Question asked by Sirius
Dear Dharma Pastors,
I am writing to you from Argentina. I was a practitioner of the Gelug lineage and the lineage of Dorje Shugden for nearly three years, deeply inspired by the teachings of H.E. Tsem Rinpoche and the guidance of Lama Zopa Rinpoche. However, due to a severe personal crisis and difficult life circumstances about a year ago, I experienced a spiritual breakdown that led me away from my daily practices.
Lately, I have been feeling a deep longing to return to the Dharma. I miss my meditations, my offerings, and the connection with the lineage, but I feel some anxiety and confusion about how to restart my path after being away for so long. Currently, I attend an Orthodox Christian church in my city for support, but my heart remains with the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
Since there are no local centers here, I would like to ask if it would be possible to have a virtual meeting (via Google Meet, Zoom, or any other platform) with a Pastor. I am seeking some spiritual guidance on how to reconnect with my practices and how to integrate the Dharma back into my life from where I am now.
