Question asked by ENTER NAME

so, I recently discovered that I have many many many house-guests (sorry, I mean mice/rats) someone will probably come out to advise me, but and I would really like to do something different if possible. I don't want to hurt them (although that may be inevitable due to where they are their number, and the entire situation) i have heard sometimes mice will disappear of their own accord, if certain prayers are said. I'm not sure what I could do, as my prayers are not strong enough, and wonder if there is anything you could advise in this sitution. with many thanks for your time, and thoughts for this. .

I was playing migtsema to them and making a small prayer that we could get out of this situation 🙂

  1. Reply by pastor

    Hello,

Please keep playing the migtsema mantra to them and making your good prayers that this situation can be resolved without harm. Another good mantra to chant for them would be Medicine Buddha, this will also plant imprints in their mindstreams so that they can take a fortunate rebirth whenever they pass over into their next life.

You can also chant Dharma Protector mantras such as Dorje Shugden or Setrap, to remove the obstacles so that they leave without having the need to resort to other means. I hope this helps.

Question asked by ENTER NAME

Hi,
Do not know how I ended up on this site, but all tend to have a meaning.

When I was 28, so started my kundalini by itself. It took many years before I realized what it was. To not tell the whole story of my life, I go straight to the point.

For 15 years a go I see a light person in my bedroom that gave me a white lotusflower.
Last year I have seen one blue lotus flower with orange pistils and the background was yellow, it was yellow all around me. I also have twice seen many arms in gold and the message that came to me was Buddha so I searched on the internet. and found that it was this I saw Avalokitesvara. Everything is alive in my mind, I see it when I close my eyes.
I began to see a net above my head in my mind, it took eight months before I found what I saw, it's 3d-eye chakra or the flower of life. I see a colorfull pattern in front of me, it lives, it goes green 10 years ago was the pattern in yellow.
The energy that comes with this is so strong.
Why do I see this beautiful things.
I am not from any Buddhist culture. Im from europe and I´m Christian.

Bless you
Bitte

    Dear Bitte,

There could be any number of reasons why you could be seeing these things from a Buddhist point of view. Could you provide more information? This way i can give a more informed reason from a Buddhist perspective.

Question asked by Jean Simon Rousse

Hello you have a very nice web site love it and love your teaching !
I have a questions that I need explanation. I always love wrathful buddhas and I have those attraction for them and don't know why do I have this attraction ? and why do I have such a strong desire of practicing vajrayana ? I love too get these empowerment I already receive Durje Shugden and some empowerment but bot the higher tantra empowerment. I am a practitioner in the new kadampa tradition but ! I know that I need too have a strong connection with the teacher but I do note feel that connection ! Love is book but do not feels this connection !!! When I look some great master such as you just looking at you and I could feel a connection ! It is the same as other great master too ! So what should I do ? I want a teacher to guide me from distance because I do not have great master near me. Could I take you as my teacher ?

  1. Reply by pastor

    Dear Jean Simon Rousse,

I am glad that you have such a strong connection with the Vajrayana tradition. It is good you have taken empowerments, please study up on the practices, engage in the practices and keep the commitments made during the empowerment. This will help your practice greatly.

In the Vajrayana tradition, since the core of the practice is based on Guru Devotion, there are very strict rules and regulations regarding new teachers.

Those who you have taken Refuge and or empowerments from are considered to be your Guru(s), and as per tradition you cannot take on another teacher without the permission of your existing teachers unless they have already passed away. You should read up more about the importance of Guru Devotion within our tradition.

That being said, you can always use His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche’s teachings to supplement the teachings received from your own teachers. I hope this helps.

Question asked by ENTER NAME

Dear Pastors,

I've been practicing Buddhism for over 7 years now. I met my partner a year into my practice . He has never really like Buddhism but we have always agreed to disagree but lately he has expressed more intense emotions about Buddhism and it is really hurting me and my practice. We have been together for 6 years. He is convinced that Buddhism is evil and demon worship… Any thoughts for me.

Thank you,

J C

  1. Reply by pastor

    Dear J C,

The best way to show your husband that practicing Buddhism is not demon worship is by actually practicing the Dharma and transforming your mind. When he sees how you have really changed, to being a more compassionate person a more open person, he will realise that Buddhism is not bad. We show others how much of an impact Buddhism has made on our lives, how we have become a better person through our actions and speech, then they will accept that Buddhism is not something evil.

Question asked by Lobsang

when you are poor..,people will ignore you, belittle you..when you are self sufficient and living good and rich..people will jealous you..and some will try to get big money or favor by giving small through flattery, small gift..etc..if they are not satisfied ..they will remain discounted and distance..such a mundane, samsaric life…I intend to know..if there is any KARMA involved in such mundane life transaction…especially for that poor guy in earlier life and gradually becoming self sufficient and able to lead satisfactory material life..THANK YOU..

  1. Reply by pastor

    Dear Lobsang,

Yes there is Karma involved. Karma is always involved until we reach complete and full enlightenment. Karma in Sanskrit literally means “action”. Therefore whatever we do, whatever action we take will have results in this life or our future lives. That goes for the actions if we are poor or if we are rich. Even if we need to work hard to lead a satisfactory material life there is Karma involved. But “satisfactory” is subjective to each individual.

One thing we should always keep in mind is that good actions lead to good results and bad actions to bad results. Therefore whatever we do in live must be as good as we can… if we need money to live, we shouldn’t steal but work in a good profession.

Question asked by Dorjee..

In our life time and dailylife..we constantly interact with people for various purpose..as I came to get an idea that they are some category of people who are mostly honest, too kind, receptive and always ready to help others..i will called man ruled by HEART…not so much by HEAD…now in a dog eat dog world..what business man called..there are cunning, shameless, selfish, greedy ,jealous people who is always ready to exploit others..particularly the easy victim..for their benefit…Is that HEART RULED MAN being exploited or taken advantage by callous ,ruthless man ..consider his karma or being too kind, over goodness and how this good HEART MAN is related to bad karma…if it is karma related..i m confused…..thank you..!

  1. Reply by pastor

    Dear Dorjee,

Yes it is related to Karma. All the situations anybody finds themselves in is due to Karma. The kind-hearted person has the Karmic imprints from previous lives that has opened up in this life, while the cunning man has the imprints that have open up in this life.

