H.E. the 25th Tsem Rinpoche is a recognised Tulku and an ordained monk in the great tradition of Lama Tsongkhapa.
With a Mongolian-Tibetan heritage, a childhood in Taiwan and America, and intensive study and meditation in Gaden Shartse Monastery, Rinpoche is one of the rare, precious teachers with the unique teaching ability to bridge East and West.
Based in South East Asia since 1992, Rinpoche’s teachings are based on logic and universal human values, free of the limitations of dogma, culture and individual background, and have led many to enter the sacred path of study, contemplation and meditation. Great benefit has been predicted for this region, including china, through his Dharma activities.
Renowned for his charitable works such as building schools, hospitals and providing assistance and food to the poor and underprivileged, Rinpoche’s organisation, Kechara, continues to bring benefit to the world through its many initiatives.
Every year, before the Chinese New Year celebrations begin, I like to treat my students out on a little shopping trip. Just like all the other festive celebrations, there are many traditions associated with Chinese New Year (CNY). The concept of "out with the old, in with the new" applies to everything during CNY......
(By Tsem Rinpoche) What really matters at the precise moment? When is it your turn? Any day now most likely. None of what you believed, said, thought, eaten, travelled, learned, family, acquired, partner, kids, parents, likes, dislikes, games, humour, travels, anger or ego will help you at this precise moment. I went to look for an altar table yesterday with our group and came across this place that had a large 3’3″ concrete Buddha available. I was pleasantly surprised. They had many Buddhas of all sizes in fact. I wanted something for our garden at the house we are renting as it has magnificent...
When we become immune to feelings, pain, crying, suffering, torture, killing jus for the sake of taste indulgences or any indulgences, what have we become? Why are we alive? What are we living for? Why are we existing? What is our purpose?

(By Tsem Rinpoche) Rinpoche, I have a question about one of the precept vows I found on your website. The eight one: to refrain from “Wearing jewellery, cosmetics or perfume, enjoying music or TV” I do not fully understand why this things have to be refrained from. especially since I have been playing...
Saturday, March 15, 2014. I was in West Hollywood today on my own. I was re-familiarizing myself with driving again. I stopped in a place to have a slice of pizza on Hollywood Blvd. While there I saw a young homeless girl walk in to buy a slice too. She didn’t have enough...

Dear everyone, Please read this carefully a few times and contemplate. We should never be controlled by our emotions or act out of them as it’s illusory. We should never just give up and let obstacles win. How to overcome them? Read below. I repeat, contemplate them deeply and discuss it with each other....

This video and the people involved touched me to the core. People who go out of their way to make life better for another living being are the greatest minds to walk the earth.
I have varied interests that differ from each other greatly. Many of my blog readers know that one of my interest is in Bigfoot, Sasquatches and Yetis. For Christmas 2013, the team that is here with me in the States, surprised me with a gift of a Bigfoot foot cast! A genuine one! Apart...
(By Tsem Rinpoche) A few years ago, I came up with the idea of scanning Dharma texts into soft copy and duplicating them into thumb-drives. We were already filling up statues with holy mantras that are rolled and sealed individually... I thought why not duplicate these mantras into thumb drives and insert those into...

I’m overjoyed to share my incredible journey with the amazing spell caster, Dr Peter, who helped me reunite with my boyfriend. My relationship was facing numerous challenges, and things got so bad that we ended up breaking up. I was heartbroken. I loved him more than anything. I cried endlessly until a friend of mine, who has a perfect relationship, shared her story and introduced me to the wonderful Dr Peter. He reassured me that everything would be fine and that no relationship is flawless, but he would help me fix mine. He guided me with specific steps, which I followed, and just 24 hours later, my boyfriend returned to me. I’m beyond thrilled! Thank you so much, Dr Peter! I’m leaving his contact information here so you can also benefit from his incredible work: You can reach him on WhatsApp. +2348162247974

n Tibetan Buddhist preliminary practice offering 100,000 butter lamps to Vajra Yogini is very powerful practice for generating merit, purifying negativity, and advancing on the tantric path. It’s considered an excellent practice when doing continuous, dedicated offerings for everyone . We could do it ourselves in a retreat setting at home, offering many lamps each day. Butter lamps are traditionally offered to the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Dharma protectors as a gesture of respect. It symbolize the light of wisdom for deep spiritual realization. There’s numerous benefits just by offering lights . Looking at the picture of the Vajra Yogini taken by Philip Yong in the butter lamp house at Tsem Ladrang Kathmandu simply awesome.
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing with explanation .
Buddha already mentioned before that there are many other worlds existing and we are not alone. His best known for his work on black holes and the theory of relativity. He had advanced computer graphics to visualize his scientific theories about alien life.
Depicting, there’s a possibilities for life on other planets, a concept he explored using cutting-edge visuals to make abstract science tangible for audiences. Amazing indeed. Most scientists do agree with his idea that alien life certainly exists in the universe somewhere. Physicist Stephen Hawking had a stark warning to humanity before his death about the capabilities and threat of artificial intelligence. He gave warning about how humanity might fall, including a warning against trying to communicate with alien civilisations. So interesting dough.
Thank you Rinpoche for this wonderful sharing , interesting facts
Thank you Rinpoche for explaining on the meaning of Lama Tsongkhapa’s hand gestures and the lotuses . This imagery highlights Tsongkhapa’s role as a great scholar and yogi. Lama Tsongkhapa had personify the highest realization of Buddhist teachings and the path to awakening. Lama Tsongkhapa often seen as an emanation of the Bodhisattva of Wisdom, Manjusri. On the lotuses held by Lama Tsongkhapa are a flaming sword in his right hand and a Buddhist text on the lotus in his left hand. The sword symbolizing the union of wisdom that cuts through ignorance and delusion. Wisdom text representing compassion needed for enlightenment. Great knowledge by reading those FB comments as in the blog. There’s so much to learn, thanks again.
