You must watch this video and be totally flabbergasted, amazed and inspired. I guess with anything in life you have to want it bad enough by remembering the benefits. What do you have to lose if you go all the way. But you have everything to lose if you don’t give it your all.
Great way to start your day and maybe your life again….Tsem Rinpoche

The man who was featured in the video is Mr. Arthur Boorman. When American paratrooper Arthur Boorman returned home injured from the Gulf War, doctors told him he’d never walk unassisted again.
One too many jumps led to chronic back and knee problems making his military workout a thing of the past. The military should really provide help, rehabilitation for their ex servicemen.
For 15 years, Boorman believed them. Consequently, his weight ballooned to 297 lbs at 5’8′.
But, at 47 years old, the disheartened veteran discovered yoga in a newspaper article about DDP yoga.
As demonstrated in this incredible YouTube video, the non-impact yoga workout helped Boorman shed 140 lbs in 10 months.
Yoga isn’t just an excellent weight-loss therapy for troops returning home injured. According to CareForVets.org, yoga is also being used to help treat post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) among war veterans who’ve served in Afghanistan and in Iraq.
The yoga is invented by Diamond Dallas Page, called DDP Yoga. (http://www.diamonddallaspage.com/).
DDP Yoga is not traditional yoga, it’s a hybrid workout that incorporates some traditional yoga movements and adds dynamic resistance, active breathing techniques and power movements to make for a more challenging and results oriented workout.
Before
10 months later
The main benefits are body fat loss, lean muscle growth, and improved cardio levels all without placing undue stress on the joints. A valid comparison to yoga is they both provide increased flexibility and core strengthening.
It is currently used by professional football players, professional as well as amateur wrestlers, MMA fighters, and regular everyday people who want to perform at optimum levels and want to place themselves in the best position to see career and life changing results and improve their quality of life.
DDP Yoga is the evolution of what was formerly the YRG Fitness System, which is best known for what many say is the most dramatic transformation in the health and fitness industry.
The teacher is Mr. Diamond Dallas Page. He runs yoga retreats (http://www.diamonddallaspage.com/retreat/?page_id=5). The next one is in El Dorado Royale, Mexico, July 26-30th 2012.

An inspiring man ………….Mr. Arthur Boorman with determination and never give up easily, he manage to shed 140 lbs in 10 months. Incredible using the non-impact yoga workout helped Mr. Arthur Boorman to be even stronger than before his injuries. He discovered the yoga in a newspaper and is determined in what he wanted to do. He has even proof that doctor were wrong as they told him he’d never walk unassisted again.
He is one inspiriting example for us .Never under estimate what you can accomplished .and when you believe in yourself ,you can success.
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing.
Mr Arthur Boorman is an inspiring man that show us, with determination and believing in oneself will bring tremendous achievement in life. Throughout our journey we may encounter failure, yet when we found someone that believe in our potential that we could achieve beyond the limitations we and others set, we should not let go of the person’s helping hand nor pushing the person away. We should believe in him but most importantly we must believe in ourselves that we can go beyond the limitations that bind us.
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing this inspiring post.
very inspiring video, whatever we think we cant do, actually we could do, nothing is impossible if we put on mind to it, and persevere from start to end, and mentally and emotionally must be strong to tackle the pain and signs of giving up.
Mr Arthur Boorman ‘s spirit really inspiring !! imaging some of the action even us in good physical may not be able perform. most of the time we easily give up when facing problem or felt frustrate, sometime we choose to run away…never give up !! the spirit really push me up again !!
“Practice make Perfect”, Mr. Arthur Boorman did a very good example for us. We should stand up after we fall then learn from the mistake and continue to work for it. We should always make IMPOSSIBLE to “I” “M” “POSSIBLE”.
Congratulation to Mr. Arthur Boorman, u look younger and healthier at the second photo. And thanks Rinpoche for the sharing.
I am pleasantly surprised by the transformation achieved by Mr Arthur. I guess by simply looking at two pictures in this blog, no body can tell that these are actually the same guy.
Like Rinpoche has said always, we need to want thing bad enough.
I am very happy for what Mr Arthur has achieved for himself, with his determination, he gives himself a brand new life.
I always believe that strong belief and perseverance are important in any endeavours, especially in a long hard battle and I see these two qualities in the video.
Dear Rinpoche,
Thank you so much for sharing this inspiring article with everyone. Yes the yoga program is real good but Mr. Boorman was the inspirational factor in this article. He did not take the words of his doctor who told him he will never be able to walk unaided again. Instead he tried, fell, got up and tried again. He never gave up and now he is walking again without the walking sticks. This is the attitude we should emulate.
This is another awesome example of the power of mind . Whatever in life we wish to succeed in depends on the strength of one’s mind or will power. The only thing impossible is thinking it is impossible.
When facing difficulties along our spiritual path , we must possess the same qualities Arthur demonstrated here- by putting effort, having perseverence and determination.
For 15 years his mind followed what others say and his condition got worse. He decided to take control of the situation and did not give up when everyone else did. He endured falling flat on his face and body while trying and went all the way.
These are the type of real life stories that not only is inspiring but makes you take a look at yourself/myself deeply and all the I can’t just seems to vanish. It is a good example and reminder to us that nothing is impossible if we put our minds to it, challenge our selves and never giving up. When we say we can’t do it, we have already failed without even trying!
What a strong message that tells you mind over matters, even things that we consider impossible, other people can achieve it, so, is it we are incapable for achieving it or our mind tells us not to achieve it?
I really like this video, Mr Boorman has told everyone off by his action and result, nothing is impossible, it is just up to you to make it possible, when there is a will, there is a way.
As long as there is determination and wanting it so badly, nothing matters anymore. Nothing is impossible as long we set our mind on doing it and never waver. Tasks will accomplished.
This video is so inspiration many of us should not give up so early whatever we do.I should again and again even when we fell down.
Mr.Athur Boormen proved to the world what he can achieve losing his weight and can walk and run like the normal people like before he get injure.
Thank you rinpoche sharing this video to us.
I teared when Mr.Boorman ran towards the camera in the video. I love what you said, “Never underestimate what you can accomplish when you believe in yourself.”
