    Terima Kasih Rinpoche!
What a wonderful project and idea! Getting testimonies of people as living proofs of benefit and transformation. LOL Again, I thought that only Churches were capable of such but hey it’s the 21st Century! A lot of hard work involved but with capable hands like Ms Han and her team, what is impossible is made possible and more so with the auspices and grace of Rinpoche and the confident support of the Kechara family.
I recall meeting Ms Han some time back whilst the two of us were volunteering in KSA rolling mantras. Insightful and open lady.
    How blessed!

  4. Jace Chong on Jul 8, 2010 at 2:27 am

Thanks to Kechara House for coming out with this idea to do these testimonials.
I believe that all the stories have its value respectively to touch people from different walks of life. Thanks to all the interviewees for the efforts to work with us to complete the videos shooting, and all the crews for your time. At this moment, KIM still is working hard to complete the editing of the videos.
We truly believe that video has a great power to influence people; it’s a good tool to help people to know more about Dharma broadly.
I would like to thank Rinpoche from the bottom of my heart to have the department in Kechara, we will work very hard to spread good videos, and may the videos inspire all the audiences.
    Warm regards,
    Jace Chong from Kechara InMotion

Kechara Paradise is one of the 13 departments in Kechara and considered the first point of entry for most people who are interested in Buddhist statues and Buddhism. They are located at strategic locations in shopping malls in Klang Valley, Malaysia and are usually beautifully decorated. Malaysians like Hong Kongers love to spend time shopping over the weekends.
Tsem Rinpoche has an uncanny way to attract people into dharma and this is one of his many endless skillful means by setting up retail outlets promoting Buddhism and Buddhist statues.
There is currently only 3 very experienced and hardworking staff in Kechara In Motion, Ms Han, Jace and Chris. They are looking for more talented people to volunteer in their department to bring dharma to many more people to benefit them. Good work, KIM.

Kechara in Motion under the able leadership of Ms. Han had produced many videos of Rinpoche’s dharma talks and other events. The recording of the video testimonial interview is another such project KIM has successfully accomplished. It will be a powerful tool to bring people into dharma.
May the videos inspire others into the dharma and transform their lives. Well done, KIM!

  9. Anila on Sep 16, 2010 at 6:21 pm

Most of the departments in Kechara Organisation are specialised departments. One of them is Kechara in Motion (KIM). KIM has all in house experience people with the head of departmnent Ms Han. Ms Han had resigned from her former job to join Kechara fulltime. There were also few others like Chris Tan and Jace Chong who are also fulltimers in KIM. The department do filming, sound system recording of video is and all that is in the filming industry is done in house. Sometimes to generate more income to help Kechara house. KIM also accepts projects from outside jobs. The testimonial interview that was done on a few Rinpoche’s students was very successful. It will help to promote Rinpoche and his works.

    @Meng
Thank you for your concern but as was mentioned, the names are on public platforms and the admins have no intentions to incite hate upon these people but to raise awareness of what kind of statements we have been receiving. I think people should be aware as you are talking of death threats or at the very least, the threat of violence. As practitioners of compassion, we cannot just sit idly by because that would mean that we condone or even encourage such actions. By posting it up, the very least would be that these people be wary of what they post and how they express themselves. I am sure you will understand that.

For Meng – These posts were published on bigger social network platforms such as Facebook for all to see and is made public. The reason why these are posted on Rinpoche’s blog is so that these perpetrators are made known so that they do not create further damage. It is true that we need to be compassionate but being compassionate does not mean to stand still and wait for potential harm to come onto us. These posts also serve both as a proof of the alleged threat that the party is making.

For Meng – Your expectations are funny.

When someone threatens Rinpoche, it’s not okay. But it’s also not okay for Rinpoche and his students to defend themselves by exposing the individuals involved. What’s wrong with exposing those people? Facebook is a public platform and clearly people write things there so everyone can know about them. Therefore if these people stand by their views (since they believe their twisted views are not wrong), then they shouldn’t have a problem with their names being revealed.

So your point is that just because people are Buddhist, they have to accept the violence and vulgarities directed at them and not react. Wow.

