage in the join practice of Lama Tsongkhapa and the Dharma Protector Dorje Shugden, which you can find here: https://www.dorjeshugden.org/practice/diamond-path-a-daily-sadhana-of-dorje-shugden

The practice of Lama Tsongkhapa is very well-known to help with emotional situations and the calming of the mind, whereas Dorje Shugden is known for helping to remove obstacles and for the creation of beneficial situations in life.

If you follow Rinpoche’s advice for improving relationships and engage in the daily practice, you will be blessed and your friendship will flourish, given that this friendship will be good and beneficial for both of you. I hope this helps.

Question asked by Gautam Jain

How to keep newborn girl baby namemeans on what letters and all
21/04/2020

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Gautam Jain,

The system of Tibetan Astrology that we use does not specify what letters a person’s name should begin with according to their birthday. Instead it gives general indications of various aspects of life so the person knows what to expect and then can take efforts to live the best life possible. According to the date of birth, the baby girl is Mewa No.7. You can find more information here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/tibetan-astrology/mewa-7-the-mirror-of-the-mountain-spirit.html

This system of astrology is actually based on karma. While most people think of karma to be static, it is changing all the time. When we put effort into something, coupled with various spiritual activities we can gain the maximum success from life. Therefore this system does not place emphasis on things like naming a baby according to specific letters, etc, but more on the actions the parent takes and the actions that the baby takes when she grows up. In this case it would be good to have a statue of the Buddha Tara Devi to be made and dedicated for the young baby girl. This spiritual activity will generate merit or ‘punya’ for the child which will benefit the child in later years. I hope this helps.

Question asked by Jason

Hi I'm having trouble practicing bodhicitta… For the most part I'm a mild mannered kind and caring person… My trouble starts when it's meal time. I am a carnivore. I understand logically and emotionally that meat and cheese and milk products come form the suffering and murdered animals. And I understand via the lamrim that these creatures have once been my mother, but once a steak or a nice roasted pork is set in front of me my mind goes blank and any dharma I try to retain goes flying out the door. Instead an unimaginable beastly hunger takes over and before I know it I've eaten the whole bloody thing. I have tried to look at this hunger through the lense of renunciation but again as soon as meat appears the hunger sets in and I can't think straight. What should I do?

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Jason,

Thank you for your question. I’m very happy to read that you are practicing Bodhicitta, and trying to improve your spiritual life by doing so. First, let me start off by saying that spiritual transformation is a process, it won’t happen over night. And as part of that process, some of us have difficulties overcoming certain behaviours or habit. Other people will have difficulties in other areas or habits. It’s all part of the process and is very unique to each individual.

The Lamrim is very good text to learn about bodhicitta, and the areas in which it discusses about the suffering of the animal realm is extensive. It is a good text to follow in this regards. Sometimes however, it may be difficult for us to actualise these teachings, therefore we can use other methods to help us. In this case, HE Tsem Rinpoche used to use things like documentaries, articles, etc, to help us come to actualise positive habits in our Dharma path. On this topic, Rinpoche had close students watch the following documentary twice a year: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/animals-vegetarianism/earthlings.html It is a very good documentary to watch about the suffering of animals and why we should go vegetarian. Perhaps you can watch it to aid your practice?

There are also many other articles on this category about the topic: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/category/animals-vegetarianism You should read them and contemplate them also. Overtime you will be able to overcome the tendency to eat meat. Remember it won’t happen over night, it is a process as with any teaching on the spiritual path. I hope this helps.

Question asked by dwega

Hello, my question is whenever my friends relatives etc talk to me on phone like text message me why do i always feel negative. For example whenever i finish talking to them and when i am alone thinking about them i feel a sense of negativity like as if they all have bad intentions for me and wish bad for me. My intuition tells me none of them really care for me and they all wish bad to happen to me . Why i always feel this i am not genuinely connected to them anymore like how i was when i was young or till my early 20s. i feel like everyone has an agenda why they talk to me and none have good thoughts for me they wish bad thing happen to me.. i pray everyday but its not helping me ged rid of these thoughts..i just wanna know why im feeling this. Am i a bad person or am i actually sensing and catching their bad energy ?

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Dwega,

Thank you for your question. I am sorry to read that you are feeling like this. There can be many reasons why you are feeling like this, but in most cases these experiences are because you seem to have lost that connection you had with them. This can be due to physical distance, but it can also be due to emotional distance.

You can overcome this by doing a few things:

    (i) Meditate on gratitude: this makes us actually understand and cherish the experiences we have been through with people in our lives. You can find a short article on the topic here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/buddhas-dharma/gratitude-makes-us-happier.html When we develop gratitude towards people, we actually become happier. What you are feeling now is not gratitude of what your relationships used to be like, but nostalgia about how you remember what your relationships were like. Hence that makes you sad. When reality does not match what you think your relationships should be like, you begin thinking that things are not right any more and that can lead to think that people are being negative towards you. That leads me on to the next point:

(ii) Meditate on impermanence: when we think about relationships we think about them in a static manner. So, when reality does not match our expectations, this causes us pain. When you meditate on impermanence, you realise that situations and people change. When you realise that, you can move past your current emotion state and work on your relationships. It won’t make the relationships the same as they were, because that was in the past. But it will make the relationships healthy again. We must remember that people change, and we change too.