Depending on the situations we are in different times, karmic imprints from previous lives can open up in this life. But to ensure we have good Karma for the future any actions we take in this life, should have a good motivation and be a virtuous action.

Question asked by Sandra Vieira.

Dearest Pastors, My Persian cat died this morning in the Doctor's office from liver disease and I would like to know if there is anything I can do to help her. Would you please pray for her.
Thank you so much. Sandra Vieira.

  1. Reply by pastor

    Dear Sandra Vieira,

I am sorry to hear about your cat. You should recite Medicine Buddha Mantra and dedicate to your cat, engage in the practice of Medicine Buddha, you can also engage in the practice of Dharma Protectors to help guide the cat to a better rebirth or to ensure the cat is blessed where it has taken rebirth already.

Question asked by Eli Levine

Good evening Pastors,

I was wondering how one could undo or repay their past negative karma, such that they can live in freedom and continue on the path to Enlightenment without any further hindrance or problems? I understand that these things may take time, especially as one "eats" their past negative karma with the good karma that they have done. I am just wondering how one could stop producing more karma and be relieved of their past negative karma.

Your last advice was helpful, although I became worried that I'll never reach Enlightenment after reading the first parts of "Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand". This relates back to my original question as to how to end the production of karma and to simply use the responses from karmic action to their best ends in the given lifetime. It seems to me that it is impossible to stop karma from happening while we are alive and in existence. How can I correct for this incorrect thought, if it is an incorrect thought?

Thank you for your time.

  1. Reply by pastor

    Dear Eli Levine,

You reached one of the cruxes of Buddhist practice. Since we are all still within Cyclic existence, no matter what we do we will always be accumulating karma in one form or another. That is one of the reasons we need to achieve full enlightenment…freedom from Karma.

There is no way we can escape Karma as long as within Samsara, we will always be under its influence. However this is the basis of the path, it’s one of the fundamentals and belongs to the “small scope” of the Lam Rim teachings. If we want to be have the karma to receive beneficial the results of good karma then we must engage in positive actions right now and engage in purification practices to reduce our negative karma.

One thing we need to remember is to be mindful of all our actions, and make sure we perform virtuous actions. And when we reach a certain mental state we actually perceive hindrances and problems differently…they actually become aids which we can use to achieve even higher states of mental transformation.

Question asked by Gregory Mozell Willis

Hello I wanted to know if you can help me manifest all of my dreams, goals, and desires?

That is if you guys do work around helping people out do that?

  1. Reply by pastor

    Dear Gregory Mozell Willis,

From a Buddhist perspective most of our dreams, goals and desires are based on a self-indulgent motivation. Since a core aim of Buddhism is to reduce and eliminate self-indulgence and focus out to think about other people – to generate compassion for others – if your dreams, goals and desires are based solely on a self-indulgent motivation, any advice given will be of very little benefit to you.

If your dreams, goals and desires also include the wish to benefit others, then yes there are ways that Buddhism can help from assisting to transform your mind so you are able to reach those goals, to invoking upon the energies of the Buddhas to assist you in your activities.

Since Buddhist practice is very vast, I would need to know more about what your goals are before I can give further advice.

Question asked by Eli Levine

Good evening Pastors,

I'm having difficulty conjuring up the will to keep going or take care of my physical body. I'm constantly tired and an generally unwilling or unable to put helpful advice into practice. I would like to take better care of myself, have more energy, and generally be more willing to take good advice/medicine when it is offered.

Your last piece of wisdom was very helpful to me as well. Thank you for everything that you all do.

  1. Reply by pastor

    Dear Eli Levine,

There are two methods we can engage in for this situation. The first is an intellectual study of the Optimum Human Rebirth and then meditative contemplation on this. This can be studied from Lam Rim texts such as Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand.

The second method we can employ is meditation on death. Once you contemplate this carefully, you will develop a strong motivation to make the most of this life by practicing the Dharma and taking care of oneself.

Question asked by Barbara

Dear Limpoche: I would like to know what cure can I use to protect me against harm, etc . I am a Fire rooster with black monkey as my day master and born I. Horse hour: 12:40pm. What cures can I use?
Wishing you good CHI!!!
Note: my email is: blluis7@yahoo.com

  1. Reply by pastor

    Dear Barbara,

May i suggest one of two practices that can protect you for harm in this circumstance:

The first would be to engage in the practice of Black Manjushri. This practice among other manifold blessings includes the ability to help alleviate any astrologically negative circumstances.

The practice can be found here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/prayers-and-sadhanas/sadhana-prayers.html

A commentary to this practice can be found on “The Journey of Buddhist Practices” section of the “The Journey” DVD Box Set. This box set can be found in any of our Kechara Paradise outlets or can be ordered online via Vajrasecrets, our online Dharma Store if you are not in Malaysia. Here is the link: http://www.vajrasecrets.com/the-journey-dvd-box-set

The second practice I would suggest would be the practice of Trakze Dorje Shugden, which is effective against this as well. A commentary and the practice can be found here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/buddhas-dharma/trakze-to-dispel-black-magic-spirits.html

You should engage in either one of these practices to help you and protect you. You should try and do this daily and with diligence. Note that while this is not an immediate cure, it will definitely help over time and not just for this particular issue as both practices will grant you other benefits as well. I wish you luck!

Question asked by Eli Levine

Good afternoon Pastors,

My question involves the Diamond Sutra. If I'm understanding it correctly, there is no "I" or other to save in this universe, therefore rendering the need to help others effectively moot. Somehow I'm not sure this is a correct interpretation of the Diamond Sutra. If it is, what then is the point of being here other than to be content, happy, and compassionate? What then is the point of existence or remaining in existence? Your guidance would be much appreciated. I know that suicide isn't a good action to take, but I'm not sure that living is a good thing either.

  1. Reply by pastor

    Dear Eli Levine,

What the Diamond Sutra is explaining is the topic of Emptiness, which is the non-inherent nature of all phenomena, including oneself and others. It is one of the highest meditation topics and realizations within Buddhism and therefore one of the hardest to grasp. This Sutra belongs to the Perfection of Wisdom (Prajnaparamita) sutras, and most commentators agree that the Buddha is teaching us to “unlearn” our preconceived notions and perceptions of existence, which includes the Dharma itself.