Dear Mr.Arthur Boorman, saying that you’re an inspiration to everyone would be the understatement of the millennium. What you showed us doesn’t only apply to losing weight/getting healthy it also applies to our everyday life. Whenever we come across an obstacle, we might fail and fall down but never give up. Consistency and persistence is the key. Thank you for showing us that we can achieve whatever we set our mind to.
“We may encounter defeat, but we must not be defeated.” ~Tsem Tulku Rinpoche
We are so fixed that everything cannot or impossible. In fact, better try and never do before. We limit ourselves to do more things not because we cant but our own laziness and ego right? He is truly one of best examples, showing us that with determination and faith, we can achieve many things. Be the audience or be part of the Legacy?
For someone to lose so much and realized that is not the end is someone I truly respect! He did not give up on himself even after so many turned him down. Am truly happy he found faith and happiness through his perseverance in helping himself be better.
Thank you Rinpoche and Sharon for such an inspiring story.
This is a inspiring news and he show us that with the determination, faith, effort and never give up is what that can bring us to our goal and success. Thank you Rinpoche for sharing this.
Watching this video made me think of how much I have achieved thus far. What Mr Arthur did was tough but it was for the betterment of himself. In life, if we want to succeed, we have to go through many obstacles and ‘sacrifice’ many of our likes.
In terms of spirituality, whatever work, or instructions given to us are to help us take a step further to improve. very simple, if we just stay the way we are, we will never achieve anything in life yet we might even degenerate. But if we put an effort to improve ourselves on a daily basis, good things will be there for us eventually.
Thank you Sharon and Rinpoche for sharing this awesome video!
I especially love the quote, ‘Never underestimate what we can accomplish.’ As they say, its all in the mind!!
This is truly inspiring..
If we can control our mind then we can achieve many things, unfortunately we never think to control our mind but only think to control our body. We forget that after death only mind that follow us, our body can’t be function any more.
In future when i facing problems and thought my problem is very big. This will remind me that its just nothing when i think about what Mr. Arthur Boorman has gone through.
1. Not giving up
2. Not letting what others say dictate what you can and cannot achieve
3. Persistence, Hardwork, Focus and Choice
4. No poor-me sad stories. It was just a matter of “I choose to do it, I will do it, I am going to achieve it”.
There’s nothing really for us to lose. The only thing we lose in is if we make the wrong choice – and that is to do nothing about what we are not feeling good about.
Mr Arthur Boorman created a miracle by just believing he can do it…. and he did it & inspired us ….i believed we can create miracles too if we set our heart and mind towards whatever we want to achieve…
Never Give up. I salute Mr. Arthur whom not giving up and continued the yoga training. Its not easy but he made it, he created a miracle.
Thanks Rinpoche for the encouragement!
I had goosebumps watching this video, at the part where Mr Arthur Boorman started running after 15 years of not being able to walk unassisted. It must have felt really liberating to not depend on anything or anyone just to move from one place to another.
Mr Arthur Boorman’s story tells us that really, sometimes the impossible is nothing. It also tells us that having someone knowledgeable and experienced in the subject matter to guide us and support us is also crucial in how quickly we can achieve the desired results.
Besides Mr Boorman’s tenacity to fix himself up despite what the doctors said, I found Mr.Diamond Dallas Page’s kindness and willingness to help Mr Boorman very touching. Most yoga instructors didn’t want to help Mr Boorman because it seemed impossible to turn him around, with his weight, his disability.. but Mr Diamond saw all these challenges and thought “God, I’m gonna help that guy”.
Because of both parties’ commitment, effort, and perseverance, the world has now 1 additional person who has a true story to show and inspire us to go forth and achieve what we put our minds to achieve. If Mr Boorman had did all that just for himself, he wouldn’t have made this video for the world to see.
I feel this video is also an example of what are the basic ingredients for the practice of guru devotion in order to be effective in achieving the desired results within a relatively short time, and how such results would not only benefit ourselves but for everyone else.
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing this and thank you Sharon for finding such a great story.
Thank you Rinpoche to sharing this very meaningful video, what i get from this video is , ” Dont Give up !!!” nothing is impossible, you never try , you never know, after try, not success! never mind, try again.
Very Luckly, Mr.Authur Boorman met his Yoga teacher, and he also never give up to his student, he save Mr.Authur Boorman life.
We shouldnt give up so easily, want to become successful,is not 1 day will happen, so try !!!
Thank You Rinpoche for sharing this post to us and it is so meaningful.
What I can learned from here is, nothing is impossible that we can’t do. At least we don’t give up…
This video really inspiring me..
Just like we don’t give up Dharma and in the end, sure we will get the result.
Remarkable story, so deep and so much to learn from. I learn the following:
1) When promises made are broken do not just sit around, go do something for yourself. There is a Chinese saying that goes like this “When your horse dies, get off the horse and start to walk”.
2) Believe in the person helping you and do whatever is requested by your teacher or whoever is helping.
3) Work hard and never give up.
4) Always have your goal in mind and whatever it takes get to achieve the result.
There are many of such stories published, the point is for us to practise what we have learnt.
Wow!
Unbelievable transformation! But it’s real!
Mr. Boorman decided that he wants be able to walk unassisted again and worked whole heartedly to achieve it. It’s truly inspiring what he did.
We may fall down many times, but if we continue picking ourselves up and keep on going, we will eventually reach our destination.
Thank you Rinpoche. 🙂
Truly inspiring man who did not and never give up after 15 years of suffering.
Sometimes I feel people who is physically fit tend to have weaker mind compared to those less fortunate people. This guy does not possess or use any magic to cure himself, if he has/does I don’t think he will wait for 15 years to do so…
Obviously the result is extraordinary but achieved by an ordinary person. I always believe everyone has own powerful quality but sad to say many people doesn’t know how to “utilize”, where to “treasure” or totally lazy to “look” for this quality. Furthermore how many of us have such a strong mind as Mr. Arthur?
Therefore, for us Dharma is very important and is the only “tool” for effective self-realization which could enhance our mind stability and capability. At the same time Dharma is making sure we use this quality with right motivation else it could be extremely harmful and dangerous.
This video is a concrete evidence about the power of human mind because Mr. Arthur is physically disable as declared by doctors so we can conclude that what he achieved now is due to his extra-strong mind.
So we should not underestimate what our mind can achieve BUT must come with right motivation.
Thank you very much for the sharing, Rinpoche.