You are not a bad person at all, everyone goes through these feelings sometime in their lives. It’s just that for some people it is stronger feelings than others.

Daily practice of the Guru Yoga of Lama Tsongkhapa can help ease this emotional suffering, which you can find here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/me/tsongkapas-daily-practice-video-commentary.html

If you are worried that you are catching their negative energy as well, you can engage in the practice of Dorje Shugden, available here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/buddhas-dharma/beginners-introduction-to-dorje-shugden.html You can read the commentary to the prayers at the bottom of the article. This practice is also extremely beneficial in aiding to remove obstacles in our lives on a general basis as well. So you can even practice it for that purpose too.

I hope this answers your questions.

Question asked by Adrian

I have a question about buddha images and statue filling. I recently made a buddha statue, because I wanted that particular type of buddha image that I can't find locally and its to expensive for me to buy. I made it out of solid wood and It can't be filled. Would the buddha image be less auspicious if it can't be filled? or should I just make another one?

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Adrian,

How wonderful that you made a solid wood statue! May I ask what statue you had made?

If it is a solid statue, then it is not necessary to have it filled with mantras. If you want to make another one that is hollow, by all means please go ahead if you are able. But if you do, do you have enough resources to fill it yourself or are you near someone that can fill it?

In any case, with the statue that you already have, it will be good to have the statue consecrated. If you live near a centre with Sangha members who can do this, then you should make offerings to them and ask them to consecrate the statue for you. If not, then you can always consecrate that statue yourself. Here is a link to the article which tells you what to do, and gives you the prayers to do as well: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/prayers-and-sadhanas/how-to-bless-buddha-images-yourself.html

    I really hope this helps!

Question asked by Mr R

I am jobless and in financial trouble. what is the shortest possible and simple mantra that I can chant without initiation for assistance during this critcal period

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Mr R.

I am sorry to hear you are in this situation. I know that it can be very difficult. I would suggest that you engage in the practice of Gyenze. Even though most people think that the simple recitation of mantra will be enough, there is more to it than just mantra. Your prayers also need to include other elements. These have all been included in the practice of Gyenze, which you can read more about here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/prayers-and-sadhanas/dorje-shugden-gyenze-to-increase-life-merits-and-wealth.html

Gyenze is very efficacious in helping with both improving financial matters so we can survive, and at the same time clearing obstacles that can help you find stable employment. Please do read the article and see you will see a difference when you practice with an open and compassionate heart. I hope this helps.

Question asked by Siddi sagar

What is mantra of rahula ekjati dorje legpa?

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Siddi Sagar,

The mantras of Rahula, Ekajati and Dorje Legpa and their full practices are only given to those who have received appropriate empowerments with a qualified guru (spiritual teacher) who has the lineage of their practice. This is because their practices are very wrathful. Only those with authorisation from their qualified guru should engage in the propitiation. I’m sorry I could not be of more help on this matter.

Question asked by Osmani Rodriguez ( Padma Tsewang).

Namaskar ? I am initiated in the Nyingma School by Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche. I really enjoy and respect Tsem Rinpoche's lecturers and his perspectives. I have a question for him on the Coronavirus… I was spiritually told by a Naga entity that this virus is caused by Naga elementals / entities. Would Tsem Rinpoche say this is quite possible ? Considering the suffering the animals in the cages they are kept in alive in the wet markets in China? The Naga entity said they are angry at humans and how they treat nature and the suffering and destruction of nature by the ignorance of humans.
Thank you for your time …
Eem Om Ah Hrih Tram Hoom Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hoom ?⚡?

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Osmani Rodriguez,

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, I do not have the clairvoyant ability to see if the virus is indeed caused by a Naga element or not. However, in Buddhism we believe that regardless of what the conditions of a particular situation is, it is ultimately based on Karma. Hence all situations in life, whether good or bad come from karma. The current Coronavirus is considered to be based on our collective group karma to have this virus appear at this time and to be so virulent.

Whatever the case may be, this is a time to contemplate our actions, individual and collective, and to change the way in which act on a day to day level to be more compassionate and wiser. This is necessary not just in relations to those we live with, our communities and our countries, but also to the world we live in and all its inhabitants which includes animals. I hope this helps.

Question asked by Parth2

Greetings pastors! I had a question. When a master passes away and takes a new incarnation, do the students who took refuge in the master's previous incarnation automatically become students of the new one? Or do they have to seek formal refuge in the new incarnation again? Thanks a lot.

  1. Reply by pastorniral

    Dear Parth2,

Thank you for your question. Technically speaking since the mindstream of the master is exactly the same, those who took refuge with a master are students of the new incarnation. However, on a practical aspect, students are still considered to be students of the previous master. If they want to make a re-connection with the new incarnation of the master they can formally seek refuge with the new incarnation. This actually re-affirms and strengthens the bond between master and student, since it now spans over multiple lifetimes. This is especially important if the student receives teachings from the new incarnation. I hope this helps.