Our preconceived notions are ingrained in us from birth (and even previous lifetimes), but they are dualistic. All forms, thoughts and conceptions are in fact illusory due to the incorrect way we perceive them. This however does not mean that they do not exist, but that they do not exist in the way we think about them. The Buddha encourages us to break away from our fixed way of thinking and the realisation of this is the realisation of Emptiness.

This does not mean that rendering the need to help others is moot. In fact the sutra exhorts us to assist other in their paths to liberation but without the preconceived notions of self and others. Thus in essence as you progress along the path, you liberate beings, without a dualistic notion of “self” and “Others”. This in itself is hard to grasp for the very reason that we have such ingrained preconceived notions about reality which the Buddha exhorts us to abandon.

Going further, the point of remaining in existence, or more correctly gaining complete enlightenment and emanating back into existence to help others – is for entire the same reason: to assist liberating beings without preconceived notions of self and others.

Due to Samsara being the endless cycle of sufferings as expounded by our most glorious teacher Buddha Shakyamuni, there is no way whatsoever that we can achieve any semblance of contentment, happiness or ultimate compassion due its very transient and impermanent nature. The only way we can achieve these states is when we are no longer bound by existence within Samsara, which is the goal of Buddhist practice. This is exemplified in the Four Noble Truths.

I hope this short answer help you.

Question asked by Joshua w UK

Hi how does on remember there past life, and how do we find who we was. 😀

  1. Reply by pastor

    Dear Joshua w UK,

Remembering past lives comes as a natural progression to some as they reach higher states of meditation, especially when using the Calm Abiding meditations. Rather than something Buddhists aim to do it is a secondary benefit. Remembering past lives can be used to make better decisions in this life, knowing what has happened in past live.

Question asked by Jake

Dear pastors,
My daily practice is the Guru Yoga of Je Tsongkhapa. I often do a short sadhana of Dorje Shugden after the main practice as well. I was wondering if there is any way to incorporate the use of the Bell and Vajra in this practice? I would like to become familiar with their use so that using them seems more natural when I progress to more advanced Tantric practices. I have not yet recieved Je Tsongphapa's empowerment.

Also, what would the difference be between using five pronged implements and nine pronged implements? Do the bell and vajra used have to match perfectly or is it enough that they share the same number of prongs?

I was also wondering if there is any way to send Rinpoche a gift. I am a college student in the United States and I have very little money to donate to Kechara. I am an art student so I thought that perhaps I could show my gratitude to Rinpoche in that way.

Thank you for your wise response!

With love, Jake

  1. Reply by pastor

    Dear Jake,

Traditionally the use of Vajra and Bell is only allowed after receiving empowerment, however Tsem Rinpoche has said that one can use them to create the causes for receiving the higher teachings in the future.

When you engage in the Guru Yoga of Lama Tsongkhapa, the vajra and bell are used during the Invocation (1st Verse) and the Offering (4th Verse). You can do the same in your practice.

There is a difference in meaning and use of five pronged and nine pronged implements. The five pronged implements represent the Five Dhyani Buddhas and their consorts, and through association also the Five Aggregates or Form, Feeling, Discrimination, Karmic Formation and Consciousness. The nine pronged implements have a multitude of meanings. In Kechara we use the five pronged implements.

If you have a Vajra and Bell they should definitely have the same number of prongs. It would be good if they would match in other regards. You should try and get a hold of ones that come in pairs, but of course there is nothing wrong if they do not match.

If you would like to send Rinpoche a gift, you can mail it to the address below:

    Kechara House
    No. 7, Jalan PJU 1/3G,
    Sunwaymas Commercial Centre,
    47301 Petaling Jaya,
    Selangor, MALAYSIA.

Please add a note that it is a gift for Rinpoche. I suggest you mail it using registered post or courier. You can drop us an email at care@kechara.com once posted so we know to expect it.

    Good Luck with you practice!

Question asked by gu

what is the mantra for Rathna Shungden ?

  1. Reply by pastor

    Dear Gu,

Here is the mantra of Ratna Shugden: OM BENZA WIKI BITANA SOHA TSESO PALJOR LONG CHO THAMCHED PUTRIM KURU OM (Recite as many times as possible)

Here is the mantra of Ratna Shugden’s Entourage: OM DHARMAPHALA MAHA RADZA BENDZA BEGAWAN SAMAYA DZA HUNG HUNG RATNA SIDDHI DROOM DROOM ZA ZA DOO DOO SIDDHI PALA AYUKEY HUNG AH (Recite either 7 or 21 times after reciting the main mantra above).

I know you said that you are constantly traveling for work and therefore only have time to recite the mantra, which is perfectly fine. But when you have time you should study and learn the actual practice of Ratna Shugden and engage in the practice when you are able to. This will increase the efficacy of the mantras and help you in the practice. As with anything in life, the more effort we put in to something, the more we can benefit from it.

H.E. Tsem Rinpoche has given a commentary as well as the prayer text on a blog post. It can be found here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/prayers-and-sadhanas/dorje-shugden-gyenze-to-increase-life-merits-and-wealth.html

Question asked by Tara

Hello, I have a question regarding a past Dharma discussion with Tsem Tulku Rinpoche which I have watched on youtube. It was about the mind and how it reincarnates. A question that I have is regarding the aspect of the mind being separate from the Body. My question also stems from the theory In Quantum physics which I have read about discussions on atoms/ particles, and how the body and everything around us is just particles floating around in empty spaces, and when researching about Buddhism and the view point of the mind being separate from the body and not inside the body. This leads me to ask: Then if the mind is separate from the body, but is the key ingredient for our existence in a physical domain, then how are we so sure that the mind gets operated to carry out our desires and thoughts through the brain? When in reality we are all just particles/ tiny atoms floating around energy in empty space? What makes us be able to convey that the brain is the area which can detect what the mind wants and carry out our desires, when in reality the brain and any other part of the body are just particles. Is it just a perception? then is our "reality" as we know it false? Please let me know whenever you can. I am sorry for asking a long confusing question. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. Buddhusaranai.

  1. Reply by pastor

    Dear Tara,

You question is indeed very deep and meaningful, I will try to answer it as best as i can here. In essence you are correct, our “reality” or more correctly our perception of reality is false. This realization is actually part and parcel of the very core of Buddhist practice and belongs to the teachings on Emptiness, which is all about our false perception. Understanding is one of the highest realizations and a necessary prerequisite for attaining complete enlightenment.