Take good care,
With love,
VP
He demonstrated the power of positive thinking. Our mind is capable of doing more, we can control our mind and direct it towards future happiness and thus change our destiny.
NEVER UNDERESTIMATE WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE !
Thank you Rinpoche and Sharon for this inspiring post
In the video, I experienced the strong determination , discipline and commitment from Mr Arthur Boorman. I want to apply his qualities to my dharma practice, I foresee many great works will be accomplished.
Amazing how it takes just one person to believe in you to achieve such a tremendous turnover. Perseverance, hard work and faith does pay off. I see a mala wrapped around his wrist.. guessing he found his inner peace as well. Great combo!
What i learned from this post is you can transform if you have strong determination and put in effort even it’s just one person believed in you, never give up hope easily.
When there is a will, there is a way. Mr Boorman is a walking testament of that saying. Being focus in achieving one’s goals and working towards it makes one a winner, no matter how many times one falls and gets up and try again.
On a lighter note, he looks more handsome at 157lbs! Hmmm, maybe that could also inspire our overweight men to try out this form of yoga!
With determination and disciple and believing in oneself, nothing is impossible.
What Mr. Arthur Boorman did was very inspiring and he accomplished all in a short period of time. For 15 years doctors told him he can never walk unassisted, now he proved them wrong and he can even run.
Everything can be achieved if we set our mind on it.
Great find Sharon, very inspiring real life story of Mr Boorman.
Looking at what Mr Boorman did moved me because I realize that i am habituated to giving in to my situations all the time and in the end, never trying to achieve better results. Mr Boorman really proved to me that we can do it as long as we really really want the results badly.
It is very kind for Rinpoche to push and encourage us to do more with our lives because we are the ones who really benefit from our own actions.
Thank you Rinpoche for putting up this great post.
This is inspiring and that he believed in himself again. Thank you for sharing because it shows that when you out your mind into something, you can do it When you have small wins, it motivates you to do more and have more wins! This is important. And this is what Mr. Arthur did. We need to have determination and strong will to change our condition and challenge our mind.
Mr. Arthur Boorman shown me ” nothing is impossible in life ” It’s just matter that we want to do it or not. Very inspiring video, it touched my heart deeply. 🙂
Anything one really wants in life, and wanted it so badly, one must go all the way to obtain/achieve it at all cost. With the benefits, what do one have to lose by going all the way, rather than to lose everything if one doesn’t. Its indeed beneficial and encouraging to watch this video to get the right aspiration. Like the saying goes,”If there is the will, there is always a way.” Mr. Arthur is well blessed to be able to see it this way!
Dear Rinpoche, Thanks for that video. By the time it had finished I had a massive grin on my face and a little tear in my eye. I too love yoga as it really helps with my posture. Its great because after only about 20 minutes my back feels a lot straighter.
What a transformation. Truly commendable! At the end of the day, everything is down to choice. Do we have the courage to make the right one? We don’t always stay the same and that is why hope and conviction is needed.
I have a feeling many people will watch this video clip as losing weight is a very popular topic. hehe. Thank you Rinpoche and Sharon for sharing this video. It’s all about having the conviction to do something in our lives. Anything is possible.
This is a very inspiring story. The lesson of the day is never give up of ourself, no matter how others think and put us down. We must believe in ourself that we will make it and stand up no matter what happen
Never give up ! Seem to be a very easy word to say ! May be some people they cant feel the pain those people gain during they say this word out loud !!
How about , may i ask you all, DO YOU SCARE FALLING DOWN ?
I see in my eye clearly !
1. Parent will do all the best to protect their child, down fall. At the end…… The child will not grown up easily.
Even myself , i love my family, i do everything for they, but at the end , they dont understand. So why not , we do it together? Let us learn together ?
2. Some company , you can see the CCTV around in everywhere. The boss always sit in the office or home, check everyone all the time. He scare their staff work lazy , stolen thing and money .
It is doing like this, the end will change? why not to put down our-self , work together will the team. To gain some respect ?
NEVER GIVE UP ! NEVER SCARE TO FALL ! NEVER SCARE LOSSING ! WE’LL DIE ANYTIME OUT OF OUR CONTROL !
I salute Mr.Arthur’s spirit and determination. He really goes all out and never give up. Very inspirational clip and i’m gonna share this at FB. I love this quote in the article: “What do you have to lose if you go all the way. But you have everything to lose if you don’t give it your all.” Well said!!
What Arthur Boorman shows us is very inspiring. There is no such word is impossible unless we don’t try. With Mr. Arthur determination and believe, he finally able to walk and run again.
Rinpoche himself had also show us that he slimmed down during his modelling years.
Very inspiring story, and another great example of what Rinpoche always teaches us unworthy students to do…
– Dont be inert
– Dont accept situations as they are
– Push to excel and you will be surprised at what you can achieve.
Rinpoche’s everyday teachings always cover the above topics, not only because Malaysians are a sorry bunch of losers who enjoy the “lepak” culture and don’t push for results. But primarily because if we dont have the above qualities, what chance do we stand of getting anywhere close to that state called enlightenment?
So if you are inspired by Mr Boorman, wake up, smell the coffee and realise that you can do it too, if you are in his situation!
Thank you for sharing with us such an inspiring story! It is heart breaking to see how Arthur struggled in the initial stage when he first started out… however, just like everything, with determination and consistency… he became better.
I was also very touched how Mr Dallas was determined to help Arthur although so many other centers has rejected Arthur due to his physical condition. Mr Dallas never gave up on Arthur and I think that very confidence he had for Arthur was a strong motivator so that he would press on without giving up.
What stood out to me was when Mr Boorman said “..he believed in me”
Diamond Dallas, a professional trainer obviously have the skills and know how.. but it worked because Mr Boorman was determined, he gave something for Diamond Dallas to believe and give his time to help Mr Boorman. At the end of the day, we can learn from anyone..but it falls back to ourselves. Do we really want it!
Loves this inspirational video. Thank your Rinpoche, Sharon and the blog team for putting it up on this blog.
This video is about the will to live a better and quality life, perseverance, patience, effort, courage, etc and most of, Never Give Up. Most other people just sink into depression, get angry with themselves and contemplate suicide. Others blame the world but rarely themselves and vent their anger at someone else. But Arthur bravely did right, he picked himself up, pushed his mind and body to the limit and became a hero. And rightly so. How inspiring.