Meet the Pastors

Serving the community. Tirelessly

Combining the responsibilities of the ordained and the appearance of a layperson, pastors are the connection between the sangha and the everyday practitioner. They are ordinary people who have taken an extraordinary step in dedicating their lives towards sharing the Buddhist tradition. As laypeople holding vows, pastors will make the Dharma accessible to more people, giving them guidance and sharing knowledge. The pastors are usually present at Kechara House and available for consultation anytime. For more information, contact house@kechara.com.

Pastor Chia (sangha to be)

As a pastor, Chia will dedicate his life to befitting others through spreading the works of Tsem Rinpoche and Dharma to many people, through the use of pujas, rituals, counseling and sharing of his knowledge.

Ordained as a Pastor in 2011, Chia Song Peng has had a rich and varied Dharma career. He has held a core position with the Kechara Paradise retail outlets, served as a personal attendant to Tsem Rinpoche, embarked on various pilgrimages and received initiations into higher yoga tantric practices. He is accomplished in many pujas and has a deep understanding of the Dharma.

As a pastor, Chia has dedicated his life to befitting others through spreading the works of Tsem Rinpoche and Dharma to many people, through the use of pujas, rituals, counseling and sharing of his knowledge.

When Chia first met Tsem Rinpoche, he was asked if he wanted to become a monk, however even though this was his aspiration he informed Tsem Rinpoche that he would do so at a later date. For Chia, as he has is already in the Dharma full-time, it would be best if he became ordained. Tsem Rinpoche has reminded Chia from time to time to work towards becoming a monk and he promised that he would do so in the future.

Kechara began from nothing to become a growing Dharma organisation with major projects such as Kechara Forest Retreat, so Chia thinks that this is the perfect time to become ordained as a monk. Recently Tsem Rinpoche asked Chia again if he would like to be ordained, this time Chia said yes.

Pastor Khong Jean Ai (sangha to be)

Jean Ai wishes to become a vessel that holds the teachings of Lama Tsongkhapa to benefit future generations, inspiring others to live by the Buddha’s teachings.

Jean Ai met His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche as a young child and through her parents' involvement with Kechara over the years, she has never known a life without His Eminence. Jean Ai was a regular volunteer of Tsem Ladrang during her childhood and teenage years. After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Warwick in the UK and working at the London Probation Service, she returned to Kuala Lumpur to join Tsem Ladrang's e-division. There she managed kechara.com, responsible for the weekly Kechara e-newsletter, including content generation and editing. Since then she has joined His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche’s writing team, responsible for executing Rinpoche’s personal instructions and managing his correspondence.

Having visited a nunnery in India in 2004, Jean Ai remembers noticing how happy and purposeful everyone was. She had a feeling of familiarity and the sight of the robes comforted her. Immediately, Jean Ai messaged her mother who told her to ask Rinpoche’s advice. Rinpoche told her to complete her secular education so that when she taught the Dharma her words would carry the credibility and weight of a university degree, something she completed with the motivation that some day she wanted to become a nun.

Through her ordination as a nun, Jean Ai wishes to become a vessel that holds the teachings of Lama Tsongkhapa to benefit future generations, inspiring others to live by the Buddha’s teachings. Through this she hopes to repay the kindness of her parents and her Guru. Above all she wants to abide in a state free of suffering, and she wants this for others as well.

Pastor Shin Tan (sangha to be)

For Shin, this is a great step forward to being fully committed to the cause of others and repaying others’ kindness through sharing the Dharma with others.

Before joining Kechara, Shin worked as a lecturer and provider of content and e-learning content solutions for various start-ups. Whilst providing training to educators teaching students in English for Specific Purposes (ESP) at various colleges, she was invited to attend a Dharma talk given by His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche at Kechara House. This event rekindled her interest in Tibetan Buddhism, as she recalled the joy of accompanying her parents to teachings as a teenager.

Joining Kechara Media & Publications in 2006 as a volunteer, Shin assumed a full time position there as a Marketing Executive, with the aim of making His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche’s teachings available to more people around the world. Shin is now a member of the Tsem Ladrang Team, who takes care of His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche’s secular matters, enabling Rinpoche to focus on teaching the holy Dharma.

Shin states that when she decided to join Kechara full time, she had already decided to be of some benefit to others and spend the rest of her life doing only that. Working closely with His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche, seeing his tireless effort in helping others and spreading the Buddhadharma through the Gaden tradition despite tremendous challenges has made her realise that the next logical step is to become ordained as she has the opportune conditions to study with her Guru. For Shin this is also a great step forward to being fully committed to the cause of others and repaying others’ kindness through sharing the Dharma with others.

Pastor Adeline Woon (sangha to be)

Since finding her spiritual home here in Kechara, Adeline has made dharma work her life’s mission and wishes to dedicate herself fully towards the benefit of others.

Adeline stumbled across His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche's blog towards the end of 2010 and has been following his blog and Facebook page ever since. Since graduating from Dharma Drum Buddhist College Taiwan with a Masters of Arts in Religious Studies in July 2012, she returned to Malaysia and joined Kechara as a Senior Education Executive. Adeline was attracted by His Eminence’s straightforwardness and impressed at Kechara's growth under his guidance. To Adeline, His Eminence is someone who walks the talk, keeps his promises and sincerely cares for others displaying an excellent example of guru devotion, qualities that she seeks to develop herself.