Our understanding of reality is not correct, because we do not realize that what we consider to be “me” or the “I”, the self does not actually exist. In reality we are are interconnected with everyone else and everything else, we are not separate from everything else. I hope this short answer helps you somewhat.

Question asked by Rogr

i am suffering from excessive FEAR ! due to severe childhood traumas and this FEAR is crippling from work to everything. any prayers i can do or anything i can do to help me ? the FEAR is more than anything and pretty overwhelming ..

  1. Reply by pastor

    Dear Rogr,

If i may make a suggestion, you could engage in the Guru Yoga of Lama Tsongkhapa. The benefits of this practice cannot be understated and it will help if you engage in the practice with sincerity. It would be good to learn the visualizations as well as the actual prayers.

Here is a link to a commentary given by H.E. Tsem Rinpoche, which will be beneficial for you: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/me/tsongkapas-daily-practice-video-commentary.html

Please give it a try and be diligent in your practice everyday. Tsongkhapa’s practice connects you with 5 Buddhas at once, Lama Tsongkhapa himself, Chenresig, Manjushri, Vajrapani and Maitreya. This practice is extremely beneficial and well help you tremendously.

Meet the Pastors

Serving the community. Tirelessly

Combining the responsibilities of the ordained and the appearance of a layperson, pastors are the connection between the sangha and the everyday practitioner. They are ordinary people who have taken an extraordinary step in dedicating their lives towards sharing the Buddhist tradition. As laypeople holding vows, pastors will make the Dharma accessible to more people, giving them guidance and sharing knowledge. The pastors are usually present at Kechara House and available for consultation anytime. For more information, contact house@kechara.com.

Pastor Chia (sangha to be)

As a pastor, Chia will dedicate his life to befitting others through spreading the works of Tsem Rinpoche and Dharma to many people, through the use of pujas, rituals, counseling and sharing of his knowledge.

Ordained as a Pastor in 2011, Chia Song Peng has had a rich and varied Dharma career. He has held a core position with the Kechara Paradise retail outlets, served as a personal attendant to Tsem Rinpoche, embarked on various pilgrimages and received initiations into higher yoga tantric practices. He is accomplished in many pujas and has a deep understanding of the Dharma.

As a pastor, Chia has dedicated his life to befitting others through spreading the works of Tsem Rinpoche and Dharma to many people, through the use of pujas, rituals, counseling and sharing of his knowledge.

When Chia first met Tsem Rinpoche, he was asked if he wanted to become a monk, however even though this was his aspiration he informed Tsem Rinpoche that he would do so at a later date. For Chia, as he has is already in the Dharma full-time, it would be best if he became ordained. Tsem Rinpoche has reminded Chia from time to time to work towards becoming a monk and he promised that he would do so in the future.

Kechara began from nothing to become a growing Dharma organisation with major projects such as Kechara Forest Retreat, so Chia thinks that this is the perfect time to become ordained as a monk. Recently Tsem Rinpoche asked Chia again if he would like to be ordained, this time Chia said yes.

Pastor Khong Jean Ai (sangha to be)

Jean Ai wishes to become a vessel that holds the teachings of Lama Tsongkhapa to benefit future generations, inspiring others to live by the Buddha’s teachings.

Jean Ai met His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche as a young child and through her parents' involvement with Kechara over the years, she has never known a life without His Eminence. Jean Ai was a regular volunteer of Tsem Ladrang during her childhood and teenage years. After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Warwick in the UK and working at the London Probation Service, she returned to Kuala Lumpur to join Tsem Ladrang's e-division. There she managed kechara.com, responsible for the weekly Kechara e-newsletter, including content generation and editing. Since then she has joined His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche’s writing team, responsible for executing Rinpoche’s personal instructions and managing his correspondence.

Having visited a nunnery in India in 2004, Jean Ai remembers noticing how happy and purposeful everyone was. She had a feeling of familiarity and the sight of the robes comforted her. Immediately, Jean Ai messaged her mother who told her to ask Rinpoche’s advice. Rinpoche told her to complete her secular education so that when she taught the Dharma her words would carry the credibility and weight of a university degree, something she completed with the motivation that some day she wanted to become a nun.

Through her ordination as a nun, Jean Ai wishes to become a vessel that holds the teachings of Lama Tsongkhapa to benefit future generations, inspiring others to live by the Buddha’s teachings. Through this she hopes to repay the kindness of her parents and her Guru. Above all she wants to abide in a state free of suffering, and she wants this for others as well.

Pastor Shin Tan (sangha to be)

For Shin, this is a great step forward to being fully committed to the cause of others and repaying others’ kindness through sharing the Dharma with others.

Before joining Kechara, Shin worked as a lecturer and provider of content and e-learning content solutions for various start-ups. Whilst providing training to educators teaching students in English for Specific Purposes (ESP) at various colleges, she was invited to attend a Dharma talk given by His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche at Kechara House. This event rekindled her interest in Tibetan Buddhism, as she recalled the joy of accompanying her parents to teachings as a teenager.

Joining Kechara Media & Publications in 2006 as a volunteer, Shin assumed a full time position there as a Marketing Executive, with the aim of making His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche’s teachings available to more people around the world. Shin is now a member of the Tsem Ladrang Team, who takes care of His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche’s secular matters, enabling Rinpoche to focus on teaching the holy Dharma.

Shin states that when she decided to join Kechara full time, she had already decided to be of some benefit to others and spend the rest of her life doing only that. Working closely with His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche, seeing his tireless effort in helping others and spreading the Buddhadharma through the Gaden tradition despite tremendous challenges has made her realise that the next logical step is to become ordained as she has the opportune conditions to study with her Guru. For Shin this is also a great step forward to being fully committed to the cause of others and repaying others’ kindness through sharing the Dharma with others.

Pastor Adeline Woon (sangha to be)

Since finding her spiritual home here in Kechara, Adeline has made dharma work her life’s mission and wishes to dedicate herself fully towards the benefit of others.