DDP was a professional wrestler in the WWF and was the “bad guy”. I used to watch wrestling a few years back. Hehe! Not anymore. Never thought DDP is such a great guy.
This also remind me of Rinpoche’s motto. ‘Just do it”. With perseverance and and taking responsibility we can achieve anything we want.
If there is a will, there is always a way. Impossible is nothing until we make it something. A totally inspiring video on the tenacity and perseverance of the human strength.
It is so inspirational and it all in the mind. What I learnt from Mr Arthur Boorman is that we have to accept the issue, problem and habits we encounter or have, then we can work on it. Without accepting, there is nothing to work on. Once we knows the habits or problem, we have to consistently work on it, falling is one of the experience we have, but get up again and again, never give up. Never afraid to fail, if not we will not know the fall, and will not correct it. And most importantly BELIEVE and HAVe faith in ourself.
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing this video, and will share with friends & family in FB.
This is so moving and super inspiring… Seeing how he has actually given up his life accepting the facts. No hope but all it takes was just one person to give him hope and believe in him and helping him achieving it. Of course, it’s all depend on ourself whether we want to or not. Just think how many people have given us hopes and we choose to miss the boat simple coz we didn’t want to?
This is just a great inspiration for many people out there, especially those who have tremendous insecurity issues over their weight and appearance like me. If this guy can do it so can all of us. This is incredibly Dharmic because this kind of determination can be brought over to many aspects of our lives including having integrity, being kinder, remembering and doing something for those who have been very kind to you and so much more.
I love this! Instead of belly-aching about our woes, we do something about it so we don’t bring people down with our problems. Love it! Thank you Rinpoche.
Rinpoche, thank you for sharing the video with us. Mr Boorman is such an inspiration. It just goes to show whatever your motivation – whether you want to lose weight, prove people wrong, walk again – if you want something bad enough, you will do whatever it takes to get it. It’s a matter of realigning our minds to focus on our goals.
The video is also a good lesson in showing me how people can influence our thinking. When doctors told him he’d never walk again, he believed them. Then when his yoga teacher tells him he can, he believes his teacher. Since our minds are so easily influenced, it’s important for us to surround ourselves with like-minded people who will reinforce positive thinking in us…so for people who think they can practise without a Dharma centre, that is why Dharma centres are so important, because we need to be surrounded by like-minded people!
Thank you for sharing this, Rinpoche. Om Vajra Pani Hum…may I have strength, consistency and courage to loss all my negativity, laziness and BODY fats!~ See you in less than 6 months time!~
Our MIND is a unique part of our brain. If we set out to tell the Mind we need to take certain action, it just does so miraculously. However we also need to be consistent and persistent with the Thoughts in the Mind.
Arthur Boorman did just that! He did NOT give up and told his Mind to kick into action. He is an inspiration to many of us who said we can’t.
It is very inspiring, not so much about the weight he loss, but he started to believe in himself. That itself is a great transformation. Just like Rinpoche said a few days ago in Wesak, we need to go beyond that Religion is about accepting a higher being then every problems will be solved. Things will be OK when we start to transform our mind.
Thank you for this Rinpoche – what a brilliant way to start the day. It’s incredible that something we take so much for granted – walking – is something that many people in this world aren’t able to do. And we still bellyache about all the things we cannot do. A man fitted from head to toe in aids and braces is now standing on his head and running probably much faster than many of us – what the hell do we have to complain about?
More importantly is Mr Boorman’s CHOICE not to accept what others have told him as being impossible – he didn’t have anything to lose, or anything to prove anything to but himself. I guess he shows that all we really need to accomplish things is a belief in ourselves – sod what the rest of the world thinks, believes or DOESN’T think / believe. And whether we accomplish something or not is not because we can’t, but because we choose not to.
This links very much to Rinpoche’s recent Wesak day teachings about Choice and other really beautiful teachings that Rinpoche has given like these:
Thank you for this article of great inspiration. It goes to show that with determination, discipline and commitment, anything can be achieved. Be it dharma or our health!

Venerable Ajahn Chah was a Thai Buddhist teacher of the Buddhadhamma and a founder of two major monasteries in the Thai Forest Tradition. Well respected and loved as a man of great wisdom, he was also instrumental in establishing Theravada Buddhism in the West. Interesting life story, how he chose to leave the settled monastic life and became a wandering ascetic. Walking across Thailand, lived in forests, caves and cremation grounds while learning from the meditation monks of the Forest of various monasteries. He wandered through the countryside in quest of quiet and secluded places for developing meditation. He even lived in tiger and cobra infested jungles, using reflections on death to penetrate to the true meaning of life. After years of wandering, Venerable Ajahn Chah established a monastery where he taught simple, practice-based form of meditation, and attracted a numerous of students including western foreigners. He was one of the greatest Dhamma teachers of the modern era. His wise teachings have continued to guide thousands of people along the path of Dharma. Venerable Ajahn Chah’s teachings of the Thai Forest Tradition gradually spread across all over the world. Several of Ajahn Chah’s Western students have since established monasteries throughout the world. Just in Thailand itself, there are more than 300 branch monasteries in Ajahn Chah’s tradition. Ven erable Ajahn Chah used his ill health as a teaching point, emphasizing that it was a living example of the impermanence of all things and reminded people to endeavour to find a true refuge within themselves. The legacy of Venerable Ajahn Chah’s teachings and legacy continues into the modern age.
Thank you Rinpoche for this great sharing.
Wonderful blog written on the practice of Kalarupa for us to understand better. As an emanation of Manjushri, Kalarupa’s practice helps us to destroy ignorance and to develop wisdom overcoming our anger and suffering . Awesome Kalarupa manifested in multiple forms to help sentient beings who personifies enlightenment by the conquest of anger. Kalarupa also regard as one of the three main Dharma protectors of the Gelugpa is extremely fierce and ugly, and tames all kinds of spiritual ugliness. The fierceness of his iconography teaches us to remind ourselves that all the causes and effects of anger arising from ignorance are dreadful and distorted.