Why don’t you sign up for a Facebook account and ask those people not to post such horrible things, instead of writing on Rinpoche’s blog and asking the victim to stay quiet? Why are you asking the victim to stay quiet, and not telling the perpetrators to practice Buddhism since they CLAIM to be Buddhist and following the Dalai Lama’s teachings? Go ahead and sign up for the account, go and write on their wall and see where that gets you? :)

This person in the picture with me is a very humble, kind and knowledgable senior monk. I have the great merits to be considered his friend. He has been very kind to me on many occasions. I have the deepest respects for him and he has been serving others for nearly 40 years as the personal authorized oracle of Dorje Shugden, Kache Marpo, Setrap, Shidak Gyenze. He was trained up as a monk oracle by His Holiness Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche and Kyabje Domo Geshe Rinpoche. He is fully qualified and benefits many with his oracular abilities. You can see him here in full trance in the monastery with hundreds of monks and people: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Xbghs-mdNc I thank Dorje Shugden for appearing in oracles to speak to us and I thank this oracle monk for his services. For Meng –

    Dear Meng,

I understand where you are coming from and would like to share my thoughts for your kind considerations.

I believe we are on the same page that hate speech is not acceptable, especially when it is being thrown onto a Buddhist monk. These speech were said on the social media platform with the intention for all to see openly. I believe people who said these are ready to take responsibility of their actions, therefore they do not mind say it with their name published openly. These people claimed themselves to be Buddhists too, are their actions acceptable in the first place?

If you put yourself into our shoes, receiving these speech, how will you react to protect your Guru and organisation which works are solely to preserve and spread the precious dharma to benefit beings ultimately – to be liberated from samsara and achieve ultimate enlightenment. From your earlier comment, it is clear that you understand the consequences of these speech and it violates the very basis of the Refuge Vows and it is also clearly listed as one of the 10 non-virtues actions.

Let’s say we keep quiet and not do anything about it, chances are they will continue to say more and create more negative speech karmas for themselves. How compassionate is it for us to know their consequences but remain quiet? It is illogical. It has been proven in the past that when we do nothing, we get more of the these negative speech directed at Rinpoche, our organisation and our members on social media. Not reacting encourages more of these hate speech to spread and continue.

It is in fact a compassionate act to make their actions known so that they are made aware of their actions and will think twice before they do it again. Without showing their names, it is very possible that they are unaware who we are referring to. I believe you feel empathy because if you are one of them, you would appreciate to be given another chance before your faults are being exposed. Isn’t this all that we fear, our wrong actions being exposed openly, our ego being challenged? So, as a compassionate being, would you continue to protect one’s ego, which is the cause of all our negative deeds, or to show them directly, after many advices, their wrong actions? As a Buddhist, we understand that one needs to be responsible for their actions. If one is afraid of the result, why act in certain way at the first place?

Therefore, it is necessary to show their comments with their names so that we do not give an impression that we are making up those claims and for the convenience of those who do not go onto social media, can see what has been said here clearly. In addition, we also don’t want to start a trend of simply accusing anyone without proof. It would be a bad example for people to follow especially those who have intention to cause harm.

Thus, it is important, again with compassion intention, to not encourage hate speech and incite hate, we need to make a choice, one that will benefit both parties in the long run, especially when it is related to Dorje Shugden and the sensitivity that comes with it. We need to protect Rinpoche, His safety is our main concern, because without Him, there will be no dharma. In case if you are unaware, there is a hit list that display the full details of the Dorje Shugden practitioners including their address and contact details. This is a serious matter.

As I’ve mentioned earlier, these are my thoughts for your kind considerations. I hope very much that you will take them into considerations and understand where I am coming from. Compassion do comes with wisdom, without which compassion is merely an act that further damage one’s practice on the path to enlightenment.

    With metta,

I don’t agree with hate speech and treats BUT I also don’t agree publishing FB users’ Names on this blog and the person should censor the names and just leave the comments, especially on a Buddhist blog. True that they shouldn’t be writing threatening comments BUT publishing their names and Making others to starting identify and hate these FB users isn’t what a Buddhist should be doing. It’s disappointing that the administrators or members only concern with the users’ comments and their absolute loyalty to Rinpoche But forget to even care the well-being of these FB users. If you want to show that you’re in a higher ground, Show some Compassion and don’t publish their Names.