Adeline stumbled across His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche's blog towards the end of 2010 and has been following his blog and Facebook page ever since. Since graduating from Dharma Drum Buddhist College Taiwan with a Masters of Arts in Religious Studies in July 2012, she returned to Malaysia and joined Kechara as a Senior Education Executive. Adeline was attracted by His Eminence’s straightforwardness and impressed at Kechara's growth under his guidance. To Adeline, His Eminence is someone who walks the talk, keeps his promises and sincerely cares for others displaying an excellent example of guru devotion, qualities that she seeks to develop herself.

Since finding her spiritual home here in Kechara, Adeline has made dharma work her life’s mission. It was in May 2013 that she officially requested His Eminence for ordination as a nun to dedicate her life fully for the dharma. According to Adeline, become ordained means that she is being true to her calling to live according to the dharma and be of benefit to others.

This however can only be achieved by meeting and studying under her root Guru. Adeline has been fortunate enough to have met with hers - His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche.

Pastor Niral Patel (sangha to be)

It is Niral’s motivation for full ordination to better himself, learn the teachings of our lineage in order to preserve them for future generations. He wishes to benefit others, just as he has benefited and is still benefiting from Tsem Rinpoche’s explanation of the Dharma.

Niral was born and raised in the UK, having graduated with a BA in Anthropology, he was working as a Financial Administrator for a Serviced Apartment & Hotel company as well as a Management Services company before stumbling across His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche’s Youtube channel, entirelyby accident. It was through His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche’s teachings that he began to understand the importance of practicing the Dharma, in order to benefit himself and others around him.

Having been in contact with one of Tsem Rinpoche’s long time students in the UK, he was encouraged to visit Kechara in late 2012 for a 10 day visit. At the end of the visit Tsem Rinpoche requested Niral to come to work at Kechara, to which he agreed.

Niral moved to Malaysia in February 2013 to work as an education coordinator at Kechara House, assisting the Education Division in the creation and implementation of the new education syllabus, teaching teenagers during the Kechara Sunday Dharma School. Ever since meeting Tsem Rinpoche, he has always been encouraged by Tsem Rinpoche to do more Dharma work and strive to better himself. It is with that in mind, that Niral has requested monastic ordination.

It is Niral’s motivation for full ordination to better himself, learn the teachings of our lineage in order to preserve them for future generations. He wishes to benefit others, just as he has benefited and is still benefiting from Tsem Rinpoche’s explanation of the Dharma.

Pastor Tan Gim Lee (sangha to be)

Gim Lee’s main focus is to guide and help anyone who steps through Kechara’s doors through Dharma sharing, counselling, performing pujas and other Buddhist services. She wishes to repay Rinpoche’s kindness by spreading Lama Tsongkhapa’s holy teachings and inspiring others on the spiritual path.

She discovered Kechara by chance in 2006 and started to participate Kechara's activities almost immediately especially the retreat to collect 10 million Migtsema recitations. In April 2006, when Gim Lee met H.E. Tsem Rinpoche and first listened to his teachings, she wept uncontrollably. Though she could not understand it at the time, she had finally found her perfect teacher. She is especially touched by Tsem Rinpoche's compassionate method of teaching by setting his own examples.

Having joined as a staff of Kechara House responsible for housekeeping in 2009, Gim Lee is now one of Kechara House's Front Desk Managers predominantly based in the retreat centre in Bentong, Pahang. She also teaches the Sunday Dharma Class and moderates Dharma discussions on Tsem Rinpoche's blog chat.

The many teachings she has received from Tsem Rinpoche have changed her priorities in life. She found answers to her questions about the purpose of life, and she has realised that the way to overcome the sufferings of pain and anger is by following the path of compassion and wisdom as taught by Lord Buddha. These realisations have led to her request to be ordained as a Sangha member.

As pastor now, and later as a Buddhist nun, Gim Lee's main focus is to guide and help anyone who steps through Kechara's doors through Dharma sharing, counselling, performing pujas and other Buddhist services. She wishes to repay Rinpoche's kindness by spreading Lama Tsongkhapa's holy teachings and inspiring others on the spiritual path.

Pastor Loh Seng Piow (sangha to be)

Loh Seng Piow developed a strong wish to help Rinpoche in spreading the Dharma to the world. With that determination, Loh Seng Piow chose not to pursue his PhD degree in Cambridge University (for which he had been offered a place), resigned from his research job, and joined Tsem Rinpoche as full-time Dharma worker, and has never looked back since.

Back in 2001, Loh Seng Piow had no inkling of just how involved in Dharma he would become. As a Masters degree-holder in Engineering, Loh Seng Piow was working as a research engineer in Singapore when he met His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche. Rinpoche’s talk left a strong impression on him and after a few encounters with Rinpoche, Loh Seng Piow started developing websites for Rinpoche and Kechara.

Loh Seng Piow was trained in science, but soon realised that there were many questions that science could not answer. At the same time, he also felt that science and technology are not the solution to human problems, as humans are much better off compared to thousands years ago, yet the problems in this world are still the same, if not more, and we do not seem to be happier than our ancestors.

Loh Seng Piow soon realised that the Dharma is the ultimate solution to human problems, and that the methods used by His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche are very suitable for this modern era.

Meeting Rinpoche was a very refreshing experience for Loh Seng Piow, as he never knew Dharma could be so unconventional yet maintain its essence. As Rinpoche’s personal attendant, Loh Seng Piow has had many incredible moments with Rinpoche and considers himself extremely fortunate because he sees real Dharma in action, both on and off the throne. It challenges him to practice Dharma 24/7. In this way, Rinpoche has blown away his old and persistent way of thinking, which was very much focused on the outer rituals of Dharma.

Having seen that Tsem Rinpoche truly embodies what he teaches, Loh Seng Piow is convinced beyond doubt that it is possible to develop our minds to a higher state, and ultimately achieving enlightenment. All these factors have propelled Loh Seng Piow to take a step further in his Dharma career to become ordained as a pastor in order to be even more effective in sharing and disseminating the Dharma to benefit others.

Pastor Yek Yee

Naturally an introvert, Yek Yee has transformed what was once her weakness into her strength; making what was once impossible now eminently possible.

Independence was forced upon Kok Yek Yee from the tender age of nine, when she had to juggle between work and school to make ends meet. Always the introvert, Yek Yee had few friends and had difficulty expressing herself. So it was unexpected when she chose a career in journalism.