Thank you Rinpoche and Pastor Antionette for this detailed sharing,
Nepal is a very spiritual country, having a huge Dorje Shugden mural in Kathmandu, is indeed a big achievement for Kechara. Located on Charkhal Road in Dilli Bazaar, the mural can be found midway between our two Dorje Shugden chapels which are in Putalisadak and Chabahil. It is also very close to one of Kathmandu’s largest shopping malls. Many locals , tourist will be able to connect them to a powerful deity that is so closely associated with their culture. Well the mural not only beautiful but also full of symbolism and everyone merely by seeing it is blessed. Thanks to those talented artists and generous sponsors making it a success.
Thank you Rinpoche for this sharing.
All the art of living lies in a fine mingling of letting go and holding on. Letting go helps us to live in a more peaceful state of mind and helps restore our balance. A reminder for us all to go of attachment and meditating on impermanence and emptiness. We are to relinquish the domination of our ego and its habits to transform ourselves. A great reminder not to waste our previous life.
Quoted Ceasing to do evil, Cultivating the good, Purifying the heart .
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing such a meaningful teachings with folded hands.
Winning the lottery was part of my dreams, I tried so hard to win big but all to no avail, until I came across Dr Lucas online who made my dreams come through and made me win 10 million dollars. I was a logistics manager who lives in Lancaster, S.C. and works about an hour’s drive away, in Charlotte, N.C., I stopped at a store to buy a scratch-off lottery ticket during my lunch break, because Dr Lucas gave me all the assurance that the numbers are not going to fail after I did all he asked me to do. Dr lucas is a powerful Dr that is on a mission to eradicate poverty from people’s lives and i have confirmed that by winning $10 million with the numbers he provided for me, it is my promise to tell the world about my experience with Dr Lucas and that’s what I’m doing now, you can win the lottery fast with the help of Dr Lucas he is tested and trusted Email: Drlucasspelltemple@gmail. com or WhatsApp +234 904 794 3567 he will help you.

We are members of the Buddhist Temple in Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur and we have been issued membership by the president (DATUK YIP KUM FOOK), we are very sad because we are the foundation of this Temple
Now we can know who is always messing with people, and he always cheats money and women, he even uses Buddhism to find money.
Also, need to be careful with his brother-in-law (Simon Low Kok Meng) because he is a spy (CID) for DATUK YIP KUM FOOK and we will write some letters to AGONG SULTAN IBRAHIM IBN ALMARHUM SULTAN ISKANDAR as soon as possible.
The matriarchal cultures of the grandmothers have specific symbolism of animism shamanism, such as the horse, especially the blue horse, and the deer. These are two main symbols of a shaman woman and you can find them in many cultural folk lore, especially the Russian, Slavic, Siberian, Nordic, Finland, and Norway. It’s nice to see the Matriarchal Shaman Animism diety represented in Chinese.
An inspiring act of a selfless Lama feeding strays whether its night or day. Truly an example for us all to feed those lonely strays . Yes I do agree compassion starts with feeding strays. Reading this blog again to refresh myself to do more. Strays animals generally lead a life of poor welfare on the street. Feeding strays is a compassionate act.
Thank you Rinpoche and Anila for this sharing.
nteresting revisit this blog again as truly inspiring reading over and over again . There’s so many inspiring nuns and female practitioner coming from different back ground, leading a more spiritual life. They are practitioners dedicated their life to religious observance and their path is illuminated by the light of compassion. Going against all odds to become one. Their devotion radiates like a thousand stars in the night sky. Here at Kechara Forest Retreat, Bentong Pahang we too have inspiring practitioners .
Thank you Rinpoche for this great sharing.
H E Tsem Rinpoche’s Sungbum project aim to preserve the teachings and practices that have been passed from teacher to disciple in an unbroken line beginning with Lama Tsongkhapa himself . History has taught us the importance of preserving Buddha’s stainless teachings. Its important to preserve and safeguard the Buddhist tradition for future generations.
Tsem Rinpoche is a clear and effective teacher where his stories and teachings are endlessly entertaining and inspiring. The preservation is very much needed. We are so fortunate given a chance to be involved in such a meritorious project .
Thank you.
Demons are disembodied spirits, supernatural being or spirit and unseen beings. We know they do exist and I believe they do. They have no physical form to them whatsoever. Demons do definitely exist. They are intelligent beings who are evil malicious spirits and are all dangerous entities. Valak is not to be summoned capriciously by anyone as they are dangerous beings when we invoke them having to face a heavy consequence. There are spiritual practices that we can ask for help a ritual of the wrathful Manjushri in the form of Trakze. Having a doing the practice daily without fail, consistently, as this Trakze practice has been proven to be efficacious to break the hold the Valak and other spirits. All thanks to our Guru bringing this practice to Kechara Forest Retreat, Bentong Malaysia.
Thank you Rinpoche for this wonderful sharing for us to understand better.
Wow ,reading all these powerful quotes had me realised much better of giving even I have little. May H E Tsem Rinpoche’s sincere advice to reach the far shore of liberation to everyone reading this blog. The most truly generous people are those who give silently without asking any in return. There is no exercise better than reaching and lifting people up. A kind gesture can reach a wound that only compassion can heal. Well creating and lighting for others we naturally light our own way. Helping others especially those unfortunate ones, make us feel more positive about our own circumstances.
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing all these powerful quotes.
I have tried mine and my friend’s horoscope and it results same in both of our case, and not just that I have tried this on various friends and this horoscope is showing same for maximum date of birth, I think this is a bug.
Lama Tsongkhapa was an influential Tibetan Buddhist monk, philosopher and tantric yogi, whose activities led to the formation of the Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism . Lama Tsongkhapa was hailed as the second Buddha by contemporary Buddhist masters of his time. Famous for reviving Buddhism in Tibet and revered for elevating the Dharma to all its present glory. Hence having a 12 ft Lama Tsongkhapa Statue at new Kechara Gompa (Prayer Hall) is indeed a blessing. Its truly beautiful. Merely by looking at it is a blessing .
Thank you Rinpoche and team effort making it possible.

Dear everyone... This is a good condensed talk I gave on Guru Yoga of Tsongkapa. This is the one you should share with others when they are interested in a not too lengthy explanation. It is the perfect practice for everyone who wants simplicity yet effective blessings. You can share this with more people, it will be good.
"If you say you don't have money to help a animal shelter, why then do you have money to buy meat?"