Since finding her spiritual home here in Kechara, Adeline has made dharma work her life’s mission. It was in May 2013 that she officially requested His Eminence for ordination as a nun to dedicate her life fully for the dharma. According to Adeline, become ordained means that she is being true to her calling to live according to the dharma and be of benefit to others.

This however can only be achieved by meeting and studying under her root Guru. Adeline has been fortunate enough to have met with hers - His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche.

Pastor Niral Patel (sangha to be)

It is Niral’s motivation for full ordination to better himself, learn the teachings of our lineage in order to preserve them for future generations. He wishes to benefit others, just as he has benefited and is still benefiting from Tsem Rinpoche’s explanation of the Dharma.

Niral was born and raised in the UK, having graduated with a BA in Anthropology, he was working as a Financial Administrator for a Serviced Apartment & Hotel company as well as a Management Services company before stumbling across His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche’s Youtube channel, entirelyby accident. It was through His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche’s teachings that he began to understand the importance of practicing the Dharma, in order to benefit himself and others around him.

Having been in contact with one of Tsem Rinpoche’s long time students in the UK, he was encouraged to visit Kechara in late 2012 for a 10 day visit. At the end of the visit Tsem Rinpoche requested Niral to come to work at Kechara, to which he agreed.

Niral moved to Malaysia in February 2013 to work as an education coordinator at Kechara House, assisting the Education Division in the creation and implementation of the new education syllabus, teaching teenagers during the Kechara Sunday Dharma School. Ever since meeting Tsem Rinpoche, he has always been encouraged by Tsem Rinpoche to do more Dharma work and strive to better himself. It is with that in mind, that Niral has requested monastic ordination.

It is Niral’s motivation for full ordination to better himself, learn the teachings of our lineage in order to preserve them for future generations. He wishes to benefit others, just as he has benefited and is still benefiting from Tsem Rinpoche’s explanation of the Dharma.

Pastor Tan Gim Lee (sangha to be)

Gim Lee’s main focus is to guide and help anyone who steps through Kechara’s doors through Dharma sharing, counselling, performing pujas and other Buddhist services. She wishes to repay Rinpoche’s kindness by spreading Lama Tsongkhapa’s holy teachings and inspiring others on the spiritual path.

She discovered Kechara by chance in 2006 and started to participate Kechara's activities almost immediately especially the retreat to collect 10 million Migtsema recitations. In April 2006, when Gim Lee met H.E. Tsem Rinpoche and first listened to his teachings, she wept uncontrollably. Though she could not understand it at the time, she had finally found her perfect teacher. She is especially touched by Tsem Rinpoche's compassionate method of teaching by setting his own examples.

Having joined as a staff of Kechara House responsible for housekeeping in 2009, Gim Lee is now one of Kechara House's Front Desk Managers predominantly based in the retreat centre in Bentong, Pahang. She also teaches the Sunday Dharma Class and moderates Dharma discussions on Tsem Rinpoche's blog chat.

The many teachings she has received from Tsem Rinpoche have changed her priorities in life. She found answers to her questions about the purpose of life, and she has realised that the way to overcome the sufferings of pain and anger is by following the path of compassion and wisdom as taught by Lord Buddha. These realisations have led to her request to be ordained as a Sangha member.

As pastor now, and later as a Buddhist nun, Gim Lee's main focus is to guide and help anyone who steps through Kechara's doors through Dharma sharing, counselling, performing pujas and other Buddhist services. She wishes to repay Rinpoche's kindness by spreading Lama Tsongkhapa's holy teachings and inspiring others on the spiritual path.

Pastor Loh Seng Piow (sangha to be)

Loh Seng Piow developed a strong wish to help Rinpoche in spreading the Dharma to the world. With that determination, Loh Seng Piow chose not to pursue his PhD degree in Cambridge University (for which he had been offered a place), resigned from his research job, and joined Tsem Rinpoche as full-time Dharma worker, and has never looked back since.

Back in 2001, Loh Seng Piow had no inkling of just how involved in Dharma he would become. As a Masters degree-holder in Engineering, Loh Seng Piow was working as a research engineer in Singapore when he met His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche. Rinpoche’s talk left a strong impression on him and after a few encounters with Rinpoche, Loh Seng Piow started developing websites for Rinpoche and Kechara.

Loh Seng Piow was trained in science, but soon realised that there were many questions that science could not answer. At the same time, he also felt that science and technology are not the solution to human problems, as humans are much better off compared to thousands years ago, yet the problems in this world are still the same, if not more, and we do not seem to be happier than our ancestors.

Loh Seng Piow soon realised that the Dharma is the ultimate solution to human problems, and that the methods used by His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche are very suitable for this modern era.

Meeting Rinpoche was a very refreshing experience for Loh Seng Piow, as he never knew Dharma could be so unconventional yet maintain its essence. As Rinpoche’s personal attendant, Loh Seng Piow has had many incredible moments with Rinpoche and considers himself extremely fortunate because he sees real Dharma in action, both on and off the throne. It challenges him to practice Dharma 24/7. In this way, Rinpoche has blown away his old and persistent way of thinking, which was very much focused on the outer rituals of Dharma.