Yek Yee excelled as an award-winning reporter with Guang Ming Daily and Nanyang Siang Pau. Her articles garnered her a fanbase, and in writing, she found an outlet for the thoughts and feelings that she could not verbalise. However, despite her success, Yek Yee was not satisfied. Temporary happiness was not what she was looking for – success, money, relationships, or fame was not the key.

In her search for happiness, Yek Yee met H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche, who told her “don’t retaliate with your speech, but use your power of writing to express yourself”. This led her to join Kechara Media & Publications as a writer; subsequently she was appointed Senior Editor as well as a Liaison to His Eminence.

Yek Yee now holds a core role in Kechara Care, giving advice, tours, counseling and teachings to whoever walks through their doors. Through courage and determination, she has transformed what was once her weakness into her strength; making what was once impossible now eminently possible.

As a Pastor, her patience and open-mindedness developed through her journey with Kechara will bring comfort and solace, and her new-found ability to nurture and teach others will bring hope to many.

Pastor Lanse Chiah

Having been a Pastor for a year, Lanse wishes to continue with her integral duties by renewing her vows again.

Lanse graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Jinan University in Guangzhou, China in 1999 and became a part-time lecturer for several years, teaching western medicine in a Traditional Chinese medical college in Kuala Lumpur.

For a long time, Lanse remained an atheist, subconsciously searching for a spiritual guru as she sought answers to questions she harboured in her mind, questions that had led her into a state of depression during her time at university. As such, she would often read philosophical books in her search for answers.

Lanse first came to know of Kechara in 2007, through her friend of over 10 years, Pastor Yek Yee. She was surprised to see a complete transformation in Pastor Yek Yee, whom she had always known as a non-spiritual person. The first book by Kechara that Lanse chanced upon was the Chinese version of Be Greedy. Naturally, Lanse was skeptical at first, thus she read the book in an attempt to find mistakes with the philosophy. However, she couldn’t find any and was left impressed by how logical the explanations in the book were.

In March 2009, Lanse joined Kechara Media & Publications (KMP) part-time to carry out Chinese translation and help with transcription. The following year, she contemplated upon whether to pursue a full-time medical or a Dharma career, finally deciding on the latter. Lanse came to realise that, although both careers share the same motivation of easing people’s sufferings, she felt that her work in Dharma could lead to a greater contribution for the sake of all sentient beings in a deeper, spiritual sense.

Having been a Pastor for a year, Lanse wishes to continue with her integral duties by renewing her vows again.

Pastor Han Nee

It was not until she witnessed how Rinpoche brought peace and comfort to her dying mother, that she realised she also wanted to touch others with the Dharma.

Lim Han Nee, a mother of two, is a retired secondary school principal. She retired in December 2000 after a 30-year career in education. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Education at Leicester University in the UK, at the end of 2001.

After gaining her master’s degree, Han Nee considered further options of embarking on a doctorate in education or spending her years in retirement, travelling and visiting family. At the same time, she was also in search of her spiritual path. She had begun exploring Theravadan and Chinese Mahayana Buddhism for answers to questions she had.

In December 2004, Han Nee attended a teaching retreat on the topic of the Lamrim and White Tara held by His Eminence Gelek Rinpoche. As the retreat proceeded, she found her questions were being answered. Then in June 2005, Han Nee was introduced to Kechara by her sister, where she met her spiritual guide, His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche, who has recently told her that she must go all the way in the Dharma for the benefit of others.

Han Nee had been a school guidance counsellor for nearly twenty years. However, it was not until she witnessed how Rinpoche brought peace and comfort to her dying mother, that she realised she also wanted to touch others with the Dharma.

A member of Kechara’s Puja Team, who conduct sponsored pujas in Shabten Khang, Han Nee is also a member of the Education Division with the portfolio of Content Development. Apart from this, Han Nee is also a member of the weekly Kechara Chat Time team.

Pastor David Lai

In 2014, with a sincere wish to benefit others, David decided to be ordained as a Buddhist pastor to continue serving the spiritual needs of the organisation.

David Lai has been a student of His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche for over a decade now and was one of the founding members of Kechara. He joined Kechara as a full time staff in 2005 and has been working in various departments beginning with the Kechara Paradise outlets.

Right from the beginning, David had been advised by His Eminence to go into writing. Overcoming various hurdles, David finally began his literary career with the publication of his first book and autobiography, There’s No Way But Up in 2009. The book charts his spiritual journey from his childhood and culminates in the meeting with His Eminence.

The positive feedback from this book led him to write various other publications like Vajrayogini and Other Power Places in Nepal – a pilgrim’s guide of Nepal, Tales My Lama Told Me – a book on short stories and Conversations in Love – a book on relationships. These books continue to inspire and bring people onto the Dharma.

Besides writing, David has found his passion in sharing the Dharma since his earlier days working in the Kechara Paradise outlets. Over the years, David has received innumerable teachings from His Eminence, ranging from public teachings to personal instructions and advice. He is known to passionately share these teachings whenever he can and to whomever he meets. In 2014, with a sincere wish to benefit others, David decided to be ordained as a Buddhist pastor to continue serving the spiritual needs of the organisation.

Pastor Henry Ooi

After following Rinpoche as a Dharma student for all these years, learning and practicing the Dharma, Henry knows the importance of the pastors’ role in Kechara founded by Rinpoche. He wants to become a pastor to serve Rinpoche, to serve Kechara, and to serve the public.

Born in 1952 in Penang, Henry moved to Kuala Lumpur in search of work after he finished his Form Five studies in 1969. He worked at different types of jobs and it was when he was jobless in 1997/8 that he met His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche at the house of his cousin, Ruby (now Dato’ Ruby Khong), when Rinpoche was giving a dharma teaching. At that teaching Henry was awed by how Rinpoche taught Dharma with simple yet profound explanations.

With the kind guidance, teachings and Dharma practices by Rinpoche including instruction to engage in their first spiritual retreat, Henry and his wife Angel started a small business that soon became profitable. A few years later after Kechara House Buddhist Association was founded, Rinpoche started to enrol students as liaisons and that was when Henry and Dato’ Ruby offered themselves. Later more students were elected as liaisons that saw the birth of Liaisons Council. The Liaisons Council is now known as the Board of Directors of which Henry is one of its members.

