Question asked by Calvin Kam
Dear Pastor,
Pls refer to my previous question.
Currently, I am doing the Lama Tsongkapa yoga, I follow the instruction from the blog, sometime I added in the recitation of Manjusri, Setrap or Dzambala mantra as well. I think, I did the correct way because I felt that my emotion become more calm and stable. I felt that my connection between Dharma are getting closer.
Actually, the 1st time I face this problem about ten years ago then no more happened again. Recently happened about 3 times during this 4 months time but the suffering time are getting shorter and shorter compare to 1st time almost take 5 minutes.
Can I continue the practice and observe 2 more months ? It was a big losses for me to stop practice Dharma.
Dear Calvin
We derive most from any worldly activities in life when we work hard at it and is consistent over time. Similar to taking vitamins and good food. Over time, we experience the effects on our body.
Dharma practice and prayers are so much more important which can help all aspects of our life. i highly encourage you to learn more about dharma to understand the benefits. Ones you understand more about the benefits, it makes all sense to continue your practice for the rest of your life and not stop.
In summary, you are experiencing the benefits now, so do continue with it.
