Question asked by Felix
Dear Pastor,
From H.E Tsem's video teachings I have come to realized that I have caused a lot of suffering to the people around me due to my selfishness and miserliness. I have been trying to subdue this self-cherishing mind by doing Lama Tsongkhapa / Dorje Shudgen's daily Saddhna, prostrations and Vajrasattva practice. However I can still feel the self-cherishing mind is deeply entrenched and stubborn. Can I please get some advise if I am on the right track and if there are any other means to subdue this mind?
Another question, inspired by the Bodhisattva Kisitigarbha, is there a daily practice that a lay person can perform to elevate the suffering of beings in the lower realms?

Thank you Rinpoche great sharing.