Currently Henry is the Project Director, overseeing the construction and completion of projects in the Kechara Forest Retreat. Prior to this appointment he was the Head of Department in Kechara Paradise retail outlets of which he served for about ten years. He still remains as its company director as well as director for most of the companies within Kechara. He served one term as vice president of Kechara House Buddhist Association from 2012 to 2103.

After following Rinpoche as a Dharma student for all these years, learning and practicing the Dharma, Henry knows the importance of the pastors’ role in Kechara founded by Rinpoche. He wants to become a pastor to serve Rinpoche, to serve Kechara, and to serve the public. As he aspires to be a monk as he grows older, being a pastor of Kechara will pave the way for his aspiration. Henry believes that as one gets older in life, one should have already prepared for the imminent, death. And what a beautiful death it will be, to die in Kechara Forest Retreat in a monk’s robes. This is the kind of death that Henry wants. But before the imminent death happens, Henry wants to continue working in Kechara Forest Retreat, serving the community and whoever comes into it in whatever way he can. And when he is not physically anymore to serve others, he will request instructions from Rinpoche to enter into retreats in Kechara Forest Retreat.

Pastor Patsy Gooi

All that Patsy wants now is to spend the rest of her life doing dharma work, dharma practices and being of benefit to others.

Formerly a full time housewife with plenty of free time, Patsy had the great fortune to visit Gaden Monastery and meet H.E. Tsem Rinpoche almost twenty years ago. That one week stay in the monastery changed her view of life. Prior to that, she had no spiritual inclinations but meeting Rinpoche stirred something inside her, and she realised that there was more to life than just eating, sleeping, shopping and having fun. Rinpoche’s approach to dharma was logical and practical but most importantly, he stressed that we should always focus out and work towards benefitting others. Rinpoche made dharma easy to understand and his advice was and still is, to “change inwardly, not outwardly.”

In 2009, after years of practicing and applying what she had learned from Rinpoche’s teachings, Patsy decided to set up a Kechara retail outlet in Penang to share the dharma with others. She knew that Rinpoche’s teachings were very applicable to the people of our time and that his activities would benefit others just as they had benefited her. She also wanted to repay the kindness of her Guru who had constantly helped and guided her. Today, Kechara Paradise Penang is not just a dharma shop but also organises puja sessions, animal liberation and dharma talks.

In 2010, again with Rinpoche’s blessings, Patsy set up the Kechara Soup Kitchen Activity Center in Penang. Saddened to see the plight of the homeless and urban poor on the streets, Patsy decided to practice “compassion through action” as taught by Rinpoche in the most active way she knows. Today, together with her team of volunteers, Patsy feeds the homeless and urban poor four times a week and provides basic food provisions to many hardcore poor families on a monthly basis.

All that Patsy wants now is to spend the rest of her life doing dharma work and dharma practices, and that she may be of benefit to others.

Pastor Albert Ratchaga

In 2008, Albert Ratchaga began working as a part timer in Kechara Paradise, but as he learned more about the works of Rinpoche and Kechara, Rinpoche’s kindness and compassion touched him deeply. He realised that his work gave his life more meaning and decided to join Kechara full time.

Through his work as a sales executive, Albert was able learn more Dharma from Rinpoche's teachings and use this wisdom to assist those who entered his store to overcome their problems, thus improving their lives.

Albert soon developed a deep wish to follow in Rinpoche’s footsteps and in 2016 was ordained as a Pastor to continue benefitting and serving others.

Any work done with the teachings of the Buddha alive in our hearts is Dharma work. Some of us share the precious and uniquely challenging opportunity of working or volunteering for a Dharma organization . We must practice with the bodhisattva attitude every day as long as we all try to remember the workings of ego, karma and impermanence .The ultimate goal of Dharma practice is to benefit all sentient beings and lead them to happiness. This aspiration can transform any activity into Dharma work. Copying scriptures, making offerings, giving to the poor, listening to teachings, meditating, and reflecting on the teachings are all considered Dharma activities. Our attitude and intention are crucial for whether our work becomes Dharma work. Even a secular job can become spiritual if we approach it with purpose, and a commitment to benefit others. That’s Dharma work when the work benefits sentient beings and the teachings of Buddha; it depends on the motivation one has and how one does the work. Profound teachings.
    Thank you Rinpoche .

Chariots of the Gods is a book written back in 1968 by Erich von Däniken. Erich von Däniken is a Swiss author of several pseudoscientific books which make claims about extra-terrestrial influences on early human culture. Interesting the book is all about those many unsolved mysteries of the past, which was an immediate bestseller in the United States, Germany, and many more countries. His books have been translated into 28 languages, and have sold 60 million copies worldwide. Through his archaeological findings has suggested that in ancient times the earth was visited by extra-terrestrials. Interesting read.
    Thank you Rinpoche great sharing.

Revisit this post….A touching song by a Mongolian boy who lost his mother to a fatal illness, and also lost his father shortly thereafter to a car accident . It was in China’s Got Talent contest 2011 , this 12yr-old Mongolian boy performed a touching song sending his thought to his mother at heaven. It had touched the hearts of the judges and audiences. Even though it was a Mongolian folk song which I could not understand but hearing it truly touching.
Thank you Rinpoche for this sharing.

Wow what a brilliant way to spread Dharma through having comics pictures. Comics as visual storytelling is a unique art form that combines words and images.Through reading and seeing through those comics books everyone could understand. Its suitable for adults and kids and even the old. These comics depicts the power of Dorje Shugden. A picture is worth a thousand words, but a comic is worth a million. The pictures and words interact in the reader’s mind, resulting in the story. For Kechara coming up with this comic Karuna Finds A Way book, more and more people understand better of Dharma and more so of Dorje Shugden.
Thank you Rinpoche and writers team.

Vietnam is home to a variety of strange, real-life creatures such as Asian Unicorn , snub-nosed monkey , smallest sun bear species in the world, and so on. Vietnam’s animals are a vital part of the country’s biodiversity, comprising unique and endangered species that deserve protection and appreciation. Those animals that exist are one of the most underrated appeals of the country. Back in 1947 ancient tribes-people living in the mysterious forest creatures appeared regularly sighted by farmers. Its was only in 1982 a Professor discovery of a footprint of Nguoi Rung creature an undiscovered species of hominid like the Yeti or Bigfoot. That’s awesome, so Yeti do exist .

