Watch enlightening documentaries online! Into The Universe With Stephen Hawking – Time Travel (2010).The promise of time travel has long been one of the worlds favorite scientific what-ifs? Hawking explores all the possibilities, warping the very fabric of time and space as he goes. From whatever-whatever to riding a black hole, we learn the pitfalls and the prospects for a technology that could quite literally, change everything.
I like these series of videos. It makes you come out of the box and think the bigger possibilities are out there in the universe. If that is possible out there, then it would be possible in here too. In here where? In our own inner minds which contains a even bigger universe than what is out there.
I like to blog these videos to stimulate everyone to think higher, bigger and wider. Don’t be stuck. Don’t trap yourself. Don’t just think there are bigger possibilities out there which may be unreachable at this time for most of us….but switch the focus to think there are bigger possibilities within you. Within your own mind that ARE reachable. Because opening up and reaching your inner universe may be much more beneficial than reaching the outer universe and it’s so called vastness. That is one of the reasons I post these for everyone to share and contemplate.

Interesting videos to watch and learn some knowledge from the world well known scientist Stephen Hawking. He explored all the possibilities, of time and space and into the unknown where nobody could . He has indeed inspired many to think and opening our mind to the bigger possibilities are out there in the universe.
Thank you Rinpoche for your teachings and advices to think there are bigger possibilities within ourselves , opening up and reaching our inner universe which is more beneficial than reaching the outer universe.
the way i see it, time is still going on like normal… it’s not exactly traveling into the future but more like slowing down the time you’re going through. xD
Thank you Rinpoche this is a fascinating video on Time Travel.
Well I think there probably needs to be a major paradigm shift in science to be able travel really fast across the galaxies. Many UFO have visited the Earth and we are still stuck in this little world of ours 😛
I really appreciate what Rinpoche said about the “bigger possibilities within us”. I have always imagined that the “outer universe” to be a reflection or an image of our brain, our very own “inner universe”. So far, no one has even come close to mapping the FULL potential of the human brain although debates are aplenty as to what percentage of the human brain is actually used. It is doubtful that we will ever be able to calculate what full potential means as time, place, knowlege and many other factors internal and external combine to create new opportunities even before existing ones are realised. It is not an absolute.
As i commence my spiritual journey into Buddhism, i am thouroughly amazed at the mind shift and transformation of philosophies that i am experiencing. In fact, nothing changed except i learned to open my mind to other possibilities beyond what i held to be “truths”.
Everything is possible if we refuse to let our “conditioned minds” trick us into believing otherwise. Time travelling is real as is Karma. Ages ago, the Lord Buddha even said “Do not think a small virtue will not RETURN in your future lives…”. How mind blowing….a past returning to a future!
The root of happiness and sufferings comes from within our “inner universe” (our mind) and as much as i am intrigued by the outer universe, it is the inner universe that we must understand and tame.
Whenever I watch one of these kind of shows… First of all, I love outer space and there was nothing comparable to learning about space when I was a kid. I’m surprised I didn’t make a career about it. Who knows… Anyway, whenever I see one of these shows, and then I see a star that same night, I feel indescribable peace.
It is so easy to give up and let go of my attachments and do real Dharma when I see how insignificant this lifetime is. I’m not a high level incarnation of so and so, and I can’t see easily why I should give up my life of pleasure and do Dharma. When I see the stars at night. I remember how short my time is. I give myself up. It becomes un-important to be worldy. We’re gone as fast as a bubble in turbulent water.