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"Eating animals is not our God-given right, but being kind to them is."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"What makes us good humans is not how we abuse animals, but how much we allow them to live and be happy freely."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"We need another and wiser and perhaps a more mythical concept of animals.... We patronize them for their incompleteness, for their tragic fate of having taken form so far below ourselves. And therein we err, and greatly err. For the animal shall not be measured by man. In a world older and more complex than ours they moved finished and complete, gifted with extensions of the senses we have lost or never attained, living by voices we shall never hear. They are not brethren, they are not underlings; they are other nations, caught with ourselves in the net of life and time, fellow prisoners of the splendour and travail of the earth."
~ Henry Beston, The Outermost House
"Not eating animals is only unnatural when we are not used to it."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES
"We may encounter defeat, but we must not be defeated."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"What you are today, is the choice you made yesterday."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"You think you can choose your life? What an ego trip!"
~ Lama Yeshe
"If TODAY you are dissatisfied, you must make the changes to create different results for TOMORROW."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
SPIRITUAL QUOTES
“Meditating on Dorje Shugden while reciting his mantra will open the gateways to higher dimensions, blessings and protection.”
~ Tsem Rinpoche
“If one does the recitation of the Lama Tsongkhapa guru yoga prayer for even one month using one of the visualizations for great or clear or quick wisdom, one will definitely see development of that wisdom. It is proved by experience. There is no doubt that by doing the Lama Tsongkhapa guru yoga practice one can meet Lama Tsongkhapa’s teachings from life to life. And furthermore, it gives one the opportunity to be born in the pure realm of Lama Tsongkhapa, Tushita, whenever death happens.”
~ Pabongkha Rinpoche
"I was 18 years old in 1983. That was a very special year as I met His Holiness Kyabje Zong Rinpoche and received innumerable precious teachings and empowerments from Him at Thubten Dhargye Ling Centre in Los Angeles, California. It was the best time of my life. A time that seems so magical and surreal to me. Kyabje Zong Rinpoche is Heruka Buddha and I met Heruka."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"If being me offends you, maybe I'm not the problem."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"Never abandon your spiritual teacher no matter how many inner obstacles you need to overcome."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"Actions to force something to be permanent makes all the karmas arise."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"The dharma is not easy to listen to… because some people take it as criticism. But Dharma should not be just feel good only for the moment but for deeper contemplations."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"Whether we do work and suffer but for others or we do work and suffer for ourselves, either way we have to suffer. That is the nature of samsara. So let us suffer for others and then suffering has meaning."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"Those who really want the dharma to grow within themselves and to grow for others should never fear hard work, timing, difficulties, struggles, disappointments because it is for a good cause. Working for Dharma is not a prison or work, but it is purely spiritual practice. It is purely collection of merit and purification. Actually not doing dharma work is the real prison."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"His Holiness Zong Rinpoche stressed the need to continue to practice even when we come up against obstacles, and that we should continually review our progress. He stated that a happy, luxurious life was like a good dream, and that obstacles and difficulties were like a bad dream. We should give them no significance, but simply carry on working towards real, everlasting happiness."
~ Ngala ’ö-Dzin Tridral
"Things in samsara always go wrong. That's its nature. Don't be surprised."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"Knowledge never quenches the thirst, only application."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
LIFE QUOTES
"I pity men who occupy themselves exclusively with the transitory in things and lose themselves in the study of what is perishable, since we are here for this very end-that we may make the perishable imperishable, which we can do only after we have learned how to approach both."
~ Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
"Money amplifies negative characteristics and that can cause problems.
To walk away from that was actually very easy. I didn't even consider it."
~ Angeline Francis Khoo
"I shall not commit the fashionable stupidity of regarding everything I cannot explain as a fraud."
~ Carl Jung
"There is a devil there is no doubt, but is he trying to get into us or trying to get out?"
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"If you love someone, show it by being honest, respectful & honorable with them."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see."
~ Henry David Thoreau
"If I can just be the way I am & you the way you are & we accept each other, world peace is near."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"I am Asian, you are some other beautiful color. Together we make diversity so beautiful."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"It's amazing how some people have never met me or know who I am, but based on a few things they read here & there & rumours, they have formulated a new personality for me & all the things I've never done they passionately speak about....I find it funny and entertaining now. I guess we can't spend our lives fighting rumours...we just have to work hard & then rumours get proven wrong on it's own as a by product. No point explaining repeatedly. Just do our work & show results!!"
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"There's a difference between patience and laziness. Patience comes from respect while laziness from disrespect of others."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"Although outwardly we have so much, we have so many conveniences, inwardly we have become more unhappy, so, acquisition is not the secret to happiness. The more we get, the more we have, the more unhappy we become."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"Before we experience any pain, we already had a fixed view of how things should be. When the experience we encounter contradicts our views, then the pain arises. The pain arises due to our fixed views not so much the experience itself. So the secret is changing the views. Re-educating ourselves on our views."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"You know since very young, for better or worse, I always did the things that others told me not to do. I wasn't really good at following the rules. Even now with how I share Dharma and my practice, I just do it the way I think it should be done but I do it sincerely. Not what others tell me what I can and can't do."
~ Tsem Rinpoche
"Love me or hate me, both are in my favor... If you love me, I'll always be in your heart... If you hate me, I'll always be in your mind."
~ William Shakespeare
"One isn't necessarily born with courage, but one is born with potential. Without courage, we cannot practice any other virtue with consistency. We can't be kind, true, merciful, generous or honest."
~ Maya Angelou
Devotional Songs
Sung by Mary Fewel Tulin, these mystical songs in praise of the guru originate from the Sikh tradition. Yet, they are applicable to all traditions for those who want to venerate their guru.
The Known and unknown are both feared,
Known is being comfortable and stagnant,
The unknown may be growth and opportunities,
One shall never know if one fears the unknown more than the known.
Who says the unknown would be worse than the known?
But then again, the unknown is sometimes worse than the known. In the end nothing is known unless we endeavour,
So go pursue all the way with the unknown,
because all unknown with familiarity becomes the known.

What the meat industry figured out is that you don't need healthy animals to make a profit.
Sick animals are more profitable... farms calculate how close to death they can keep animals without killing them.
That's the business model.
How quickly they can be made to grow, how tightly they can be packed, how much or how little can they eat, how sick they can get without dying...