I was infected with Genital Herpes Virus 10 month ago, ever since then i have been searching for cure everywhere because i was feeling so uncomfortable with it. I have been dating for almost 5 years until i contracted Genital Herpes from my ex-boyfriend. since then I became very sad about the whole situation, always going online checking if i could get a cure to Genital Herpes, then i came across so many testimonies. Due to my seriousness and eagerness to be completely cured, i became a victim of fraud after contacting several so-called herbal doctors i was referred to. I lost a lot of money but i didn’t stop searching for a cure. Then one faithful day, i came across a testimony of a lady saying that she got her Genital herpes cured by a Great Herbal Doctor she called Dr iniboku by contacting him through his email address. And she advised anyone with Genital Herpes or Simplex Herpes to contact the herbal doctor for Herbal Cure. I contemplated for about 4 hours whether or not to contact him. then something inside of me told me ‘Nothing good comes easy’. I then contacted him through his email and told him my problem. He told me all the things I needed to do and also gave me instructions to follow, which I did properly. Just within weeks of drinking and applying the herbal medication he sent to me through DHL delivery service, i started seeing changes, i went to my medical doctor for check-up, i was so happy when the doctor told me i was no more having Genital Herpes Virus, it was all tears of Joy from that moment, People think herpes is really a minor skin irritation herpes has a long term effects on health and if i could ever meet a Genuinely Great Herbal Doctor. I’m so grateful to him. i am completely free from Genital Herpes Virus, i introduced a family friend who have Simplex Herpes virus to him, He called me and told me he was also cure completely. I promised to share my own testimony like that of the lady on the internet. Friends, If you are also struggling with Herpes disease you can as well Contact him via Email: drinibokuspelltemple@gmail.com <drinibokuherbalhome@gmail.com or message him on via whatsApp at +2347059186346 or visit page https://www.facebook.com/driniboku/

Setrap Chen is a wrathful protector deity in Tibetan Buddhism, particularly revered in the Gelugpa tradition. Setrap is believed to be an emanation of Amitabha Buddha and is known for his fierce and powerful appearance. Setrap’s wisdom is unmatched. Mount Emei, built in the 1st century CE, is a 3,099-metre-tall mountain in Sichuan Province, China. It is the highest of the Four Sacred Buddhist Mountains of China an area of great cultural significance. That’s where Buddhism first became established on Chinese territory and from where it spread widely through the East . Worth visiting this UNESCO World Heritage Site a scenic mountain area which includes over 70 temples, monasteries, and attractions. Emei Shan said to be inhabited since 10,000 years ago according to historians. Visited this awesome mountain years back, seeing it for myself those ancient Buddhist architecture on Emei shan.
Thank you Rinpoche for this sharing.

Sasquatch, also known as Bigfoot, is a legendary creature said to inhabit forests, mostly found in the Pacific Northwest region of North America. As described by eye witnesses as a large, hairy, humanoid creature, often reported as being taller than the average human, and covered in dark hair. While many believe in its existence, but there’s no definitive scientific proof. Bigfoot is a figure deeply embedded in the folklore of North America. Despite numerous reports and alleged evidence, there is no conclusive scientific proof of Sasquatch’s existence. Many sightings of these hairy creatures yet no one ever getting close to it . Tibetan high lamas have reported seeing Yetis or bigfoots. Never been doubt these extraordinary creatures do exist as Tibetans, Nepalese, and others believed. Interesting .
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing this.

One of China’s most capable rulers, Kangxi who laid the foundation for a long period of political stability and prosperity. Emperor Kangxi was the second and longest reigning emperor of China’s Qing Dynasty whom had instrumented in developing China. From ancient times, blessed manifestations have taken place at Wu Tai Shan. Kangxi sponsored many literary works, monasteries, monks and teachers all over China, Tibet and he was considered extremely modern for his day as he also gave religious freedom to all religions. Many emperors considered Wutaishan as a special place, and built many temples. It is associated with Manjushri and is one of the four sacred mountains of China. It is also one of the five Buddhist blessed places on earth. Wutaishan holds a very special place in the more than 1,000 years of Buddhist and Chinese history. Manjushri embodies the perfect wisdom of the universe. China is considered to be the Land of Manjushri where the people are blessed with intelligence. Many of the historical and miraculous stories of Wutaishan are recorded in history. From the Ming Dynasty until modern times, magical manifestations have continued to be reported in Wutaishan. Emperor Kangxi was known to be a great patron of the Buddhadharma and had visited Wu Tai Shan and its Gelug temples a number of times . Great masters believed Emperor Kangxi to be the reincarnation of Tulku Drakpa Gyaltsen and an emanation of Manjushri, which has been confirmed by many others. Interesting read indeed, would love to visit this holy place again.
Thank you Rinpoche and Ani for this great sharing.\\

The Unknown

The Known and unknown are both feared,
Known is being comfortable and stagnant,
The unknown may be growth and opportunities,
One shall never know if one fears the unknown more than the known.
Who says the unknown would be worse than the known?
But then again, the unknown is sometimes worse than the known. In the end nothing is known unless we endeavour,
So go pursue all the way with the unknown,
because all unknown with familiarity becomes the known.
~Tsem Rinpoche

Sick animals are more profitable... farms calculate how close to death they can keep animals without killing them. That's the business model. How quickly they can be made to grow, how tightly they can be packed, how much or how little can they eat, how sick they can get without dying... We live in a world in which it's conventional to treat an animal like a block of wood. ~ Jonathan Safran Foer

Inspired by Kin Hoe's (Ipoh) and Sam's (Kuantan) updates, here... introducing our No. 1 members, Mr. Teo and Aunt Betty. They are always early for preparation, cleaning, and arranging. Bottom pic is Hue & Mr. Loh. They are sharing and exchanging views on ritual practices that support spiritual practices before puja. KPSG by Jacinta.

Tormas are regularly being changed. It's solely the commitments from one of our dedicated members, Choong Soon Heng. Without him, we would not have gathered an abundance of merits. Thanks! Kechara Penang Study Group by Jacinta.

It's been a while since our last update. When KFR was busy organising, serving & helping visiting monks together with their chunks of activities in Bentong, back here in Penang, our small but sturdy Penang Study Group has been consistently having their weekly Dorje Shugden Puja @ every Saturday at 3 pm. Here's one update, completed on 6th September 2025. Kechara Penang Study Group by Jacinta.