Having seen that Tsem Rinpoche truly embodies what he teaches, Loh Seng Piow is convinced beyond doubt that it is possible to develop our minds to a higher state, and ultimately achieving enlightenment. All these factors have propelled Loh Seng Piow to take a step further in his Dharma career to become ordained as a pastor in order to be even more effective in sharing and disseminating the Dharma to benefit others.

Pastor Yek Yee

Naturally an introvert, Yek Yee has transformed what was once her weakness into her strength; making what was once impossible now eminently possible.

Independence was forced upon Kok Yek Yee from the tender age of nine, when she had to juggle between work and school to make ends meet. Always the introvert, Yek Yee had few friends and had difficulty expressing herself. So it was unexpected when she chose a career in journalism.

Yek Yee excelled as an award-winning reporter with Guang Ming Daily and Nanyang Siang Pau. Her articles garnered her a fanbase, and in writing, she found an outlet for the thoughts and feelings that she could not verbalise. However, despite her success, Yek Yee was not satisfied. Temporary happiness was not what she was looking for – success, money, relationships, or fame was not the key.

In her search for happiness, Yek Yee met H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche, who told her “don’t retaliate with your speech, but use your power of writing to express yourself”. This led her to join Kechara Media & Publications as a writer; subsequently she was appointed Senior Editor as well as a Liaison to His Eminence.

Yek Yee now holds a core role in Kechara Care, giving advice, tours, counseling and teachings to whoever walks through their doors. Through courage and determination, she has transformed what was once her weakness into her strength; making what was once impossible now eminently possible.

As a Pastor, her patience and open-mindedness developed through her journey with Kechara will bring comfort and solace, and her new-found ability to nurture and teach others will bring hope to many.

Pastor Lanse Chiah

Having been a Pastor for a year, Lanse wishes to continue with her integral duties by renewing her vows again.

Lanse graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Jinan University in Guangzhou, China in 1999 and became a part-time lecturer for several years, teaching western medicine in a Traditional Chinese medical college in Kuala Lumpur.

For a long time, Lanse remained an atheist, subconsciously searching for a spiritual guru as she sought answers to questions she harboured in her mind, questions that had led her into a state of depression during her time at university. As such, she would often read philosophical books in her search for answers.

Lanse first came to know of Kechara in 2007, through her friend of over 10 years, Pastor Yek Yee. She was surprised to see a complete transformation in Pastor Yek Yee, whom she had always known as a non-spiritual person. The first book by Kechara that Lanse chanced upon was the Chinese version of Be Greedy. Naturally, Lanse was skeptical at first, thus she read the book in an attempt to find mistakes with the philosophy. However, she couldn’t find any and was left impressed by how logical the explanations in the book were.

In March 2009, Lanse joined Kechara Media & Publications (KMP) part-time to carry out Chinese translation and help with transcription. The following year, she contemplated upon whether to pursue a full-time medical or a Dharma career, finally deciding on the latter. Lanse came to realise that, although both careers share the same motivation of easing people’s sufferings, she felt that her work in Dharma could lead to a greater contribution for the sake of all sentient beings in a deeper, spiritual sense.

Having been a Pastor for a year, Lanse wishes to continue with her integral duties by renewing her vows again.

Pastor Han Nee

It was not until she witnessed how Rinpoche brought peace and comfort to her dying mother, that she realised she also wanted to touch others with the Dharma.

Lim Han Nee, a mother of two, is a retired secondary school principal. She retired in December 2000 after a 30-year career in education. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Education at Leicester University in the UK, at the end of 2001.

After gaining her master’s degree, Han Nee considered further options of embarking on a doctorate in education or spending her years in retirement, travelling and visiting family. At the same time, she was also in search of her spiritual path. She had begun exploring Theravadan and Chinese Mahayana Buddhism for answers to questions she had.

In December 2004, Han Nee attended a teaching retreat on the topic of the Lamrim and White Tara held by His Eminence Gelek Rinpoche. As the retreat proceeded, she found her questions were being answered. Then in June 2005, Han Nee was introduced to Kechara by her sister, where she met her spiritual guide, His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche, who has recently told her that she must go all the way in the Dharma for the benefit of others.

Han Nee had been a school guidance counsellor for nearly twenty years. However, it was not until she witnessed how Rinpoche brought peace and comfort to her dying mother, that she realised she also wanted to touch others with the Dharma.

A member of Kechara’s Puja Team, who conduct sponsored pujas in Shabten Khang, Han Nee is also a member of the Education Division with the portfolio of Content Development. Apart from this, Han Nee is also a member of the weekly Kechara Chat Time team.

Pastor David Lai

In 2014, with a sincere wish to benefit others, David decided to be ordained as a Buddhist pastor to continue serving the spiritual needs of the organisation.

David Lai has been a student of His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche for over a decade now and was one of the founding members of Kechara. He joined Kechara as a full time staff in 2005 and has been working in various departments beginning with the Kechara Paradise outlets.

