Question asked by Audrey Leong
Thank you for answering me pastor. I have been waiting for your answer. I will move forward. I am currently practicing "Om Mani Pad Me Hung". It give me power within to face the ghost of the past. I have many thing i do wrongly, I could'nt forgive myself. I know I have to let go else i won't be else where in happiness. Sometimes I would hv such thought that being possessed by ghost is because i did a lot of bad things in the past so I have such karma.
Come to think of it in a positive way, It strengthen my family bond when things happened. Other than reciting "Om Mani Pad Me Hong", what other mantra i can do? as i still couldnt sleep at night, perhaps there are mantra can help to calm my mind?

Dear Audrey,
I’m happy to learn that you have a positive attitude now and wish to move forward. Continue to recite “OM MANI PAD ME HUNG”. You can also recite the mantra of Lama Tsongkhapa called the Migtsema. It will bless your body, speech and mind, and make you calm and peaceful. The benefits of this mantra are as follows:
(1) You will receive the blessings of Lama Tsongkhapa who embodies 3 Buddhas: Manjushri, Kuan Yin (Chenrezig) & Vajrapani
(2) You will purify your negative karma
(3) You will overcome negativities & their imprints
(4) You will understand the Dharma
(5) You will have long life, good health and many other benefits
The mantra:
Mig Mey Tze Way Ter Chen Chenrezig
Dri Mey Khyen Pi Wang Po Jampal Yang
Du Pung Ma Lu Jom Dzey Sang Wey Dag
Gang Cheng Ke Pey Tsug Gyen Tsongkhapa
Lo Sang Trag Pey Shab La Sol Wa Deb
Translation:
Objectless compassion, Chenrezig,
Lord of stainless wisdom, Manjushri,
Conquering Mara’s hordes, Vajrapani,
Crown jewel of the Sages of the Land of Snows, Tsongkhapa,
Losang Drakpa, at your feet, I pray.
Recite the mantra everyday, as many times as possible. Learn about the practice of Lama Tsongkhapa from this blog. There are many teachings from H.E. Tsem Rinpoche. It’s also very good and beneficial to set up an altar with an image of Lama Tsongkhapa. If you are living in Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya, you can visit one of our Kechara Paradise stores.