    I’m disappointed by this post.

The Unknown

The Known and unknown are both feared,
Known is being comfortable and stagnant,
The unknown may be growth and opportunities,
One shall never know if one fears the unknown more than the known.
Who says the unknown would be worse than the known?
But then again, the unknown is sometimes worse than the known. In the end nothing is known unless we endeavour,
So go pursue all the way with the unknown,
because all unknown with familiarity becomes the known.

His Holiness Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche, His Holiness the 10th Panchen Rinpoche and His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. Both Trijang Rinpoche and Panchen Rinpoche practiced Dorje Shugden their whole lives. Masters of sutra and tantra. Beautiful photo.

  • Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche & Kyabje Ling Rinpoche doing Lama Chöpa in Bodhgaya in the 60s
Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche & Kyabje Ling Rinpoche doing Lama Chöpa in Bodhgaya in the 60s
In the 1960s, H.H. Yongzin Kyabje Ling Rinpoche would always organize Lama Chöpa (Guru puja-composed by Panchen Rinpoche) with 1000 offerings in Bodhgaya and would often be joined in by H.H. Yongzin Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche, and sometimes the 16th Karmapa would even join in. Wonderful. Watch this blessed and old footage of the two Yongzins doing Lama Chöpa in Bodhgaya. Yongzin is the special title to those who were the root and close teachers of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. There were two official Yongzins. Trijang Rinpoche and Ling Rinpoche were the Yongzins of the current Dalai Lama for over 40 years living nearby to Dalai Lama and passing him all the teachings necessary. They were extremely kind and giving all necessary teachings, empowerments and oral transmissions that Dalai Lama is disseminating to the world today to millions. Socialite becomes a volunteer in Malaysian soup kitchen
In the Malaysian capital, Ruby Khong devotes her lunch hours delivering food to the needy, even when the tropical heat and humidity make it hard to breathe. "It was always about myself, what I wanted and that continued on for a while until 1994," she says. That year, she was on a quest for spiritual guidance in India and met a Buddhist monk named Tsem Rinpoche. Read more here: http://www.bbc.com/news/business-29986205

They pump 'things' into poultry to make it look plump and bigger to attract you to buy. Then you eat whatever they've pumped and think how it builds up in your body? Is your taste buds worth it to risk your health? Tsem Rinpoche

Look at this 2 minute video, while Hong Kong is having massive protests, right over the skyline of a city a UFO is spotted observing.. Incredible footage. UFO's are historically said to always gather where there is massive conflicts or congregations of people for hundreds of years.

I just purchased an empty locket from an art store for around $10 and had a nice picture of His Holiness Kyabje Zong Rinpoche inserted in the front and His Holiness Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche inserted on the others side at home. Attached a str...ing and it's good to wear for blessings. Look how beautiful. I am the type, I devote myself to my practice but I remember it is the sole kindness of the guru's teachings. Without the guru there is no dharma at all as I cannot speak to Buddha directly. Tsem Rinpoche

The Girl Who Couldn't Cry - Water is Life
It's really hard to educate a generation of people born in conditions where they take things for granted. A simple slogan campaign that says, "Save water, It's precious" isn't sticky enough to make inroads. That's exactly where this video steps in: to make people realize how precious water actually is. A brilliant video that follows the heartbreaking story of a young girl that cannot cry. Sounds like fiction? Sadly, it is not.

Dear everyone, All sentient beings deserve to live, be happy and not hurt, including animals. We should never hurt them or eat them. Look how much this chicken welcomes a hug and love. Observe carefully. Don't eat beings who can feel pain because the karma comes back. Tsem Rinpoche

Dear friends, See this incredible video. This chimp was found in captivity for many years. Dr Jane Goodall released him into the wild. Look how he comes back to thank her with deep apprecition. It's amazing. Animals have such strong feelings of pain and happiness just like us. We should never hurt them and share with others to not hurt them. Tsem Rinpoche http://www.tsemrinpoche.com

Now he is with us and assimilating in his cage within the aviary for a few weeks then released into aviary. Look at how much he wants attention from the other birds. Cute. Tsem Rinpoche