Right from the beginning, David had been advised by His Eminence to go into writing. Overcoming various hurdles, David finally began his literary career with the publication of his first book and autobiography, There’s No Way But Up in 2009. The book charts his spiritual journey from his childhood and culminates in the meeting with His Eminence.

The positive feedback from this book led him to write various other publications like Vajrayogini and Other Power Places in Nepal – a pilgrim’s guide of Nepal, Tales My Lama Told Me – a book on short stories and Conversations in Love – a book on relationships. These books continue to inspire and bring people onto the Dharma.

Besides writing, David has found his passion in sharing the Dharma since his earlier days working in the Kechara Paradise outlets. Over the years, David has received innumerable teachings from His Eminence, ranging from public teachings to personal instructions and advice. He is known to passionately share these teachings whenever he can and to whomever he meets. In 2014, with a sincere wish to benefit others, David decided to be ordained as a Buddhist pastor to continue serving the spiritual needs of the organisation.

Pastor Henry Ooi

After following Rinpoche as a Dharma student for all these years, learning and practicing the Dharma, Henry knows the importance of the pastors’ role in Kechara founded by Rinpoche. He wants to become a pastor to serve Rinpoche, to serve Kechara, and to serve the public.

Born in 1952 in Penang, Henry moved to Kuala Lumpur in search of work after he finished his Form Five studies in 1969. He worked at different types of jobs and it was when he was jobless in 1997/8 that he met His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche at the house of his cousin, Ruby (now Dato’ Ruby Khong), when Rinpoche was giving a dharma teaching. At that teaching Henry was awed by how Rinpoche taught Dharma with simple yet profound explanations.

With the kind guidance, teachings and Dharma practices by Rinpoche including instruction to engage in their first spiritual retreat, Henry and his wife Angel started a small business that soon became profitable. A few years later after Kechara House Buddhist Association was founded, Rinpoche started to enrol students as liaisons and that was when Henry and Dato’ Ruby offered themselves. Later more students were elected as liaisons that saw the birth of Liaisons Council. The Liaisons Council is now known as the Board of Directors of which Henry is one of its members.

Currently Henry is the Project Director, overseeing the construction and completion of projects in the Kechara Forest Retreat. Prior to this appointment he was the Head of Department in Kechara Paradise retail outlets of which he served for about ten years. He still remains as its company director as well as director for most of the companies within Kechara. He served one term as vice president of Kechara House Buddhist Association from 2012 to 2103.

After following Rinpoche as a Dharma student for all these years, learning and practicing the Dharma, Henry knows the importance of the pastors’ role in Kechara founded by Rinpoche. He wants to become a pastor to serve Rinpoche, to serve Kechara, and to serve the public. As he aspires to be a monk as he grows older, being a pastor of Kechara will pave the way for his aspiration. Henry believes that as one gets older in life, one should have already prepared for the imminent, death. And what a beautiful death it will be, to die in Kechara Forest Retreat in a monk’s robes. This is the kind of death that Henry wants. But before the imminent death happens, Henry wants to continue working in Kechara Forest Retreat, serving the community and whoever comes into it in whatever way he can. And when he is not physically anymore to serve others, he will request instructions from Rinpoche to enter into retreats in Kechara Forest Retreat.

Pastor Patsy Gooi

All that Patsy wants now is to spend the rest of her life doing dharma work, dharma practices and being of benefit to others.

Formerly a full time housewife with plenty of free time, Patsy had the great fortune to visit Gaden Monastery and meet H.E. Tsem Rinpoche almost twenty years ago. That one week stay in the monastery changed her view of life. Prior to that, she had no spiritual inclinations but meeting Rinpoche stirred something inside her, and she realised that there was more to life than just eating, sleeping, shopping and having fun. Rinpoche’s approach to dharma was logical and practical but most importantly, he stressed that we should always focus out and work towards benefitting others. Rinpoche made dharma easy to understand and his advice was and still is, to “change inwardly, not outwardly.”

In 2009, after years of practicing and applying what she had learned from Rinpoche’s teachings, Patsy decided to set up a Kechara retail outlet in Penang to share the dharma with others. She knew that Rinpoche’s teachings were very applicable to the people of our time and that his activities would benefit others just as they had benefited her. She also wanted to repay the kindness of her Guru who had constantly helped and guided her. Today, Kechara Paradise Penang is not just a dharma shop but also organises puja sessions, animal liberation and dharma talks.

In 2010, again with Rinpoche’s blessings, Patsy set up the Kechara Soup Kitchen Activity Center in Penang. Saddened to see the plight of the homeless and urban poor on the streets, Patsy decided to practice “compassion through action” as taught by Rinpoche in the most active way she knows. Today, together with her team of volunteers, Patsy feeds the homeless and urban poor four times a week and provides basic food provisions to many hardcore poor families on a monthly basis.

All that Patsy wants now is to spend the rest of her life doing dharma work and dharma practices, and that she may be of benefit to others.

Pastor Albert Ratchaga

In 2008, Albert Ratchaga began working as a part timer in Kechara Paradise, but as he learned more about the works of Rinpoche and Kechara, Rinpoche’s kindness and compassion touched him deeply. He realised that his work gave his life more meaning and decided to join Kechara full time.