We live in a world in which it's conventional to treat an animal like a block of wood.

Alby asked:Hi, I was just wondering if spirits or ghost can possess Buddha statues and haunt the owner of the statue? I heard that before inviting a statue of the Buddha into your house, it has to be blessed by monks first. Is this a necessary requirement? pastor answered:Dear Alby,
The physical form representations of the Buddhas, including statues, are very special as each form of a Buddha represents not only the path to enlightenment, but the state of enlightenment itself. In fact, even just seeing a Buddha image plants imprints in our minds that will open when the conditions are right, to help us further along our spiritual path. So they are powerful and protective in and of themselves, as long as they have been created according to correct iconography. This last point is very important.
That being said, images or statues are just pieces of metal or clay, etc. When statues are consecrated, they actually become the embodiement of the Three Jewels (Buddha, Dharma and Sangha). That's why making offerings and doing any virtuous activity (even cleaning them) generates merit for your spiritual journey. As embodiments of the Three Jewels there is no way that they can be possessed by spirits that haunt the owner of the statue.
Traditionally, statues are made to be hollow and then filled with certain mantras and holy items, then consecrated. Following the traditional method will be the most effective to bless your statue properly.
If your statue is hollow, at Kechara we offer a service to fill your statue properly with the correct mantras, etc. The service is part of Kechara Saraswati Arts. You can find out more here: https://www.kechara.com/services/buddhist-art/
We also have DIY kits available if you cannot send your statue in and would like to do it yourself:
https://www.vajrasecrets.com/mantra-rolls-complete
[Please note these mantras are inserted into specific parts of the statue, you can contact Vajrasecrets through the website to get more information on how to fill the statue yourself]
https://www.vajrasecrets.com/mantra-rolls-anywhere
[These mantras can be inserted anywhere within the statue]
If you cannot do any of these, then at the very least, you should insert something into the statue so that it is not completely hollow. This can be a piece of paper with the mantra OM AH HUM written on it (either Tibetan or English is fine). Then roll this up and place in the statue. Otherwise you can use a pearl or semi-precious stone, etc.
While statues themselves have protective power, when they are left empty there is a certain type of spirit that come to reside inside a statue as it is completely hollow. It's a spirit that likes hollow places. However, this type of spirit is not usually malicious or harmful. But that is one of the reasons a statue is never left hollow.
Once the filling is done, the traditional ceremonies of consecration known as Soongdrup Puja (to bless the insertion items) and the Rabney Puja (to fully consecrate the statues) are performed, which we also offer https://www.vajrasecrets.com/rabney-soongdrup-consecration-puja-fund
For those who cannot have the pujas done for whatever reason, you can actually bless the statues yourself. A comprehensive guide and the prayers necessary for doing this are available here: https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/prayers-and-sadhanas/how-to-bless-buddha-images-yourself.html
Given all of this, yes there is a type of spirit that can inhabit statues, but only if they are completely empty and not consecrated (whether by a monk, lay practitioner, yourself, it doesn't matter). But this type of spirit cannot haunt the person, etc, in that sense. It simply resides in the statue.
The reason why statues are blessed or consecrated is so that they embody the Three Jewels, they become immense objects of merit making and protection from spirits, negativity, etc. So, if you do have a statue or are thinking of an inviting a statue, the best would be to have it filled and consecrated properly. However, even if you cannot, you can do the blessing yourself. There is no need to worry about a statue being haunted if not consecrated by a monk before you invite it or bring home.
In fact, if you have a personal practice, at the end of your practice you can dissolve your visualisation into the statue, to bless it. This actually makes your statue much more powerful than consecration alone. You basically bless your statue through your own daily practice.
I hope this information helps. Thank you.

Rojal Poudel asked:What does having a dream of an enlightened being signify?pastor answered:Dear Rojal,
Thanks for your question.
Generally, there are three types of dreams as described below. Most of us only experience the first type, unless we progress on the spiritual path.
1. Samsaric dreams: these arise from karma and karmic traces in the mind. This also includes emotions, memories, etc. The meaning we find in these dreams are imputed by the dreamer, and not inherent in the dream. This also applies to waking life. We impute meaning onto situations and circumstances, rather than the meaning being inherent to the circumstance. It is like reading a book. Words in the book are just marks on paper, however, because we use our sense of meaning, we make a meaning out of it. However, this is always open to interpretation. For example, if you tell your dream to two people, they can interpret the meaning very differently, even though you told them the exact same details.
2. Clarity dreams: These dreams occur when you are fairly progressed in meditational practices and can carry this into the dream state. These dreams arise not from the emotions, or memories, etc., but from more subtler forms of karma and delusions. However, just like in waking mediational practice, you are not affected by the images or thoughts that appear to you. You simply let them appear and then pass. At this stage you are aware that you are dreaming while in the dream.
3. Clear Light dreams: In the advanced tantric practices, there are teachings called dream yoga. The object of these is to achieve the clear light dreams, which are very difficult to achieve and take years and years of intense practice. The most important clear light mind that arises is actually at the time of our death, if we are trained enough in this very subtle state, we can actually control where we take rebirth. If we are more experienced in this state, then we can actually use it to meditate on the teachings and achieve enlightenment. Clear light dreams are a “lesser” type of clear light mind, that helps practitioners prepare for the time of death.
When we have an auspicious dream such as of our teacher, our practice, the Buddhas and enlightened beings, etc., even though this is auspicious, it is still more than likely to be just a samsaric dream. Because it is a samsaric dream most people would dismiss it as being just a normal dream arising from the subconscious. But it is a very auspicious type of dream, because it shows that the Dharma and virtuous imprints are beginning to take root in your life. When you learn the Dharma and more importantly put the Dharma into practice in your life and transform to become a more compassionate person, the Buddhas themselves will bless you.
Such dreams are indications that you are on the either planting very positive seeds into your mind, or seeds from previous lives are opening, or that you are on the right path of studying the Dharma and that the enlightened beings are blessing you to continue on your spiritual journey. Such dreams are your subconscious telling you that you are on the right path.
Usually when you have a dream of an enlightened being, it is usually one that you are familiar with. If it is not, then it could be due to imprints from previous lives. In any case, when you have an auspicious dream, don't hold on to it and tell everyone you have dreams of Buddhas. Instead, think to yourself, no matter what the reason, I am extremely fortunate to have been blessed to see the holy form of an enlightened being in my dream. And use that to fuel your practice of transformation.
