Question asked by TPM
My dear Rinpoche, I suffer too often from bursts of anger that I have great difficulties controlling.
Specifically, I react very negatively when people tell me lies and then turn it around and tell me that I am the one lying.
This situation makes me act in ways that I later on regret greatly.
What is Rinpoche's advise for me, what should I do when I feel the anger arising and I am about to act… should I simply walk away and wait for my mind to calm down?
With folded hands Rinpoche, great respect and immense gratitude.
Through Rinpoche’s sponsorship at Gaden Sharte Monastery many monks had benefited. Rejoice to them receiving the initiation .Sponsoring the Dharma, which refers to supporting the teachings and practices of Buddhism, is considered a meritorious act in Buddhism. Acts of generosity and support for the Dharma are believed to generate positive karma, leading to positive consequences in this life and future lives.
Thank you Rinpoche for this great sharing and explaining it.