Through his work as a sales executive, Albert was able learn more Dharma from Rinpoche's teachings and use this wisdom to assist those who entered his store to overcome their problems, thus improving their lives.

Albert soon developed a deep wish to follow in Rinpoche’s footsteps and in 2016 was ordained as a Pastor to continue benefitting and serving others.

Any work done with the teachings of the Buddha alive in our hearts is Dharma work. Some of us share the precious and uniquely challenging opportunity of working or volunteering for a Dharma organization . We must practice with the bodhisattva attitude every day as long as we all try to remember the workings of ego, karma and impermanence .The ultimate goal of Dharma practice is to benefit all sentient beings and lead them to happiness. This aspiration can transform any activity into Dharma work. Copying scriptures, making offerings, giving to the poor, listening to teachings, meditating, and reflecting on the teachings are all considered Dharma activities. Our attitude and intention are crucial for whether our work becomes Dharma work. Even a secular job can become spiritual if we approach it with purpose, and a commitment to benefit others. That’s Dharma work when the work benefits sentient beings and the teachings of Buddha; it depends on the motivation one has and how one does the work. Profound teachings.
    Thank you Rinpoche .

Chariots of the Gods is a book written back in 1968 by Erich von Däniken. Erich von Däniken is a Swiss author of several pseudoscientific books which make claims about extra-terrestrial influences on early human culture. Interesting the book is all about those many unsolved mysteries of the past, which was an immediate bestseller in the United States, Germany, and many more countries. His books have been translated into 28 languages, and have sold 60 million copies worldwide. Through his archaeological findings has suggested that in ancient times the earth was visited by extra-terrestrials. Interesting read.
    Thank you Rinpoche great sharing.

Revisit this post….A touching song by a Mongolian boy who lost his mother to a fatal illness, and also lost his father shortly thereafter to a car accident . It was in China’s Got Talent contest 2011 , this 12yr-old Mongolian boy performed a touching song sending his thought to his mother at heaven. It had touched the hearts of the judges and audiences. Even though it was a Mongolian folk song which I could not understand but hearing it truly touching.
Thank you Rinpoche for this sharing.

Wow what a brilliant way to spread Dharma through having comics pictures. Comics as visual storytelling is a unique art form that combines words and images.Through reading and seeing through those comics books everyone could understand. Its suitable for adults and kids and even the old. These comics depicts the power of Dorje Shugden. A picture is worth a thousand words, but a comic is worth a million. The pictures and words interact in the reader’s mind, resulting in the story. For Kechara coming up with this comic Karuna Finds A Way book, more and more people understand better of Dharma and more so of Dorje Shugden.
Thank you Rinpoche and writers team.

Vietnam is home to a variety of strange, real-life creatures such as Asian Unicorn , snub-nosed monkey , smallest sun bear species in the world, and so on. Vietnam’s animals are a vital part of the country’s biodiversity, comprising unique and endangered species that deserve protection and appreciation. Those animals that exist are one of the most underrated appeals of the country. Back in 1947 ancient tribes-people living in the mysterious forest creatures appeared regularly sighted by farmers. Its was only in 1982 a Professor discovery of a footprint of Nguoi Rung creature an undiscovered species of hominid like the Yeti or Bigfoot. That’s awesome, so Yeti do exist .

I was infected with Genital Herpes Virus 10 month ago, ever since then i have been searching for cure everywhere because i was feeling so uncomfortable with it. I have been dating for almost 5 years until i contracted Genital Herpes from my ex-boyfriend. since then I became very sad about the whole situation, always going online checking if i could get a cure to Genital Herpes, then i came across so many testimonies. Due to my seriousness and eagerness to be completely cured, i became a victim of fraud after contacting several so-called herbal doctors i was referred to. I lost a lot of money but i didn’t stop searching for a cure. Then one faithful day, i came across a testimony of a lady saying that she got her Genital herpes cured by a Great Herbal Doctor she called Dr iniboku by contacting him through his email address. And she advised anyone with Genital Herpes or Simplex Herpes to contact the herbal doctor for Herbal Cure. I contemplated for about 4 hours whether or not to contact him. then something inside of me told me ‘Nothing good comes easy’. I then contacted him through his email and told him my problem. He told me all the things I needed to do and also gave me instructions to follow, which I did properly. Just within weeks of drinking and applying the herbal medication he sent to me through DHL delivery service, i started seeing changes, i went to my medical doctor for check-up, i was so happy when the doctor told me i was no more having Genital Herpes Virus, it was all tears of Joy from that moment, People think herpes is really a minor skin irritation herpes has a long term effects on health and if i could ever meet a Genuinely Great Herbal Doctor. I’m so grateful to him. i am completely free from Genital Herpes Virus, i introduced a family friend who have Simplex Herpes virus to him, He called me and told me he was also cure completely. I promised to share my own testimony like that of the lady on the internet. Friends, If you are also struggling with Herpes disease you can as well Contact him via Email: drinibokuspelltemple@gmail.com <drinibokuherbalhome@gmail.com or message him on via whatsApp at +2347059186346 or visit page https://www.facebook.com/driniboku/

Wat Traimit, better known as Golden Buddha Temple is a historic Buddhist in Thai capital. It’s situated in one of the world’s biggest Chinatowns built in 1,403 and was revered by Buddhist for many hundreds of years. It is best known for the Golden Buddha statue Thailand is home to the world’s largest gold Buddha, valued at over $250 million. It’s a symbol of both grandeur and spiritual significance. Its has seen attracting visitors of various faith from all over the world yearly. And hundreds of daily visitors are taken aback by the statue when they see it in person. It is a tremendous blessing to meditate in front of this stunning Golden Buddha Statue as advice by our Guru Tsem Rinpoche. Love to visit this beautiful temple one day.