I hope that this message helps.
Ree asked:Hello Pastors! If you see this, I want to say thanks for taking the time to answer my question.
Is Buddhism and Activism compatible? Green Tara's embodiment of "compassion in action" inspires me to speak out against injustices and social issues that are happening around the world right now. I want to make change and put my compassion for the suffering into action such as volunteering helping or donating to organizations that help the poor and needy, stray animals, etc.
Is this compatible with Green Tara's "activity" aspect? or does it mean something different? I am not a Buddhist so I don't know for sure. Still, I like what the goddess represents. That's all of my questions, thanks again!pastor answered:Dear Ree,
Thank you for your question. Buddhism and activism is definitely compatible, but in a very specific way. Though Green Tara is considered the embodiement of "compassion in action" and that she is associated with swift activity, the practice of compassion in action is much more broader in Buddhism, especially the Mahayana and Vajrayana traditions. It is bascially core to Bodhisattva practice, stemming from compassion in action helping beings physically, all the way to helping getting them enlightened. But Tara (all forms of Tara actually) embody this.
In Buddhism, we say that as a bird needs two wings to fly, we need two wings to reach enlightenment. These two wings are compassion and wisdom. So when we engage in compassionate activities, it must always been done with wisdom. For example, before you donate or volunteer in any organisation, make sure you know what they actually do and how they help those who are suffering.
As Buddhists, when engaging in activities helping those in need, injustices or social issues, we wouldn't just go with the crowd or jump head first into such activities. It always needs to be done with as much wisdom as possible, reasearch properly what is going on, try to understand both sides (even if you don't agree with the other side), and then engage in compassionate activities to help alleviate the suffering according to our capability.
Tsem Rinpoche always used to say the way to judge whether we should do something is to ask ourselves "Is it beneficial? Will it benefit someone?" Sometimes activism benefits, but some times it doesn't. So we need to be careful. In terms of charity work, we also need to be careful and do our homework before supporting that particular charity.
Once all of that is out of the way, and we engage in, say charity work, if the situation permits, we try to get involved in the charity we have chosen and actually volunteer our time. A lot of people simply donate or volunteer because it makes them feel good, but as Buddhists when we do so we have to be clear about our motivation.
Donating and volunteering should be conscious acts with compassion as it's basis, compassion while engaging in the actions with the goal of benefiting others and alleviating them of some form of suffering, whether physical, mental or spiritual. And these acts should add to our development of compassion, because we want to reach the ultimate spiritual form of it which is known as Bodhicitta - the mindset we operate from of reaching enlightenment ourselves so that we can help bring all other beings to the state of enlightenment as well.
This is actually what Green Tara represents, compassion in action (with wisdom) from the lowest form of compassion which is helping others physically, all the way up to leading them to enlightenment. Sorry for the length of the reply, but I really hope this helps you. Thank you.

This guy really proves mind over matter. Well done.
I watched this video often and its a tremendous inspiration.
With folded hands,
Carmen Lin
very inspiring video, whatever we think we cant do, actually we could do, nothing is impossible if we put on mind to it, and persevere from start to end, and mentally and emotionally must be strong to tackle the pain and signs of giving up.
Something for us to keep in mind.
The video is also a good lesson in showing us NOT easy to give up.
Thank you for this video.
As long as there is determination and wanting it so badly, nothing matters anymore. Nothing is impossible as long we set our mind on doing it and never waver. Tasks will accomplished.
MR Arthur boorman make possibly .we thinking we cant do ,we can make it ,see what he did?so every thing we can do .we sure can.that is i beleve.
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing.
This is an inspiring example of:
Truely inspiration for everyone!!! Never say Never and Never give up!
Thank you Rinpoche!
Thank you Sharon.
Ps:Yoga is good ! : )
Take good care,
With love,
VP
Mr Arthur Boorman is an inspiration to many!
Thank you for sharing this very inspiring video! 🙂
Thank You Rinpoche for always guiding us.
Best Regards : Erickksiow
i am so confident if you own your mind you own the key to anything that needs to be achieved
“Just because I can’t do it today, that doesn’t mean I can’t do it someday” – Mr. Arther Boorman.
Thank you Rinpoche and Sharon for sharing this post.
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing. Take care:)
What Arthur Boorman shows us is very inspiring. There is no such word is impossible unless we don’t try. With Mr. Arthur determination and believe, he finally able to walk and run again.
Rinpoche himself had also show us that he slimmed down during his modelling years.
nothing impossible everything can do.see mr.arthur boorman how he change him self.thank you rinpoche for sharing this post.
Sheer determination and focus can achieve goals.
With his Never say Never attitude, Mr Boorman believed that nothng was going to stop him and he proved himself right.
BECAUSE I CAN’T DO IT TODAY DOESN’T MEAN I CAN’T DO IT SOMEDAY…
He said it.
Then he proved it.
There is really nothing else to say.
Thank you, Rinpoche. Thank you, Sharon.
This is why we should take charge of our lives…

Thank you Rinpoche! This is definitely inspiring ! There is HOPE for people like me who wants to loose weight 🙂 YOGA classes here I come !
– You always have a choice, make the right one: http://blog.tsemtulku.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/animals-vegetarianism/you-always-have-a-choicemake-the-right-one.html
– A powerful speech on failing: http://blog.tsemtulku.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/inspiration-worthy-words/a-powerful-speech-on-failing.html
– The key: http://blog.tsemtulku.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/inspiration-worthy-words/the-key.html
Thank you Rinpoche – impossible is nothing, as Rinpoche has told us so very often. Now, we just gotta live it.
Inspiring !!
after watching this video it set me thinking , we shouldnt giveup and said no… even before trying…
“Don’t say you can’t do, that’s not the real you speaking”
Tsem Rinpoche
Thanks Rinpoche and Sharon to sharing this video, is very inspiring and it show keeping our faith can turn imposible to posible.
morning to everyone.
Dear Rinpoche,
Thank you for this article of great inspiration. It goes to show that with determination, discipline and commitment, anything can be achieved. Be it dharma or our health!
This is so inspiring. “Just because I can’t do it today, doesn’t mean I’m unable to do it someday.” Well said!
