I’m not sure if I’m late on this, but I will try anyway. My name is Kenny Howerton and I’m writing on behalf of my best friend Aaron Brown. 3 months ago he left home to go work on a boat in Alaska to try and raise money to pay off his student loans, and while there he was forced to work in temperatures that were -30 degrees Celsius. Somehow or another he managed to get a hole in his boot causing his foot to get frost bite from the cold to where the hospital had to cut part of his toe off. I was recently informed that he was flown to the hospital again because it got far worse and now they may have to amputate the entire thing. He is going to be unable to work for a long time now, and I know his recovery is going to be long and painful which is why I’m writing in hopes of being awarded one of these statues to give to him when he returns home after he is released from the hospital. I’m personally a very serious practitioner, and he has seen how much I have changed for the better because of it, so I know this would be something he would appreciate and I also truly think because of my faith in the healing powers of Medicine Buddha that it would instill some faith in him for a good recovery.
Attached is a photo of him and I, he is in the middle and I am on the left.