Setrap Chen is a wrathful protector deity in Tibetan Buddhism, particularly revered in the Gelugpa tradition. Setrap is believed to be an emanation of Amitabha Buddha and is known for his fierce and powerful appearance. Setrap’s wisdom is unmatched. He sees through the illusion of samsara and knows the best ways to help us .
Even Though this is an old post , happy for Liew & family that have purchased a stunning Setrap statue from Kechara Paradise outlet.
Thank you Rinpoche for this sharing.

Mount Emei, built in the 1st century CE, is a 3,099-metre-tall mountain in Sichuan Province, China. It is the highest of the Four Sacred Buddhist Mountains of China an area of great cultural significance. That’s where Buddhism first became established on Chinese territory and from where it spread widely through the East . Worth visiting this UNESCO World Heritage Site a scenic mountain area which includes over 70 temples, monasteries, and attractions. Emei Shan said to be inhabited since 10,000 years ago according to historians. Visited this awesome mountain years back, seeing it for myself those ancient Buddhist architecture on Emei shan.

Sasquatch, also known as Bigfoot, is a legendary creature said to inhabit forests, mostly found in the Pacific Northwest region of North America. As described by eye witnesses as a large, hairy, humanoid creature, often reported as being taller than the average human, and covered in dark hair. While many believe in its existence, but there’s no definitive scientific proof. Bigfoot is a figure deeply embedded in the folklore of North America. Despite numerous reports and alleged evidence, there is no conclusive scientific proof of Sasquatch’s existence. Many sightings of these hairy creatures yet no one ever getting close to it . Tibetan high lamas have reported seeing Yetis or bigfoots. Never been doubt these extraordinary creatures do exist as Tibetans, Nepalese, and others believed. Interesting .
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing this.

One of China’s most capable rulers, Kangxi who laid the foundation for a long period of political stability and prosperity. Emperor Kangxi was the second and longest reigning emperor of China’s Qing Dynasty whom had instrumented in developing China. From ancient times, blessed manifestations have taken place at Wu Tai Shan. Kangxi sponsored many literary works, monasteries, monks and teachers all over China, Tibet and he was considered extremely modern for his day as he also gave religious freedom to all religions. Many emperors considered Wutaishan as a special place, and built many temples. It is associated with Manjushri and is one of the four sacred mountains of China. It is also one of the five Buddhist blessed places on earth. Wutaishan holds a very special place in the more than 1,000 years of Buddhist and Chinese history. Manjushri embodies the perfect wisdom of the universe. China is considered to be the Land of Manjushri where the people are blessed with intelligence. Many of the historical and miraculous stories of Wutaishan are recorded in history. From the Ming Dynasty until modern times, magical manifestations have continued to be reported in Wutaishan. Emperor Kangxi was known to be a great patron of the Buddhadharma and had visited Wu Tai Shan and its Gelug temples a number of times . Great masters believed Emperor Kangxi to be the reincarnation of Tulku Drakpa Gyaltsen and an emanation of Manjushri, which has been confirmed by many others. Interesting read indeed, would love to visit this holy place again.
Thank you Rinpoche and Ani for this great sharing.\\

The Unknown

The Known and unknown are both feared,
Known is being comfortable and stagnant,
The unknown may be growth and opportunities,
One shall never know if one fears the unknown more than the known.
Who says the unknown would be worse than the known?
But then again, the unknown is sometimes worse than the known. In the end nothing is known unless we endeavour,
So go pursue all the way with the unknown,
because all unknown with familiarity becomes the known.
~Tsem Rinpoche

We were told by Uncle Wong he is very faithful toward Dorje Shugden. Dorje Shugden has extended help to him on several occasions and now Uncle Wong comes daily to make incense offerings to Dorje Shugden. He is grateful towards the help he was given.

What the meat industry figured out is that you don't need healthy animals to make a profit.
Sick animals are more profitable... farms calculate how close to death they can keep animals without killing them. That's the business model. How quickly they can be made to grow, how tightly they can be packed, how much or how little can they eat, how sick they can get without dying... We live in a world in which it's conventional to treat an animal like a block of wood. ~ Jonathan Safran Foer

It's been a while since our last update. When KFR was busy organising, serving & helping visiting monks together with their chunks of activities in Bentong, back here in Penang, our small but sturdy Penang Study Group has been consistently having their weekly Dorje Shugden Puja @ every Saturday at 3 pm. Here's one update, completed on 6th September 2025. Kechara Penang Study Group by Jacinta.
